Spatial temporal coordination would allign well within the confines of the battle groundz and a single being would materialize. This figure's, tall, muscular dark skinned features were evident, almost intimidating. Cool calm relaxed facial features consisted of blood colored pupiless optics, an arrogant disposition and a pair of fangs just passing his top lip and coming into view. A pair of sheathed blades were strapped to his back diagonally, forming an X across his chest, clad in all black his outfit matched the neat straight back cornrows that made up his hair.
The vampire, King,would in the slightly cool air as he stood awaiting his brother, his twin. Though they looked alike he found it remarkable that the pair of them were twins. He was a pure blood vampire, his brother on the hand, a pure blood Lycan. You'd think the pair of them wouldnt be possible, they were born at the exact same time on opposite sides of the world to very different parents. Some how they were draw to one another almost instantly, even now it confused him still. He stood within the large plains field stroking his chin, his mind wondering as he awaited Kai.
Drawing seemingly from the King's shadow, another figure would be seen, though his form would emerge from the shadow of the first. This man was taller, bigger, and stronger than the first, rough rugged features of a man. He wore baggy black pants and a sleeveless vest, open in the front showing a rather chiseled 8-pack and a few well placed tattooes on his chest and arms. Around his neck was a thick chain, another of these could be seen dangling from a pair of his belt loops, though the chain itself far too thick to be for a wallet. A pair of pale pupiless optics would scan the area in which he now stood, a smirk crossing his face as he calmly awaited their opponents.

As he descends from above, the archmagi's presense commands the very earth to bid him welcome, raw power flowing from his form. Ashen gray locks fall across his flaming eyes of vibrant violet, hiding two small wings in a mess of hair. About his head a light blue sheen can be seen, a material of some sort of clear crystal with a faceted appearance, an ornate vestment of silken blue threads covering his loose grey dress shirt, but the depiction of a weaping phoenix upon the back is clear as day. A strand of azure crystal beads 'round his neck cannot even be seen.
Two violet wings wreathed in blue flame extend from his back, complimenting the blue chain that is wrapped around his right arm. Arcs of blue lightning spark between his fingertips and the shards of metal that surround his hands like a pair of fractures gauntlets. His midnight blue cargo pants bulge near the bottom as two boots of a similar color wrapping around his feet.
Golden silk threads dance to the winds reflect the light as if the man wearing it was giving off a fair deal of superfluous light himself. Shimmering about his form were in fact several glowing items that seemed to hug his form. About his head a light blue sheen can be seen, a material of some sort of clear crystal with a faceted appearance, sending tendrils of light blue down through his skin. A pair of heavy boots wrap around his feet with cerulean bands gripping his calves and reinforcing the toes of the boots. A pendant of glowing red iron hangs around his neck, looking as if to weigh tons, but bearing down on him none at all.
As Shar drifts down, hanging upon the right foot of his brother with ease, a long staff with a spiked ball on the end hangs lazily below him. He seems to converse without words to the man above, his eyes running over the two below with the watchful eye of a tactician and master of combat. He lets out a sigh as he runs a hand through the violet strands of hair that contrast with his emerald eyes, a window to his soul shadowed with envy.Soulmelds and Soulbinds-Shar 5 Soulmelds Available. 3 Soulbinds Available. Feet Power Center: Thunderstep Boots-BoundWhen Shar charges an opponent these boots unleash a terrible sonic attack, focusing oppon the opponent he is charging. Expending a point of Essentia greatly enhances the effect. When bound damage dealt stuns the opponent like a magnificent thunderclap. Crown Power Center: Crystal HelmThis helm is formed from the soul, pure light in a pale blue form that enhances the mind and extends the body. This soulmeld enhances the mental fortitude of the wearer and refracts his form, letting him deflect attacks easier. Shar can use a point of Essentia to force himself out of the way of an attack or to nullify an attempt to manipulate his mind, if he is aware. Throat Power Center: Pendant of the Juggernaut-BoundThis Soulmeld gives unprecedented prowess in combat. The ability to shrug off blows with the expenditure of an Essentia point makes this a Soulmeld any combatant would gladly shape, but is also decreases overall speed. For the powerful Soulborn that can bind this Soulmeld to his throat power center this speed reduction is absent. Arm Power Center: Longmace-BoundThis is a fearsome weapon. In the hands of Shar`Addan this weapon seems to be a normal quarterstaff with a large spiked ball on one end, making it actually a very large morningstar. When he strikes with this weapon he can use an Essentia point to create a shockwave. When bound he can use an Essentia point to use the special ability, causing all the spiks to fly off and attack the opponent like twenty magically guided daggers. Statistics-Shar Aside from the passive abilities mentioned for Torment that might apply, Shar`Addan has the following effects active: Essentia Points: 10 Incarnum Defense:Shar can switch between four modes, in which his eyes glow momentarily a different color. -Gold: Fear Immunity and Pain Resistance enhanced -Green: Paralysis Immunity- Active. -Crimson: Immune to Complete Exhaustion. -Black: Immunity to effects that weaken him Strength wise. Share Incarnum Defense: Three times per day Shar may extend the current effect to another for 5 posts. Must be delivered by touch, and only one ally at a time. Smite Opposition:Five times per day Shar can channel the incarnum within him to deliver a devestating blow that can knock any bipedal foe down. If he misses, the use is wasted. Statistics-Tor Incarnum Radiance: Four times per day Torment can produce one of four Auras. The effect lasts 4 rounds with only one aura active at a time.

This helm is formed from the soul, pure light in a pale blue form that enhances the mind and extends the body. This soulmeld enhances the mental fortitude of the wearer and refracts his form, letting him deflect attacks easier. The Meldshaper can use a point of Essentia to force himself out of the way of an attack or to nullify an attempt to manipulate his mind, if he is aware. Binding this Soulmeld allows the Meldshaper's weapon to affect incorporeal creatures and those usualy not affected by physical weapons.
Feet Power Center: Impulse Boots
These boots grant the ability to avoid surprise attacks, acting on magically aided impulses, giving the meldshaper knowledge and an attempt to dodge. Expending an Essentia Point allows the meldshaper to literally leap out of the way of an attack. When bound this Soulmeld gives the ability to dodge traps and spells with greater ability.
Hand Power Center: Lightning Gauntlets
When worn these gauntlets allow the meldshaper to touch a subject and deliver a devestating shock to them. Expending an Essentia Point enhances the effect and adds a stunning quality to the attack. When bound the effects of the Soulmeld may be transfered through a weapon.
Arm Power Center: Phoenix Feather-Bound
This Soulmeld manifests as a long chain with a blade on one end and a weight on the other that only Torment can shape. It is nearly infinite to his will and with the expenditure of an Essentia Point can make a very effective assault weapon. When Bound it constantly aids Torment in channeling mana.
Brow Power Center: Planar Chausible
This Soulmeld gives the Meldshaper a slight resistance based on a single plain to which he is most aligned. Torment is aligned to Elysium, a good aligned plane, thus he is granted a resistance to cold. Expending an Essentia Point makes this an immunity for 3 posts. When Bound to the Brow this Soulmeld enhances the Incarnum Radiance of the Meldshaper. When bound to the Soul a Gate may be opened by expending three Essentia Points.
Shoulders Power Center: Wings of Flame-Bound
This soulmeld allows Torment to form to great wings of blue and violet flame from his back. These wings grant flight but with fatigue. Expending an Essentia Point allows him to use the Wing Shards attack, firing off wisps of flaming incarnum to attack the enemy. When Bound flight is possible without fatigue and the Wing Shards become more powerful.
Throat Power Center: Arcane Focus-Bound
This manifests as a necklace of blue crystals that wraps around the Meldshaper's neck, glowing with light whenever a damaging spell is cast. This Soulmeld gives offensive spells a little kick, but not much. Expending a point of Essentia speeds up spell completion. When bound this Soulmeld gives damaging spells the ability to stun a single target for one round of posting. This does nothing for spells that affect more than one target.
Heart Power Center: The Inferno Within-Bound
This is the embodiment of the link Torment has with his wife. This is not an actual Soulmeld, but it takes up a slot simply because it is that important to him. This fuels the Soul Forge and if Kalie is in danger will warn him of such. The Visage of the Phoenix can react with this "Soulmeld." It manifests as a ring upon his finger and a flame in his eyes.
Soul Power Center: Soulspark Familiar Variant-Bound
This...is Shar. This Soulmeld has no purpose in combat, but it cannot be unshaped. Binding is possible for Torment, but not for Shar. Neither Brother can have their souls drained while this Soulmeld is shaped, and they can give off light (blue or red/green) depending on wich one is flesh and which is a Soulmeld. Torment helps maintain concentration and dispel distractions, allowing Shar to focus on his opponent, while Shar gives Torment on tips with fighting without magic. In this instance this represents a bond between the brothers that goes beyond thye physical. Self and touch range spells and abilities can pass through the link freely.

King stood before his brother and the pair descending upon this designated ground. These creatures seemed to resemble one another, though not quite as much as he and his twin brother. The only physical difference between them in human form was their hair. King had straight back cornrows while his brother, Kai, had shoulder length black dreadlocks. King drew Vada Kadavra from its sheath and held it out before them. The Blade of Fallen Souls seemed to spark to life as he held it towards their opponents. A silvery mist began to emanate from the blade's edge and drift off into seemingly nothingness just about away. The blade itself desired to feed on the souls of this new pair, and in due time it would.
King extended his perception to its limits forming his sphere of influence. This was his version of an aura, it didnt designate his power level but more measured the area about him in which he can affect, within the sphere he is God. An opaque blackish aura formed a thick orb around 3ft from his body on all sides, bits of black electricity dancing about its edge, the area within sizzled with activity. Below him the small pebbles on the ground within the sphere began to rattle a bit, the dirt parting underfoot so that he'd hover gently off ground. The Blade now resting at his side, he'd allow them to make the first move.
Kai on the other hand seemed unimpressed by this pair, he'd seen all types and a pair similiar to these he'd fought not too long ago. Going about this as though it were just another fight he began to draw forth the darkness energy of shadow from within this battlefield. Shadows within the area would be torn from their fixtures and converge forming a pool about his feet. This black mass began to grow outward making it seem as though he were standing in a rather large puddle. From the substance a pair of blades would emerge, too short to be considered swords yet too long to be daggers or knives. These blades bore no name and he decided to keep it that way, though they had some very interesting qualities. They were constructed to be unlike any other blades known to man currently, the blade itself curved not straight, down to a slender hilt. The hilt bent away from the blade, and a thin blade formed a hand guard making itself and the handle a circle.
They rose slowly from the puddle and hung in the air about at his waist. Casually he'd pluck them from the air, long thick digit fitting themselves about the handles. He held them blade's faced down at the ground, his fist just behind the bladed hand guard. Folding his arms now he'd simply stand and await his opponents, never one for the first move he'd only observe as did his brother.

As the two touched down Shar seemed to keep his eyes locked upon the two, but Torment's eyes seemed to close as streams of mana already began to flare around them. The two were rather close to one another, Torment's large wings spreading out behind him. As his influence upon the streams of mana only increased, the edges of their bodies seemed to blur. With Tor concentrated upon what he was doing Shar leaned against his overturned staff, "Go right ahead. Sit there and wait or come attack, your choice. I don't think either one is very appealing, myself." He chuckled as the soulmelds between the two seemed to shimmer as one, the chain on Tor's arm slowly unraveling as the beads on his neck flared with light. It simply blends in with their auras because its a unit of their soul, so nothing the expenditure in that way would be illogical.))

King chuckled a bit, continuing to stand erect the blade would dangle at his side. His eyes never leaving the creatures, though they were truly unlike anything he'd ever seen. It seemed as though their souls were siamese twins, connected and rather hard to seperate. But it was as though they wanted it that way, he wondered exactly what this allowed them to do. When the one spoke he chuckled a bit to himself, "I'm waiting to be impressed."
Kai began to affect more of a physical change then King's fine tuning mental rousing. He held either extended from his side and upward, the blades continuing t h face the ground as he did this. Looking up into the sky thoughtfully his body manifested a silverish glow. He was opening a connection between the prime material plane and the shadow plane, which would make it easier to summon. It would also darken greatly, the area in which they stood, it would appear now as if all of them were standing in a dimly lit room. Though this matter not to either brother for both could see in the dark.

The two seemed to fade from sight as the streams of mana flowing around Torment were infused with yet another burst of incarnum. [Essentia Point Used] They seemed to drop out of sight as if light passed through them harmlessly, the same true of shadows as they neither cast a shadow or carried one about their person. The added boost of essentia seemed to focus the spell beyond the norm, pushing it to its second step, erasing any sound or vibration made at their passing unless they willed it to be so. Shar, meanwhile only smirked as he faded from view. His focus was upon keeping an eye on the opponent while Torment set up the perfect defense mechanisms. He could see them and hear them at his will, clarity and strength of mind foudn through a combined usage of the Crystal Helm. The Long Mace seemed to shift and change, the spiked ball loosening on the head of the staff. King would smirk inwardly, their were levels of stealth he found peculiar though none worked entirely upon his senses. Eventhough the pair had disappeared from visible sight and audible detection, he could still see them. Though it was more a perception of their presence here within the plane, to him they appeared as white chalk like silhouettes against a black board type back drop. He knew what Kai was planning to do so he'd already altered his perception to such a status, monitoring 1-D super string resonation, and the movement of particles of air and meta-physical matter to keep his eye on his opponents.
Kai on the other hand, still hands raised would bring his head back to level at where his opponents should be. Though he saw nothing, he knew that very soon he'd see everything. Raising his hands from their position to fully upward, the puddle at his feet would explode upward on all sides flooding the battle ground in a blanket of darkness. The shadows he'd gathered were multiplying at an exponential rate, the seal between prime material and the shadow planes broken would allow the darkness to trickle through seemingly manifested cracks of the two planes. The battle field on a whole was now completely pitch black, the last of the two figures would be seen becoming shrouded by the thick blackness and disappearing from sight completely.

The shadows came, and then they suddenly ceased as essentia surged out from the two at hand, breaking the shadows down and returning light to the world at hand, small feathers seen cutting through the darkness. [Essentia Point Used] A nimbus of light would be maintained that would expand out to the location of the two brothers beyond, but they wouldn't necessarily be at the center. As the flare from the first point used still ran through him a second was used to aid in the completion of the channeling, ceasing smells and making their aura fade from view. [Essentia Point Used]King would see something interesting, it looked as if Shar did a little spin, for no apparent reason. The reason, however, would become apparent moments later as the great spiked ball would make to impact with his chest, passing through the air with no disruption of the air, passing by as the air held no major organics. This wouldn't be seen by any sort of aura or energy detection as it was still a apart of their now hidden auras. Should it strike it would -quite literally- explode. Setting a hand upon the center and drawing back an arrow of Soulstuff can be fired forth from this weapon. Expending an Essentia Point makes these arrows nearly infinitely versatile to Shar's will. When bound the Essentia Point is not needed, but one can be expended to create an especially powerful arrow. ((When the Longmace loses the spiked ball it becomes the longbow by default, even though the longbow is basically just a quaterstaff.))

King was not where he'd originally been standing, as the darkness was lifted the pair were gone. Though not quite using the tactics of their opponents they simply were not where they'de been originally. King was high above, arcing in a tremendously high jump and dangling in the air a moment before coming back down. Either hand was bathed in a purplish aura, it seemed to emanate from his palms and trail upwards as though mist. His sphere of influence had doubled since last he'd been seen, now maybe 10ft from his body on all sides, the orb remained stable, ever gradually absorbing and converting heat and air molecules into energy to maintain itself. Suddenly it was rush inwards and cling to his body, changing from its black opaqueness to a bright bright white, the very essence of light. It would flash for only a moment and then blink out completely along with his form. A loud explosion would be heard, this a few moments late of his actual departure from the sky wouldnt really serve as a warning. By the time the light had been seen he'd already have been halfway to the ground moving far beyond the speed of light, and once the explosion heard, the purple auras about his hands would have already touched the ground along with his body.
Once connection with the ground was made a pair of explosions were evident. The purplish energy was manifest energy, basically it could take on the properties he wanted but depending on what properties it took would determine the drain it had on him. The explosion outwards would first begin as a flash of light, so bright any human who looked upon it would be blinded, retinas melted immediately. Though for these two it should serve as an extreme flash bang, temporarily blinding, and should they lose concentration possibly lifting their stealth spell. After the flash of light a tremendous shockwave would be sent in all directions, emanating outward from King, the center. With the force of a nuclear missle at nearly point blank they'd surely be blown away, maybe even destroyed by the force, depending on how strong their physical bodies were.
Kai on the other hand would work to support his brother. Around the time the light would flash in the sky, a pair of very large hands would emerge from the ground. These hands black, surrounded at the wrist by a pool of darkness. These hands would reach up seemingly from nowhere and attempt to grab both figures in a tight vice like grip. Should it succeed the hands would begin to drain them even as the attack from King came, and hold them inplace to recieve the full affect of the attack. Kai was unaffected by the light and explosions due to his current position between the prime material plane and the shadow plane. His image of the area provided by the mental connection he and his brother had, his brother had been using their resonation signature to keep track of them, Kai would now see them as well.
