The Minipet Training booth looked normal enough, with the standard wooden table, a sign above it... Until you came close enough to realize that there was something that looked like the entrance to an enclosed area, with walls of stone, behind him. Potted plants lined the interior, and you can hear... Growling and barking from the other side? Should you really risk this...?
The professor tending the booth, topless and with an invisible dog on his lap, regarded you with a small grin as you approached, and wordlessly pointed at the sign attached to the front of the booth, directing your attention to it.Information This is a mini maze. I had released several Rapalicious - Raptor-like minipets - into it, and they had made a number of nests in the maze. Since said minipets have the tendency to collect anything that catches their eye, you might find more than just what they had left behind in them - and I do not mean minipet excretion either. Do note that I had set up several fake nests in the maze. These nests contain things I am sure you do not wish to touch. To that effect, please be careful. Stay silent - Sudden noises tend to startle and scare
Walk - Running tends to encourage chasing
No Food Allowed - If you won food from another booth, please leave it out here till you return from the maze
No crowding - You may only try the maze solo, but you are permitted to wait for friends outside the maze
Minipet says Kamikorosu - This will not happen unless you ignored the rules above; if this happens, scream and hopefully, Vlad (my invisible dog) will get to you in time
Biwinning - Over here, it means if you grabbed something twice, you should stop If you're ready, go ahead and enter...

 How to play:
1] Randomize a number between 1 and 36 and RP entering/walking around; if you land on...
- Nothing: There's a small pool of water here... I wonder why?
- 1, 6, 13 Trap: A Rapalicious jumps out at you, growling unhappily, and you scream/run/etc away.
- 21, 23, 33 Trap: You put your hands into the nest for a prize, and realize that the prizes were covered in invisible dog poop; time to put this in FML... And hope you find a pool of water to wash your hands in. At least you got something out of it? Roll 1 6-sided die and RP grabbing something (despite the poop) to see what you won! Please also post your Minipet Profile name!

If you had to run due to a 1, 6, 13 Trap, randomize a number between 1 and 36 while RPing running/scream/etc away to see where you end up next!
You may only win a maximum of 2 prizes before you have to leave though!

The sound of Nuk screaming at the top of his lungs could be heard halfway across the numerous booths, although what it was he was screaming was hard to tell until he got closer. A poptart box and a blue cupcake craddled in his arms, he ran at breakneck speed through the crowds of people, hurtling over chairs and anything else that got in his way, barely avoiding some of the incoming students if they didn't move fast enough. Some of them he nearly tackled, one of them falling onto his face in order for Nuk to jump clean over him. He was so gonna get reamed for this -- being on the student council couldn't save him from detention this time. But it was all worth it -- he could practically FEEL Riley breathing down his neck, wanting his new nyancat. AND SHE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A MOUTH.
Not even slowing down as he kicked off the ground hard, he saw the entrance to the minipet jurassic bark booth and grinned, still panting a little from the exertion. Yes, a maze! Just what he needed to escape Riley. Even though her legs were shorter than his own, she was a really powerful ghoul, and he wasn't sure he could win on his own. But with a maze, maybe he could lose her!
"GET OUTTA THE WAAAAY!!!"
Running straight in (and ignoring all the rules -- sorry prof) he didn't even see the sign that said "no running, no food, be quiet, no crowding," effectively breaking the first four the second he stepped inside.
He was gonna be raptor food.

As if there was any way Nukpana thought he was going to lose Riley, even in a maze.
She was on his tail, almost tempted to reach out and grab him, even as he barrelled straight into a booth. Professor Malcolm was there, and Riley slammed on her heels to give the professor a courteous greeting, before barrelling straight into the maze again.
Of course, once she was inside, Nukpana had actually managed to lose her, after all. She stopped cold, frozen in place, and just.. listened.
She could hear footsteps to the right. She had quickly gone from chase-mode into stealth-mode - she flattened against the walls of the maze, slinking along as she tried to listen for more clues as to Nukpana's whereabouts.
She was so focused, that she almost stepped into the small puddle of water at her feet. It would have made a terrible splash.. she picked her foot up and snuck by it silently.

Forget Riley - the Raptors in the maze know it inside out. A whole pack of them appeared in front of the Skinwalker, staring at him from the other side of the nest he found himself at - they might be small and no larger than a swan, but there were about 10 of them and one of Nuk.
It didn't take long for them to pounce on him, ravage him and drag him to the entrance.
Malcolm then confiscated his... Confectioneries before tossing him back into the maze for Riley to ravage.

The skinwalker didn't even notice as Riley stopped to give the professor a courteous introduction, still running at full speed even when he got out of her line of sight. In fact, it was only after he noticed he'd run past the same weirdly-shaped bush about five times that he noticed he was running in a jacking circle and finally slowed down, stopping to catch his breath and looking around, hearing some growling. Almost immediately he tilted his head a little, lifting his ear to listen, as if it might be Riley growling, ready to pounce on him (and steal his nyancat. Even though Riley did mental sounds, not audible ones.) In the end, he ignored it, sneaking forward slowly now, his bare feet making little noise against the ground as he moved.
... he was so lost...
Shifting his spoils in his arms a little, he shifted to start moving forward again when he noticed he was standing in something. Turning his attention downward, he noticed something in the bundle of leaves and stuff, bending down to pick it up.
Ohay, what was this?
Whatever it was, he didn't get a chance to even look at it. The sound of something in front of him caught his attention, and he blinked, suddenly finding himself face-to-face with a WHOLE FLEET of raptors.
Oh... jack.
He didn't even have time to even throw a punch before they had carted him off, back to the start, claw and bitemarks now covering his entire body. Blood trickled from various little wounds, but in the end, his prizes were safe.
... except he remembered Riley.
Within seconds he was moving again, slower this time, fleeing her wrath. Even though she was probably ahead of him at this point. Go figure.

Well.
Riley certainly heard the scuffle of raptors ravaging Nukpana - and though she couldn't see what had happened, it didn't sound pretty.
She almost felt sorry for her friend, but she quickly remembered why they were in here in the first place. Since she had no idea the raptors had brought him back to the entrance, she simply kept on moving towards the spot she'd heard the struggle.
The one good thing about being a telepath, was that she didn't need to know where he was to send him creepy messages.
Nuuuuk.. Her voice was a soft, frightening sing-song. Where aaare you.. Come back to Riley, Nuk. I'll protect you from the big, bad creatures in the maze..
Nevermind that she was one of them.

Continuing slowly, carefully onward this time, he crouched a little as he approached a little pond of water, bewildered as to it's presence but not too worried overall. That was, until he heard the voice in his head, crooning at him much like he had done when he'd tried (and failed) to unnerve her, his body going rigid. It was kind of a reflex -- although skinwalkers were usually the hunters, not the hunted, he had had this feeling before. The hair at the back of his neck prickled, and he narrowed his glowing amber eyes, pupils narrowing as he scanned the surroundings, as if he could hear where she was by her voice.
'Pani~ Where are you baby Pani~? You can't hide from us~'
The memory was enough to make his body jerk visibly, his expression suddenly infinitely less comical and more savage, and he dropped to all fours, one hand between his bent knees to crouch low to the ground, as if not sure whether to hide or to run. They could smell him, but he always forgot that part, his breathing heavy as he did what he always ended up doing in that situation.
He ran.
Moving slowly, silently through the maze, he wandered with no particular method to his madness, moving in circles a few more times.

Takeo's yellow eyes blinked from the shadow a moment before stepping forward eying the booth. He had watch two previous beings enter earlier, one chasing after the other. It had been exciting enough for him to even decide to follow, but now they were in the maze...wait...
Takeo stepped back momentarily as Nuk was dragged back, stripped of his things and soon took back off inside again. Why did he go back in? That was a silly thing to do wasn't it? If you run from something you best do it right no?
Stepping forward he dropped his things off, read the sign, and then proceeded forward. He'd show them both how to hunt and be stealthy!

Riley found herself at the entrance, and stopped in surprise. She peered out at Professor Malcolm, before something caught her attention.
Bending down onto her haunches, she peered at the drops of red on the ground, reaching two fingers out to smear them. Her hand rose, and one of her tentacles curved around her body to rest against her hand, sniffing the blood carefully.
Her eyes lit up bright.
I must be close, this is your blood. She whispered into his mind. Why are you running from me? I just want to give you a hug.

Takeo stopped a moment listening carefully. Was that the should of something shifting? He smiled and crept closer tail waving behind him excitedly. It was like he thought this to be a fun game, and to him it was. He had to be careful though, he had noticed the rapalicious creatures around. They had sharp teeth like him, and they tasted horrible. It would be best for him if he just stayed clear from them if possible.
As he moved however the sounds of others seemed to grow smaller. Opps...had he gone the wrong way? He started at the small puddle of water that he had come across. Well...time to turn around.

She was not making this easy on him.
Nuk paused again when he heard Riley's mind touch his own, not differentiating between the mental touch and the physical sound right now, caught in his own hellish memories of a forest not too unlike the fake one he was in now, a band of four others closing in, eager to rip him apart with fangs and claws far more developed than his own. The whispers didn't help, nor did the word 'blood' as she told him just how close she was to finding him, crooning to him like a predator would his pray. Reaching around in the fake foliage, he looked for something he could use for a weapon, his eyes glowing a brighter amber with how wide they were now, pupils a little dot in the center of glowing molten gold.
"Stop 'Han," he murmured under his breath, sounding not at all threatening, but more uncertain... maybe even a little fearful?

She wished she had a better sense of smell for things that weren't just brain- wait a minute..
All of her tentacles lifted into the air, and took a deep breath. Then they turned in one direction - surprisingly close by.

How big was this maze anyway? Takeo couldn't help but wonder to himself as he tried to edge around the place best he could without making much sound or show his presence too much, can be good scaring the prey right?
Stopping a moment Takeo flapped his wings lightly. It would be so much easier if he could fly...too bad though. Folding his wings back he stared at his pass. Having your powers sealed off really was bothersome wasn't it? He supposed it was only for their own safety though, so he let it be a wondering thought as he continued forward.
