I've given many of you more time to post, some of you hardly do, or in most cases have promised to and never have. The thing is, I'm not trying to be harsh, I hate to remove/ban people from the guild...but the fact that nobody aside from James at the moment has said anything in a week disgusts me. Those who have explained why they are inactive, they are excused, and I remember who they are right now.
Now . . . don't get me wrong here, I don't expect each of you to post every single day, and there is an appropiate thread for when you cannot post due to something coming up. I only have banned one person from this guild...and to be honest, I decided to go easy on many of you. Now, you all have until Friday of the coming week before I drop the hammer on some of you. I don't want to, I believe that many of you have the potential to help out a lot, without every single one of you, there isn't even a guild to post in. But, I've given some of you two months and you have never said much. That said, you don't have to roleplay, you just have to be active, maybe take advantage of the Chatterbox, or the other sections of the guild. I understand that it's the summer, maybe some of you are tired, if you aren't on gaia 24/7 that is completely understandable, I have a life too. Now, all you need to do is be active, maybe only one post this week, I don't care as long as you show that you're paying attention. ~Silent Harry Mason

You do got a good point there. I am the only one that really talks here. I think you should get rid of some of the vice presidents as well. At least keep me and Bella as the VPs. Get rid of the others because no one else is on. While you were gone, I tried to take over and only manged to get one person to roleplay. I even changed my username for you. @_@ So yeah...there needs to be more active people and more literate roleplayers.

Well sorry but I'm currently in Australia and I only have enough time to post this because I'm in an airport that has Wi-Fi so yeah. I try to be active when I can but its quite impossible in Australia.

about the turn system in the RP. You should only wait a day. If the person before you doesn't post then feel free to post.
And About my own activity, it has been waning lately because of current circumstances within this guild and within RL. But it is starting to kick back up.

Well that's fine, this message is for mainly those who have like 1 to 0 posts. Not for those who are trying. xD

Well there are a few other Vice Captains I trust, however I intend to demote some of the less active ones soon.

ultimatemk Well sorry but I'm currently in Australia and I only have enough time to post this because I'm in an airport that has Wi-Fi so yeah. I try to be active when I can but its quite impossible in Australia. That's is understandable, and I read your signature that warned you would be inactive so you are alright. This message is mainly for those who are completely inactive from the get-go, you really have posted a lot. And thanks for taking your roleplaying a step further within the guild. 3nodding

I think two months is definitely excessive inactivity, but posting once a week seems too strict. Maybe I'm just used to slower roleplay? I think a better minimum activity threshold is once every two weeks; even people in summer classes or at summer jobs can probably manage that one.
And, of course, hopefully people'll post more when they're able.

And, of course, hopefully people'll post more when they're able. It isn't very strict. And this is old news... let me explain what I mean, when people first join, they aren't banned for not posting within the week in that week if that makes sense. Whoever I see with a very low average of posts are the ones kicked out when I say that I'm going to ban people by a certain date. Understand?

Eh, if nobody's meeting it, then maybe you want to consider that perhaps it IS too strict. People have lives outside of the internet.
I understand that you toss people out after a while of inactivity, but..yeah. This thread itself was from nine days ago, so it didn't seem too much like gravedigging to me.
Oh well, over and out.

Oh well, over and out.Hold on a bit. Yes I constantly remind people that I know they have live. And to be honest it averages out, if you make say 15-45 posts, I know that you are trying and won't even look at you for a while...understand? Don't complain about it, you also can say something before going inactive, which protects you from being banned. As for the activity, it is improving...and the situation was different when this thread was posted then how it is now.
