Dawns Elite Rules 1. Always read the first post of a thread.
The first post in every Thread,will always hold important information like instructions or descriptions. So before posting in any thread read the first post, it could save you lots of time.
2. No Disrespect to any Squad member regardless of rank.Out of Character
Your rank doesn't mean you are any better or worse than anyone.You are to treat everyone with the same respect you would want to receive as well.
Punishment for disrespect could range from demotion to banishment.
3. FOLLOW GAIA'S TOS.
This rule is the most important, if you haven't alreeady read them,please do so.
Failure to Abide by the TOS results in immediate banishment.
4. Have Fun.
This guild is for you as well, so have fun with it.
5. Don't complain about having no one to post with if you have NOT even tried to recruit.
It is not the Captain,VC,and crews job alone to recruit people,it is the job of the guild as a whole to recruit people,so before you complain at least try to recruit.
6. If you have a problem. talk to a VC,Crew or me first, don't let them have talk to you first, if it comes to that and you get removed it is only you to blame.
Communication will not be a one way thing here. Members, VC, Crew and me will talk to each other freely.
Punishment for complaining about problem that came from miscommunication is one warning.
7. ALL events MUST have a sign up, before it is made public.
Punishment for breaking this rule, is deletion of said event, and banishment from making another event until further notice.
8. All new people must report to the head captain's office as soon as possible.
That means all new soliders, captains every new person,unless you got promoted.
9. All Captains, must somehow bring info of every member in there squad to the head captains desk.
That includes, every time a member transfers, joins, gets promoted anything and everything that can be recorded about your members must be sent in to the head captains office ASAP
10.Do not post in main forum without my permission
This is not to restrict you. This is just to make sure the main forum doesnt get clustered.
11.There will be no shipping whatever until the first character is higher than 4th Officer and second character is higher than 5th .
Old members meaning members who were here from the beginning can create their second character now. new members have to be active for at least a month before they can create a second. .

Guidelines
Guild Guidelines
There is a place for everything.
I have made it so that there is a place for everything, from assistance to suggestions there is a place for it, and if there isn't put it in the opinion box and we will talk about in the next captain's meeting.
Any Thread in main forum must go through me first.
This isn't to restrict you, its just to keep the main forum from getting cluster so if you want to put a thread in the main forum pm me first.
You can join any other guild as long as you stay active in this one.
I'm not saying you have to pick,I'm just saying if you do,you need to stay active here, if you are not, i will make you choice.
Your opinion matters.
Your voice counts, that is why we have a voting sub-forum and an opinion box just for you so don't be afraid to let your voice be heard.
Rp Guidelines
Under no circumstance are you to God-mod, auto-game, or auto-hit or dodge.
God-modding: saying that all your hits meet the target,and you never get hit,and you dodge everything YOU ARE NOT GOD, everyone gets hit at some point.
Example Micheal uses Hado #4 and it hits Mika in the chest and she falls from the hit,but when she uses the same hado spell he dodges it effortlessly.
WRONG: The opponent is the ONLY one to say if she or he gets hit, and you HAVE to get hit some time.
Now I will give you an example of what you can do.
Example Micheal uses Hado #4 and aimed it at Mika's shoulder,when she fired back he barely dodged it getting a shock through his shoulder.
RIGHT: See this time it says aimed which means thats where he wants it go, he didn't say it went there, and he got hit.
Auto-game: using Ooc info to get an unfair advantage when role-playing.
Example Ooc:
Mika: My rpc is afraid of snakes, ever since she saw one in her room that's why she didn't get the snake summoning even though she could have.
Bic:
Micheal smiles and uses his summoning to summon a snake to scare her.
Wrong: Her Rpc never said she was afraid of snakes so how could he have known? Now I will show what he could have done.
Example Bic:
Micheal wonders why Mika never got the snake summoning,so he summons a snake to see her reaction.
Right: He doesn't know, he summoned one to see why she never got one
Profiles
You can have up to three profiles, they can be in different squads and have different ranks BUT only ONE 1 can have a lt or higher rank.
You can have ONLY one main profile.
Meeting Guidelines
If you are in a meeting, wait your turn before talking.
The meeting is supposed to be organized,so please wait your turn, that way we can hear your idea loud and clear.
No misbehaving during the meeting.
While you are in the meeting you are representing your squad so don't embarrass them by getting yourself kicked out.
Profile Creation Guidelines
Since most profiles are denied cuz of the same thing I will create a guideline for them.
1. It must have at least one picture, the rest can be very detailed descriptions.
2. ALL your abilities must have a GOOD setback or limitation.
3. No matter if you campaigned in the campaigns or applied for a higher spot your profile MUST start out as a soldier profile.
4. DO NOT put your gaia username as the subject for your profile topic it should be your rpc's name, your squad # and rank.
5. I reserve the right to delete any profile that has been inactive for two weeks.
Event Creation Guidelines
Creating Events brings in activity,but not made properly can cause confusion.
1. An event must have these three things:
A. Sign up sheet of any kind.(before the day of the event) B. Actual event.(on the event day) C. Topic about the event.(before the day of the event)

Policies
Absence
When you are absent here is what you MUST do.
1. Post it in the absent and return thread. OR 2. Pm me or another captain.
Thread Scrapbook Policy
Our Thread Scrap book is getting too clustered so i am administering a new policy. Three months after what is in the scrapbook was put there i will be deleting it.But two months before that i will open it so everyone can go and look to see if there is anything they want there.
That means if there is anything you want to keep you have a whole month to find,and save it to your computer before it gets deleted.
Captain Policies
Captain-less Squad
This is what you MUST do if you are in a squad with no captain.
If you squad has a lt:
1. He or she will be the temp captain until another one is appointed.
If your squad doesn't have a lt:
1. Pm me or one of the captains. AND 2. Wait for a reply. OR 3. Apply to be a temp captain. OR A. Recommend some else to be temp. AND 3. Wait for the next captain campaign for a permanent captain to be appointed
Change of Captain
In some cases a petition may be made to have their captain changed for any good and reasonable reason.
1. Before you even start the petition have evidence of why you think your captain should be changed then once you have enough.
2. Start a petition and have more than 6 people sign it, it can all be from you squad,but it would help if it was from other squads as well,when you have the petition signed by enough people.
3. Pm me the petition as well as these two things: Why you want the captain changed, and who want for a temp captain until the next campaign.
4. I will reply to you and give you a court date, in the trail you will stand before me, the council of captains and/or a jury. whether we deem the captain not worthy of his rank we will demote him to the next available soldier seat,and appoint a temp captain.
THE THREE WARNING FOUR STRIKE
As stated in the rules you get chances to correct your bad behavior. So now i will tell you what happens.
1st Warning: Me or some one else will warn you then they will tell me and i will tell your captain.
2nd Warning: I prohibit you from participating in any events or activities going to or already happening.
3rd Warning: You get demoted.
4th Strike You get banned anything you have created gets put in the thread scrapbook.
Leaving the Guild
If you decide to leave the guild for any reason at all these things must be done first.
1. You must pm or contact your captain, and Lt to tell them you are leaving.
2. You must pm or contact me to tell me why and when you are leaving so i can make the proper arrangements.
3. Tell me if you want me to keep your old profile(s).
A. If you ever wish to come back pm me telling me that you wish to come back.
A. If you wish to go back to your old squad pm me, the captain, and lt saying so.
2. Rejoin
A. If you do rejoin you dont have to take the test again.
Co-Captain
Although this I probably dont need to do this, just in case I do.
There can only be one set of co-captains in the guild at one. If you want to be one, just pm. ok
