Caelius was walking, this in itself was nothing unusual, he often walked in the woods, along the river, to the shore and rarely in the mountains. He had done a lot of walking since he had become a sharman. Today had him walking and collecting herbs and medicinal plants that he could use. Stopping he looked around, though what he saw was nothing unusual, mares and other soquili were common here, but this one despite her cheerful colouring seemed sad.

Alina breathed in big and let it out quite slowly.Garrick had left her because of the two leggers disagreement.She moved her one hoof around and played in the little dirt pile she made.Alina's mind couldn't grasp that this would all happen to her so quickly.She just got to these lands,fell into love then her heart was broken so suddenly.

Cael looked around and found what he was looking for, carefully he plucked the flowers from their bush home and holding them carefully he moved closer to the mare, his expression concerned as he laid the flowers by her hoof so he could talk. "Lovely ladies should have no need of sad tears."

His ears twiched a little, drooping slightly. "I'm sorry that such a thing has happened to you, loss in any form hurts, but thats the risk of loving." His expression soft and sympathetic. "If you wish to talk I can listen."

"Theres nothing really much behind it..."She looked up to the stallion."Its quite fine...I just need maybe a little time to think over everything and see how it goes.."She nudged the flowers a little bit.

He nodded understandingly, it was a long shot to expect anyone to open up to a total stranger. "I'm Caelius, but you can call me Cael if you would like to." He was hopeless at social situations, he never knew what to say or how to say it.

Cael smiled a little, not feeling so awkward not that she had smiled a little, though he still had no delusions that he was any good at conversations.... Well foals, he chatted to them just fine. "I'm happy to meet you too Alina, your smile suites you." Blushing at having blurted that out, he really was hopeless.
