Intro
While still inside the location of the first exam a proctor will approach each of the various groups and hand each person with their own scroll. Much like the last exam the scrolls will only react to the voice and name of the pertaining shinobi and once read their message will fade out of existence, incapable of retrieval. When finished, the scroll will be returned to the waiting proctor before being led out with your newly formed teams into the new testing zone.
Through the back of the hut and into the forest area behind will each team be led in complete silence, the weight of their scrolls being left to weigh in their minds until finally arriving at the location. In the center of the forest, hidden amongst thick mass of trunks lays a large silver well. Two proctors stand on either side of the well with their hands out stretched to gesture for the teams to come closer. Once close enough it can be seen that a ladder stretches from the mouth to the the dark abyss below. You are instructed to go down and that the test will begin the moment you hit the bottom. The Test "I regret to inform you that this was a trap. If you care to look up, the path you entered from has been blocked off and as you listen to me a toxin is being released into the air. You will have three hours before the toxin spreads throughout your entire body and begins to eat away at your nervous system." A voice boomed out at the bottom of the ladder, the faint light that had been from the entrance disappearing as the well was sealed off, leaving you and your company to listen in complete darkness. "Do believe this is a real toxin and one that has taken many potentials from us in the past." The voice stated, dim fire light errupting from torches laid about the entire tunnel, quickly revealing the skeletal remains of former contestants as well as the path that the tunnel took. "However, at the end of the tunnel there is an antidote... If you can get to it, you will be released from here. That is if you can make it." ---Step 1--- Once you and your team is ready to move it will take 50 Lines to begin navigating the long, spiraling path of the tunnel. As you continue on you'll notice that the walls seem to close in as the path becomes more and more narrow, the torches coming more and more seldom until you are reduced to shuffle side by side through the darkness. The path will eventually widen dramatically as you hit a pitfall. It will take an Normal Disguise Awareness check vs 500 to notice the pit in time, if failed that player will fall in and it will take 50 lines to climb back out. If a player fails by 20 or more, then they are considered to have fallen bad and twisted their ankle (They will take -5% to any further checks in this test and cause all line counts to be increased by 25 lines to show how they're slowing the team down.) Now that you are aware of the pitfall, you will notice that it extends for several feet before the path starts again and the only way to get to the other side to jump across as the other side of the hole is too smooth to climb back out of. To make it across will take a check of Strength+Agility vs 250, if a player fails they will fall back into the pit and if they fail by 20 or more, then they are considered to have fallen bad and hurt themselves in some hindering fashion (They will take -5% to any further checks in this test and cause all line counts to be increased by 25 lines to show how they're slowing the team down.) However, if another player has already successfully gotten over they can attempt to catch a falling player with a check of Strength+Agility vs The Falling Player's Weight, success means they caught and pulled the player back up, however if they fail the player will continue to fall in, If they fail by 20 or more they will also be dragged back down into the pit, and If they fail by 40 or more they would have fallen along so badly that they will also get hurt. It takes 50 Lines for each player to climb there way back out of the pit before trying again. ---Step 2--- Once all players have made it across the pit it will take 50 more lines to continue navigating the tunnel. As you continue down the path you will notice irregularities with the path, the ground level will continuously raise and drop at strange and dramatic intervals and from deeper on the tunnel the sound of turning gears can be heard. Once again you and your group will be faced with a challenge before being allowed to continue on. Spanning over the next thirty yards the ground is split up amongst several panels, each of which are shifting from one place; either up and down, back and forth, or left and right... each at varying speeds. To get across it will take a check of Agility vs 750 and if failed you will slip and fall, leaving yourself at the mercy of the tumbling and turning floors to eventually(50 Lines) push you back to where you began. But if they do succeed they will find a switch on the other side that will allow them to simply turn the trap off. However you can make an Normal Disguise Awareness Check vs 350 to see if there is any trick to overcoming this obstacle in a simpler fashion. If successful, the player will notice that amongst the moving panels 2 have the kanji of at least 1 of the 12 hand seals written upon them, leading them to conclude that if a person could make it to that specific panel and preform the handseal they could possible stop the trap. To make it to the first panel it will take 50 lines and a check of Agility vs 200, if successful they will have one chance to shut off the panel by preforming the handseal and focusing their chakra into the panel, which will be a check of Seal Spd vs 300. If successful the first half of panels will stop moving instantly, however if they fail either of the two checks they will end up being tumbled back to the beginning. To get to the second panel they must repeat this process, but if they fail they will have to restart this entire step. ---Step 3--- After 50 more lines of navigating through the tunnel you and your group will find yourselves at a dead end. After a few moments the same voice from the beginning of the tunnel will speak up, "Congratulations on making it this far... but your trail is not over. I am sure you have not forgotten what was written on the scroll given to you back at the first exam." The words were left to loom in the air for the contestants to take in. After another moment the solid wall that blocked their way shook and rumbled before cracking open slightly to reveal a soft, white light. "Beyond this wall lays the vials that will either damn you to death or carry you back to good health. There is no trick to these vials in any sense, they are all placed on the shelf of what they are meant to do... The task here, however, is to decide amongst the lot of you one person who will enter this room and retrieve these vials. You must place your lives into one of the hands of your team mates and trust that they will reward your trust... Can you do that?" Once the player is chosen, the wall will continue to open up just enough for that one person to enter before closing right after them. Within they will be faced with two shelves of multiple, unmarked vials. One shelf will be marked to carry poisoned vials while the other will be marked to carry vials with the antidote. Once the player has chosen who will receive what they will be allowed to return to their peers and the wall will close behind them. At that moment the voice will speak up again, "This is your final part of this test. Do you truly trust the person you have chosen? In their hands they carry the antidote... or a poison. There can be nothing done to make them prove which is what. You will either have to trust them or not. If you drink the poison you will more then likely die, if decide to not take the vial at all you will still be healed by a proctor... IF the vial was actually poison. Make your choices wisely, I wish you all luck." Quote: Once you have decided on the player that you will send into the room please do as follows: 1) Each Player must post in an OOC Box the name of the player they RPically choose (Majority rules in this situation) 2) The chosen player must PM me which Player they are giving what vial to RPically. (You don't have to tell them what vial you are giving them.) 3) Each reciprocate must post in an OOC Box if they drink the vial or not. Notes/Tips -Each Scroll was custom tailored and RPically are written from the proctors. -You are not to share what's in your scroll RPically or OOC wise at all. -Getting to the end of the tunnel isn't enough, you must complete your task. -Killing Invaders is always a bonus, but killing an ally is a no no... But leaving any invaders alive is the worst! -Same rules apply from the first exam(Except the use of buffs). It is flat out not allowed to reveal info from your scroll
Secret Revealed! -If you have multiple people over the hole, you may use each other to help others to get across as well. The check is made by the fastest player, and if that person doesn't they are considered not to help and goes on to whoever else is left. Agi(Of the fastest player) + Str(Of the fastest player) + (1/2)Str)Of each helping character) vs Weight .... However if you fail the check, all of you will fall at once and will take the Damage Penalty due to the amount of people falling. This stacks upon whatever damage they were going to take.
-If you have successfully shut down the first half of the panels down, you may try to run across in the same fashion as before you shut down the first half of the panels. However the check will now be cut in half for a vs of 375 instead of 750.

Hatari noticed an exam proctor approach him with a Seal binded scroll, thinking back to the first exam he was sure it would be a team effort exam none the less he would do as he had done before and held onto his truthfulness in order to get passed this exam. "Hmm so it's finally begun, what shall this test hold before us, who knows... honestly I'm just looking for a good time." As Hatari spoke his first couple of words the Scroll unsealed thus the proctor handing him the scroll as a result. For the most part Hatari grabbed the scroll on either end and unleashed it's contents, there he read a mysterious yet obvious clue and a straight to the point objective for him to follow up on. He looked back upon his other teammates and duly noted each one of them within his mind, he wouldn't think too much upon it until the time to act was initialized. "To be honest this is feeling more and more enjoyable every single time I see a proctor, let the games begin boys and girls..." He kind of spoke loudly for all those in the room to hear him, he had some kind of cocky tone with a freakish smile appointed to his face.
Finally being told to enter the next area he gently coasted along side a proctor just before he seen his destination, apparently they were to go underground and do a task at hand; although, the task at hand was unknown. "This just got interesting indeed..." His lazily eyes looked up and down upon the two proctors as they held coy like faces, it was obvious something was going to happen when they went down the well, no matter the Exam was to be done in the best manner as possible only to test the contestants will to survive and control a situation at most. "I'll be going down first, I didn't create this team; however, that doesn't mean I won't go first in any circumstance." Hatari simply smirked before leaping onto the edge of the well and then swiftly dropped to the ground, water could be heard as it splashed around Hatari's feet as he hit the dark tunnel bottom. "it's nice and cozy down here! so lets hurry our asses down here and get to our test shall we!"
Just as everyone was down Hatari noted that the Well had been closed shut. Something he had predicted when he first saw the damn thing, He looked up as cracks of light could be seen; however, this wasn't the time to be nervous for crackling sounds could be heard from a speaker within the Well. As Hatari's eyes settled into the darkness the speaker buzzed with life as a Proctor explained that the well it's self had been a death trap and that poisons were traveling all through out the tunnels and thus the group only had three hours to make it to the antidote. Hatari chuckled at the statement as he looked to the others. "Well I considered something like this, but never truly imagined they'd poison us and risk our deaths over an exam...looks like we're in for one hell of a ride...So get situated and lets move out.."

Sorain followed casually behind the proctors who were escorting them out into the forrest. All around him the sounds of life could be heard chiming in the distance letting him know that this was not an artifical forrest by any means. They really where out in the wilderness, which meant that the test that they were about to do would more than likely have been a test that was used before, or was setup for the sake of being used in conjunction with the first test. As he listened closer Sorain caught the faint traces of another voice off just a few yards on an alternate path. The voice was not very clean, but Sorain was sure that it was a males. ' So it would seem that we are all no longer together. ' Sorain continued to follow the sounds of the proctors foot steps before stopping in a clearing. The feel and sound of the wind let him know that there was obviously less trees here, which told him that they were in some sort of man made section of the forest for the sake of this event. Following the ques he got from the last test Sorain whispered his real name down on the scroll "sorain..orasakai". Instantly the scroll popped open in his hands, this time there was a layer of brail over the scroll which evaporated away the moment Sorain ran his fingers across them. Sorain's face changed suddenly, his eye brows arched in while keeping his eyes closed and tilted towards the ground. "It would appear..that we have a traitor in our company.. I dont have to remind you all of the consequences of such treason." Sorain shrugged his shoulder aggressively to pull his jacket further onto his body.
Standing motionless Sorain listened to the rambling, and the eventual splash of the first of his group entering the well. Sorain squinted his face a bit, jumping blindly into a well was not something that he was willing to do by far, especially being blind he would have no way of anticipating its depth. Sorain approached the well slowly before sucking in his breath and hacking a wad of spit down into the well, as the spit ball fell towards the bottom of the cave Sorain counted the moments until he heard it splash. Using this is a loose judge Sorain jumped down into the well and landed with an awkward thud. Deep inside the well Sorain was unaware of just how dark it was, being blind himself there was truely no diffrence. However from what he could tell this well was much larger than he had previously thought. The air going in and out of the well indicated that there was a great deal of space here under ground...'damit' Sorain thought, he simply hated being underground. "Your a fool if you beleive such lies. There is simply no way that they would allow their precious genin be killed off in such a way. To even suggest so would spark wars and feuding. Rather they are trying to bluff us into playing the game on their terms...Although.." He paused, "I have no doubt that we have been poisioned, however non fatily it may be, id rather not suffer such ailments. Especially considering that the third test of the exams are traditionally an all out battle test."

Meistu simply stood against the wall until she saw the proctor approach and hand her the scroll which she flicked open this time and read to herself after looking it over and memorizing it she followed the other proctors leading the way, he team was Rizu and some cocky other ninja who's name she had not bothered to learn nor would she unless she had to. Meistu was a team player as long as she agreed with the team, and right now she didn't. She continued to follow them through a thick forest she looked around as they walked, she had heard other countries exams had placed them in large forests full of angry large and deadly creatures, if that was the case Meistu had an ace up her sleeve although she had not mastered it yet she had found a way to perform the summoning jutsu.
But her happiness at the idea of summoning was dispelled when she saw the well in fact her joy in it's entirety faded, she hated to be cramped up in very small spaces, well less hated more dreaded, once inside she was sure she would adjust, although last time she was underground it was when she had come to save Zagula and she hadn't even been thinking about the fact she had been underground but this time it was obviously going to way heavily on her mind, the Cocky Ninja went first and leaped down the tunnel, she guessed he was showing off but to who Rizu was obviously blind so the only one who could see him was....her. Oh God this kid was trying to impress her, she stuck out her tongue in a bit of disgust and spit onto the ground. She looked up to see Rizu going next he leaped down as well, but he couldn't use the ladder anyway being blind he could fall.
Meistu went last she sighed and looked down and then back up at the sky one last time before climbing onto the ladder and slowly making her way down into the dark dank underworld that was the well, finally she reached the bottom and looked around, it was then she noticed the light fading, she didn't bother to look up she had gotten her last look at the sky, soon a voice crackled on a speaker and some torches lite up lining the wall. After all was explained Meistu sighed."Rizu is right,I don't think the poison is deadly although i have no doubt when we opened our scrolls there must have been some form of invisible poison in each of them so when we lowered our faces to read or In Rizu's case ran our finger on the brail our bodies contracted it, I'd rather not spend any more time down here than we have to." Meistu wasn't a whole lot but one thing could be said she was smart. "Rizu do you need to be guided, I'm not trying to talk down to you or anything, I just want to make sure you don't get left behind." Meistu would lead him if he wanted she was used to it with Zagula so she had no complaint, she waited there for the response. (Stupid sai and his typo's on what group i was in.)

Takera had awaited an answer from the taller shinobi who notioned him over, but the shinobi had said nothing and had, for the most part just ignored Takera. He got a strong feeling that something was wrong when suddenly a proctor announced the start of the second exam. The proctors moved out and handed people their scrolls. As people moved out of the hut, Takera was pushed and forced away from the group by the people circulating and pushing to get out. In aggrivation he turned and pushed free but soon noticed that the group he had been face-to-face with were now on the other side of the room with a proctor. He was given a scroll by one of the proctors and opened it expecting to be teamed with the group from earlier, but to his dismay he was now teamed up with the few he'd just met. This is some kind of mistake. Was I tricked into joining the group by being lured towards him? Crap. He thought to himself before he looked down at the scroll and spoke his name low enough that no one could hear it. The scroll popped open and he read the contents quickly before handing the scroll back. The proctor pointed towards the group leaving the doorway to the hut and told Takera to follow them to the designated area. Takera bit his lower lip as he moved out from the hut and stayed a good many feet back away from them. He considered the possibilities. He was in a group with no one he really knew and a guy who seemed familiar who succeeded in tricking him into the team's line-up. He took a deep breath and lightly exhaled, calming himself. He watched as the 3 ahead of him continued to follow the proctor. They were lead through what seemed like a forest and into a small area where a well resided. Two proctors stood beside the well and kept straight faces as they instructed the shinobi to get into the well. Takera walked up slowly as he watched them each jump in and descend to the bottom quickly. Are they really that absent minded? They jumped clear over the ladder and straight down. Takera shook his head and shrugged his shoulders before sighing and moving to the edge of the well. It seemed all the while that the other had paid no attention to Takera's presence. The exit should've shut for them by now, but Takera stood staring down into the well for a moment. The proctors looked over at him. " Go on. one of them spoke up to Takera. He didn't bother to look up. Instead he moved to the ladder and flipped himself around and over it positioning his feet on the steps and hanging onto the sides. He moved his feet back to the edges of the ladder and focused his chakra before loosening his grip and sliding all the way down the ladder to the bottom. He let go and jumped from the ladder landing with a dragging noise as he slid back and spun to face the tunnel path. He stood a foot ahead of Rizu and had avoided colliding with the shinobi by only a few inches as he passed to a sudden stop. He turned his head only slightly to his left towards Rizu. " Ch." Takera scoffed. That was a bit close. I just don't feel right without my sharingan. Takera looked down at his hand and flexed his hand thoroughly before turned to face the group. " The name's Kairo. I wish I could say it's nice to meet you all, but I'm not in the mood for sentimentality. I'd prefer we move sooner than later. Agreed?" Takera remarked with a sturdy tone while his eyes moved to meet each of the other's. Quote: ele: 103/50 Step One - Check One [Current Lines: 38] [Total Lines: (38*6)(Part 2)]

Hatari looked back at the blind guy named Rizu and couldn't help but smirk off the stern voice of the guy; however, he possibly could be right and thus this entire test was to in fact toxin the enemy that was within the group and succeed in doing so. If the person didn't drink the vial first they would more so be considered a traitor and thus killed by Rizu, or even himself for that matter. looking towards the female of the group she was quick to offer assistance and yet the fourth member seemed to be hesitant of coming down the ladder like the rest of them. to be honest it showed that he was weaker than the rest, more cautious of his actions. Finally he spoke out to the fourth member as he called out his name once again. "I do believe we've had our introduction time, now isn't the time to hold us up...if you're so worried of jumping into a dark pit afraid to sprain your ankle then why join the test to begin with...And as I've said before lets get going, I'm sure just us sitting here waiting for everyone to get comfortable has caused us to lose the first spot in time." "Sharingan!" Hatari's eyes focused within the dark as he could now see about two feet in front of him, wasn't much room for fixing mistakes along the path however it was better than being blind or hesitant of his surroundings. taking the leader position he quickly began to run his right hand across the wall as he began to walk in a paced manner, hoping he would be able to see traps and the alike if they were to come up. At the time he hadn't noticed anything unusual; however, the more and more he stepped forward the floor beneath him felt kind of slanted in a way, peering down he noticed cracks within the flooring of the tunnel, his mind was pondering upon the obstacles they would face ahead, as soon as his mind cleared he peered in front of him and quickly stopped in his tracks "Holy s**t... what the ********> even with his Sharingan activated the hole within the ground seemed invisible and those behind him might not even see the obstacle and run right over it. He tried his best to call out to his team but they were so close behind him that if they didn't see it for themselves there would be nothing to help with. looking back he only saw shadowed figures moving amongst the darkness. He only hoped they would notice in time.

Sorain remained motionless with his hands tucked casually inside of his jacket pockets. He was trying to listen out for any signs of traps or the like, but with the constant yapping going on from his 'teammates' he was having a hard time picking up any usable information about the tunnel that they were in. Above his head he could hear the sounds of the well being sealed off, letting him know that the final addition to their team had arrived, which was perfect for him. The last member of his team was the boy whom he had met in the Frost Country named Takera. Sorain grinned to himself thinking, "He probably thought that he was rid of me forever" the thought sent a twinge of spiteful humor across his lips. Just then the loud thud of Takera hitting the ground rung off in his right ear followed by a set of foot steps that Sorain made sure to associate with Takeras body weight. At this point he had already tuned in on the exact sound of each of his team mates voices, as well as the sound of their individual footsteps. For now he was at least able to keep a clear grasp of where they were at all times, very good for him indeed. Moments later Sorain heard a rather sarcastic scoff coming from just a few feet in front of him, one that he could only assume was Takeras based on its location. Turning towards the opening in the tunnel Sorain made a point to speak clearly for the first time since he was in the hut, "Alright listen up. This is how were going to do things..." He said trailing off before tilting his head slightly to try and gauge the location of Hatari. He then began speaking without even making the slightest motion as to whom he was talking to, "..unlike you, I did create this team, and I do plan to lead it. If anyone else has a problem with that, I suggest you either wait here and drop off the team, or some how manage to get ahead of me. Hopefully we can all be in agreement here. Id rather not spend my time barking at each other over whom is going to lead this mission." Sorain took a deep breath before speaking again, "As some of you already know, I am without vision. However, considering that we are now under ground I would imagine that there is not much lighting to be found either way. I have lived my entire life in darkness, and as such I am able to navigate without the privilege of sight. As such I will be taking point, everyone should try and follow my lead and I will try and make sure that everyone gets out of here safely. Follow me and live to be a champion, cross me and die in the dark." With that said Sorain began to walk forward into the tunnel before stopping abruptly, "One more thing. There is a powerful echo down here, meaning the more you speak, the less I can hear, and the more likely it is that we will get lost down here. So unless its important, I suggest everyone either shut the ******** up, or keep your voices down." Sorain then began to address Takera, once again making no physical or verbal signs as to whom he was speaking to exactly, "Take an attitude with me again, and see yourself stripped of you free will just like the last time"
Now finished speaking entirely Sorain headed forward down the tunnel. Making sure to listen out carefully after each step for any signs of danger. With each and every step he could feel the path getting more and more narrow, until eventually he was sure that they were going to have to continue one at a time or risk being crushed by the closing walls. As his pace was further slowed from having to shuffle through the path Sorain caught the faint sound of a single pebble being pushed and a long pause before the sound of it striking another solid surface, which would only mean..Suddenly one of the members of his team barged in front of him and took point before stopping abruptly in front of the pit. ."There is some sort of drop ahead of us. Im not entirely sure how deep it goes. After you have all taken a few steps, make sure to stop and check the floor for a dip.. Im gonna try and jump as far as I can, if I make it to the other side. I will signal back. If anyone falls, ill do my best to catch you before you hit the ground."

Sorain leaned over the pit for a moment, trying to regain his balance after having to put on the breaks so fast to keep himself from toppling over into the trap. This was not going to be easy, Sorain could not even see the other side and so he was basically going to have to take a leap of faith and hope for the best. Sighing deeply to himself he took a few steps back and planted his feet securely before biting down on his lip. He was unsure if he was going to be able to make this jump and he had to admit that he was a bit afraid of taking a literal blind leap of faith towards the other side. Putting all of his fears aside Sorain took off in a massive sprint towards the ledge, making sure to count his footsteps so that he would know the exact time to flex his muscles into a jump. The moment he reached the edge of the pit Sorain leaned his body forward and leap forward with as much force as he could manage in a single bound while waving his arms in a circular motion to keep balance in the air and leaning his legs up to his chest using his feet to search for some sort of surface to land on. As Sorain soared through the air his head flung back over his shoulder, for the moment exposing more of his face than he would have liked but this grief was soon washed away by a sense of triumph as his foot made contact with the ground on the other side. Leaning forward then back to regain his balance Sorain fixed his composure and turned around so that his voice was travel across the pit, "Alright, I made it over! Everyone jump one at a time, and lets try and get on with this thing."Quote: Jump Check: 70 + 100 vs 250 42% Success

Turning his head Hatari noted that one of his team mates had noticed the Pit and quickly made a leap for the other side; however, he wasn't too sure as to who it had been who made the jump. the shadow of the figure suggested it was the Blind guy named Rizu, unbelievably Hatari listened in at the sounds of the tunnel as he didn't hear any loud landing sounds thus he had guess Rizu made it to the other side. He calmed his nerves down and slowly began to take in a breath and began to breathe outward, within seconds he had stepped back and thus went for the reality of faith as he touched off from the side where the other two were and leaped forward for the other side. "Graahh! Come on!" He yelled as he quickly reached for the ledge with his hands in a diving motion to increase his chances of getting to the other side safely. Sorain clinched his teeth as a surge of pain went through his body from the sheer force of his heart beating along with the rush of adrinaline that ran through his veins the moment he realized that the last person whom jumped was not going to be able to make it the distance. Just based on the sound of the air, as well as the sound of the guy yelling the air, Sorain knew that he was just a little bit too far off. Moving as quickly as his body could allow him Sorain dove forward, using his right hand to latch onto the side of the ledge while using his right leg as support he hung loosely on the pits wall with his left arm extended out as far as he could reach. It was a stretch, but Sorain was actually able to snatch a hold of the falling shinboi's clothing and from there lift him up enough for Hatari to get his hands on the ledge himself. Sighing in relief, Sorain pulled himself back up and sat with his legs hanging over the ledge. "Next" He said plainly. Quote: Rescue Check: 170 vs110 53%

Hatari quickly realized the moment he had stepped off the ledge his velocity was far too slow to reach the other side of the ledge how ever far it was. As he cried out in panic he was soon to notice a hand grab out and catch him from falling he looked up and noticed Rizu the one who had made it across had caught him before he fell into the pit. Looking up he saw Rizu's eyes squinting as his arm hung in place as it held onto to Hatari's shirt. "Rizu...I''ll help you when I can next time... Trust me when I say I'm worthy of your trust." Hatari pulled himself up and stood next to Rizu to try and see the other two who were to jump across, if possible he would help the others out as well.

Takera turned to the direction of the voice that first spoke up. He remembered the voice from the hut. It was the shinobi who had tried to make sad excuses for beating on a child and using him in a slavish fashion. Takera listened to what the boy said, but soon his face turned to express.. confusion. The boy had attempted to almost insult Takera about his caution entering the tunnel, but his logic was majorly skewered and ultimately did little more than stain his nuetral standing in Takera's mind. " Are you serious?" Takera remarked almost grinning behind the mask in amusement. " You're questioning why I joined the exam because I took my time and assessed the situation, came up with a proper action, and implemented it instead of recklessly jumping down here without knowing the conditions of the situation? Get your head on straight and consider your own actions before you blatantly and openly question my own." Takera said as his smirk turned to a serious expression. At that point another voice rung out in a sturdy, demanding, and pushy tone. It seemed so deadly familiar. It had been Rizu who notioned and spoke only so earlier in the first part of the exam. Takera turned back to where Rizu was. The tall shinobi spoke of his blindness and began to speak of it as a strength given their situation. As he gave an explaination of it and what was to go down, Takera got a lingering bad feeling in the back of his mind. Rizu was starting to sound so incredibly similar to Sorain, who lead Takera and Zeru in their past travels that Takera began to almost sweat a little. Oh please no... not him, not now. Takera listened as Rizu wrapped up his little speach with a comment of needing them all to refrain from too much noise. Then as it all came to an end, Rizu spoke one last time with a sentence that widened Takera's eyes and put a chill down his spine. The shinobi had made a remark about taking someone's free will once before. Takera knew immediately where the comment was directed at, but made no effort to show it in any way. He calmed his mind and turned to face the tunnel before them, watching as the others around him began to make their way down it. He followed behind them keeping a good 4-6 feet behind the last person in the group He watched them, his eyes moved to view each of them as he followed. The tunnels began to get more narrow and soon the light had dispersed almost entirely. Everyone was barey visible as his eyes adjusted to the dark. Takera noticed as one of the figures ahead stopped and began turning back towards the rest. He assumed it had been the boy from earlier as he took up the lead run from the start, but before the figure could say anything else, another taller figure, who Takera assumed to be Rizu had made an amazing leap and fell out of sight of Takera from being too far away. Then the first figure jumped and after a moment as Takera got closer and passed the smaller figure infront of him, he heard the word uttered from Rizu down the way 'Next'. It had raised a bell in Takera's mind and he immediately scanned the walls, ceiling, and floor with his eyes. There was a pit laying directly infront of him by only a good 7-9 feet away. Takera became immediately alerted and the reasoning behind the silhouettes in the darkness vanishing became painfully clear to him now. He was barreling through full force and wasn't able to stop or he'd slide right off the edge and into the pit ahead of him. His mind raced and the thoughts of everything he glimpsed in the last few seconds ran through his head in a sudden order as his mind pieced it all together. I've only got one shot at this. He thought as he veered left and leaped at an angle towards the wall, planting his feet and using his momentum to run across the wall. His eyes widened and his senses heightened as he experienced a rush from the pressure of the situation. He had almost made it half way when suddenly his right foot slipped and he lost his momentum. He kicked off with his right foot in desperation and lunged with his arms out towards the figure he was now close enough to notice, but the distance he lunged still wasn't enough and he began to fall. His mind rushed as he closed his eyes tight and hoped that the others would manage to catch him and prevent his fall. " Crap! I'm gonna fall!" He spoke out hoping to be heard by one of the others.
