SEA Registration Unit
This office caters administrative issues and handling of student registrations. Upon receiving the letter of admittance into SEA, students are required to hand over their data for filing. Data received will be kept in a high tech data vault where attempted data breaching is never possible.

Weapon(s) of Choice: Has not found a favoured weapon yet. At the moment, he is contented with swaying around his trusty wagasa (traditional japanese bamboo/paper umbrella), which technically is not actually considered a weapon no matter from what angle you look at it…
Personality: Quite the conceited type. He believes that his heritage is ultimately superior among all living creatures. Never one to pay attention to anyone who orders him around. Is rather weak when it comes to communication, as his arrogant demeanor tends to irk people most of the time. Takes extreme pride in his exquisite looks.
Character Background: A sole heir to a regal lineage pretty much signifies his grand importance into becoming the best. Kazushi was sent to SEA as a preparation for him to master the workarounds of assassins and the deadly underworld ambiance as it seemed he was too concerned over his looks rather than his role as a prince to a prevailing kingdom. The kingdom needed a dark sadistic successor to the throne. Not a prancy supermodel.
Extra Info: He is mostly seen donning a regally-fashioned traditional Japanese yukata despite being forced to wear the SEA uniform.

Basic Skills: Technopathy; small scale Psychokinesis and Pyrokinesis, physically unfit; which results in weak combative skills.
Personality: Low self esteem, and not very good at communicating with people. Can always be seen typing rapidly on her mobile phone.
Character Background: She's hooked to the (internet) since she was 10, and never able to make friends outside the net. Her parents are ESP researchers who used their own daughter as experiment subject. Now that she's turning into an adult and becoming a weak subject, she was disposed of the house and admitted into any school that will accept her. She is tall for a girl her age and often got teased because of it when she was in middle school; being skinny doesn't help her one bit. Her wish is to go back home when she's stronger to rescue her little brother, who is their parents new subject.
Extra Info: Her hair changes color as she uses different types of ESP in her inventory. (Psychokinesis: White and Pyrokinesis: Red)
