Her room was tidy and kept despite the vines visible in random spots of the open room. An urn was placed on the floor by her bed which emitted the sweet sugary smell of candy corn in puffs of white smoke. The creature living inside was quite calm today so the scent was not overpowering.
It hadn't been that long since Levi had last baked something in her dorm room. With what seemed to be great success the first time around, she decided to try out some other things to make using her dorm-grown candy corn crops.
The tatzel ghoul attached a cauldron to the hanger just over the fire pit of her mini kitchen. Inside, she put a few ingredients and a lot of candy corn kernels. Still in her sleepwear, Levi decided to let the mixture boil down. Bounding over to her bathroom, she carried her pair of jean shorts and an orange tank top in with her to change. Shutting the door behind her, the water was turned on. She wouldn't have been able to hear if the pot was boiling, but it usually took a longer time for her to shower than it did for that many kernels to liquify. All would be well and safe in her room while she took to washing her hair and whistling a tune.

One could only learn so much by way of semi-formal tour. Seiji had pointed out the different dorm-rooms to Aislin but that had pretty much been the extent of things. So while she knew the direction the dorms where in and which was which she hadn't seen inside any of them, much less the school itself beyond what she'd seen at the Open House.
And that just wouldn't do.
Setting out in the early part of the morning the ghostling wandered her way from her room towards the Monster Dormitory. As fond as she was of her fellow demons Aislin could not deny her fondness of Monsters. They were always so fun, had so much variety, and were always interesting! So it was with these thoughts in mind that she wandered her way towards the giant mish-mash of a building that belonged to the other race. She hesitated only a few moments, wondering if it was somehow taboo for her to enter any dorm by other own.
Oh well. Caution was thrown to the wind as she entered the doors and began to explore. Everything was a delight to see and the banshee kept to the sides of the halls. No matter that she got lost probably as soon as she'd made her firs left turn, there was far too much interesting to see. Turning down this corridor and then that Aislin suddenly caught wind of something deliciously sweet smelling. She tilted her chin up, sniffing lightly until she found herself standing in front of a room, door opened wide. It was as good of an invitation as any for the ghoul.
Aislin stepped past the threshold, floating a few inches or so above the ground. What better way to not accidentally disturb anything by not even walking on the carpeting? Her interest was drawn towards the cauldron immediately. She paced over towards the mini kitchen and bent over, hair wafting airily behind her as she peered inside the pot.

The water continued to run as the cauldron bubbles a substance sweet smelling through the air and into the hall... apparently attracting a curious ghostly ghoul. Popcorn had fallen asleep at this point and was not likely to wake up anytime soon; wasn't nearly feeding time. Sweets however... The candy corn treat rustled out from under one of Levi's furr pillows. It liked to sleep with her scent and warmth. At the smell of boiling candy corn, the treat sleepily fluttered over to the kitchen with fuzzy eyes. The ghostly ghoul wasn't the only one following her nose, it seemed. The treat wasn't immediately aware of the figure beside the cauldron not being its master. Blinking in a hover close to the cauldron, it processed that there was no wriggling tail in view. Eyes widened and stared at the banshee. Slowly fluttering closer to her, Sweet circled and sniffed, being tickled at one point by hair. Coming back around in front of Ash, Sweets flew right to her shoulder, nuzzling at her neck like an orange poofball with wings. Guess that was her welcome. Still no student appeared, but the boiling pot seemed to be nearly done breaking down the solids within.

The sudden appearance of a sleepy eyed little treat took Aislin off guard a moment. She leaned back, thinking she was in the way, before it nuzzled up against her, curling between her collarbone and neck. Immediately slender fingers came up to cradle the poof's rear and she nuzzled it back in kind with a coo of adoration. "Hello! You're not the student that lives here, are you?" She gave a burst of laughter at the notion. "They'll let just anyone in, huh!"
Still holding her palm beneath the Treat's rump should it try to move she leaned back down over the bubbling pot. Curiously she sniffed, then looked around for something to poke inside of the cauldron. She found a wooden spoon nearby and took it up, dipping it into the pot and giving an experimental swirl.
She tugged the utensil out of the goop and wrinkled her nose at the orangy, sugary stuff. "What are you cooking? Candy?"

The faucet creaked to a close and the treat that was nuzzled up to the ghostly ghoul's neck jolted it's tiny feathered wings in attention. So that was where her master had been this whole time. The creature churred happily then, gently tickling Ash with its tail while it wagged. Sweets only had positive things to say about her master; none, of course, which the ghoul could hear.
Levi rustled up some jean shorts and a black tank top from a pile of clothing left on the hamper in the bathroom, toweling her hair dry at the same time. Rubbing at the fuzz of her ears once finally changed, the tatzel opened the door to the bathroom whistling. A light steam wafted from the opening with the tall white-haired figure stepping out back onto the unfinished wood flooring of her dorm room. A groove in her step, she twirled with swaying hips, and a long white tail curving around her as she did so. Ahh~
Freshened up, she pranced towards the cauldro-
.................then she knew she wasn't alone in the room.
Scanning over the banshee, Levi's wheels worked overtime in deciding whether the ghost was an intruder or a visitor. The orange fluff by the ghoul's neck then caught her attention and the tatzel eased. If Sweets wasn't in any harm, the ghoul couldn't have meant any harm in entering the room. And, with Levi, it was always the more the merrier, right? If the ghoul presented no threat, then she was a guest to be introduced to. Levi smiled then and sniffed at the air. Seems ready now, eh? The tatzel came forward towards the banshee and held out a hand. It was likely her guest caught the scent of her cooking mixture and simply became curious. Name's Levi; ya must be 'a pretty friendly ghoul ta be wonderin' 'round in other critters' rooms. This tha' usual thing fer ya? She raised a sly brow when she said the latter. It was some sort of joke on Levi's part; the tatzel didn't mind at all if the banshee wanted to have a look around, but poked a bit of fun at her playfully.
Hopefully this curve in conversation would also lead the banshee away from mentioning her little dance there?... This was what Levi was hoping for, anyways.

The sound of a door opening and the sudden movement of the little treat tucked into the crook of her neck caught Aislin's attention. She glanced up in time to see a cat-tailed ghoul dance out of the bathroom. Her hips swayed and there was a bounce in her step and the banshee couldn't help a little smile of interest as she watched the movement. And then she was being noticed.
With a friendly enough grin and an extension of her own hand to shake the other ghoul, Levi, she greeted the Monster. "Aislin, but everyone just calls me Ash." As she spoke her mouth did not move, instead the sound of her voice seeming to emanate from the hole in her throat along with a faintly colored fog. She gave a little yelp of laughter at the tease, eyes opening to look at Levi with a flat-white stare. "You were the ghoul who left her door open for anyone to 'wonder' in. It was an invitation that I took!"
The banshee let go of the little creature, watching as it fluttered back towards it's owner. Normally she would have delighted in staying around and either bothering or entertaining this new acquaintance but she seemed entirely busy with cooking whatever was over the fire. Just this once Ash wouldn't hinder.
"I just started here, maybe we'll see each other around! I'm in the Ghost Dorm. Come visit sometime if you don't mind graves!" With a shriek of giggling laughter she glided towards the door, flitting out. After a brief pause she popped back around the corner, pale blond hair floating about her face as she grinned. "Nice moves, by the way!"
And then she was gone.
