The Main Characters

The Princess - Animeprincess_9400
For the longest time, Princess Listelle has been adored by many for her sweet and innocent demeanor. She's known as the most kind and gentle in the lands, but in truth, this is not so. The "Gentle Listelle" is only a public act. Instead, she's a spunky and slightly foul-mannered brat who dreams of being known for her might versus the steriotypical frailty of a princess. For lust of a different title, she persuaded her faithful familiar to take her place so that she(Listelle) could don a disguise and make a name for herself without anyone else being any the wiser.

The Familiar - red_ember14
The faithful pseudo-dragon familiar of Listelle has always been seen, but not heard by Listelle's side. She never wanted anything to do with her mistress's hairbrained scheme to escape the palace and make a name for herself as a peasant instead of a princess - but was somehow persuaded to take her place anyway. The King and Queen as well as the servants have been none the wiser, since Listelle's public face matches up almost perfectly with the familiar's own personality.

Sir Valiant - Cupitty_Cakes
The first of the two fools to be tricked into travelling with the disguised Listelle. He's a valiant knight who dreams of rescuing princesses, eating middle-wage meals, rescuing princesses, taking the country's princess' hand in marriage, rescuing princesses, and more rescuing princesses. He seems to have a good heart, if poor sense of direction and thought. Constantly feuds with the Baron.

The Baron - Paradoxial Mouse
The seccond of the two fools to be tricked into travelling with the disguised Listelle. He thinks himself to be a dastardly villain, and to make his mark, he wants to kidnap the most gentle princess in the land and force her to marry him - with the Kingly Rights he'd get being only part of the reward. His sense of direction is little better than Sir Valiant's, but he can at least piece things together more quickly. He feuds often with Sir Valiant, especially over petty moral matters.

The Wicked Mage - Shiningdragon21
A wicked wizard who is as brilliant as he is powerful. With similar motivations to the Baron and Knight, he kidnaps the (Imposter)Princess in hopes of gaining rights to the Kingdom through marriage. Unlike the Baron and Knight, though, he's quick to figure out that the Imposter is - indeed - and imposter. He makes no mention of this, however, and instead uses her to lure out the three so that he may further his goals. To lure them out, he's announced his "wedding" that will be held in one year. Just as he suspected, Listelle does head out to rescue her poor familiar - but she also takes the Baron and Knight with her as back-up.

This is a Comedic RP (Remake) based Very Loosely in pseudo-medieval times, with obvious romantic undertones. One of the main themes here will be that the actions of the three heroes, especially Listelle in particular, would have great consequences that would probably lead to even greater hilarity.

Rules

1. This is not a tragedy, nor is this meant to take itself seriously in the least. This is a comedy RP. Don't delve into the melodrama too hard, please.

2. You may join regardless of whether you are playing a main character or not, unlike the original version. However, I refuse to start this roleplay until all main roles are filled as well as at least three relevant OC's.

3. Don't godmod and don't try to go too overboard with the power. The only truly powerful character would be the Wicked Wizard, but even then, everyone has their weaknesses. After all, big baddies in adventure stories/RPGS always do.

4. If you cyber, your character will be removed or taken from your ownership and you will be banned from this roleplay as well as reported. It's against the ToS and we both know it. If you haven't read it, or at least hold a basic understanding of it, why are you even here?

5. Keep cursing to a minimum. Normally, I would gladly allow cursing to your hearts' content, but I want this to be light hearted and silly - not nitty gritty tough and urban.

6. PM me your profiles with the title being, An Adventure. It's simple and easy to remember.

7. I will reject your character immediately if I see that they are from any existing series or franchise. Even if the pic is not, the character itself must be your own.

8. No **'s for actions, use ""'s for speach(or alternate colors - your choice), and write in third person. Thank you.

9. If you do not post for four days and you are not waiting on someone and have not given proper notice, I will PM you. If you do not respond within three days after the warning PM, your character will be given to someone else until you return or reply.

The Hair-Brained Trio

Name: As the Princess, she is Listelle D'Ovulei. When acting as her adventurer alter-ego, she goes by Dema.
Gender: Female
Race: Dragon-Borne. Although rare, they are a race of human who are descended from the long-extinct dragons. In Listelle's case, she is descended from a dragon of the Earth Element - a sign of royalty in her home country. The only things that mark the difference between an average human and one that is dragon-borne would be a highly extended lifespan, the ability to take the form of a smaller version of their draconic ancestor for small periods of time, and an immunity to whatever elemental damage their ancestors would use in combat. For example, Listelle is immune to most poisons derrived from the Earth element.
Bio: Listelle always kept an innocent-looking poker face amongst the masses, but now she's tired of it. In order to escape the image of being a helpless princess, she persuaded her beloved familiar to take her place so that she could make a name for herself before revealing who she was to the world. A few weeks after she set off, Listelle heard of her poor familiars' kidnapping and the impending wedding. Feeling bad for forcing her friend into this mess, she somehow ended up teaming up with Sir Valiant and the Baron in order to go rescue her friend from the Wicked Wizard. The problem? All three of them are immature, superficial, and complete idiots. This probably isn't going to end well...

Bio: Lucian was born to a fairly wealthy family. He is determined to capture the princess, whatever it takes, and to force her to marry him. After all, being a king has to have some perks. Sadly, he isn't exactly great with direction - he is often lost in the woods. He blames not having succeeded already on the fact that he keeps getting lost - the one thing he admits to fail at.

Bio: Voit grew up taking care of his mother, his father leaving them behind. He hasn't been the smartest of people growing up, but his heart is pure. He spends his time rather obsessed with thinking of marrying, rescuing, and helping princesses--due to a promise he made to himself to never turn out like his father and abandon a woman. Voit doesn't agree with Lucian much, and isn't very good at thinking things through or direction. Still, he goes on this quest, anything for a princess.

The Wicked, The Familiar, and Wicked's Servants

Gender:Are you so blind your unable to deduce that on your own or should I need to enlighten you to the presence of male genitalia on my body?
Race:Half Human/ Half Magi: Some would call such things a lich that has not lost it's body to the magical arts. Magi are extremely powerful beings who hold a human resemblance tho easily told by the lines on there body that look similar to tribal tattoo's and glow an eerie color depending on the style of magic it is strongest with. They are however physically weak in both constitution and there endurance making them useless when unable to cast a spell.
Bio:*Sighs* Where to begin in this boring story. Well if you can't tell by the lines I am a Magi born as a human was thru a mother. How quaint right well as all Half magi born this way our mother's life energy becomes our own and she usually does not survive the birthing process. Oh well, the rest of my life was cut and dry simply falling in a way into my current spot by those that believe magi to be evil. I have showed them simply how evil both they and human kind can be. What a bore it has become tho killing would be heroes with fire or cold. My recent working tho is quite a good one as the thoughts of becoming the king are far to appealing to pass up. Don't judge what I do or reason I do it for but think a halfling as king oh what fun could be had with the peasants of this kingdom.

Other:While not a physical fighter his magic prowess is second to none along with the spells at his disposal. Does at times enjoy the screams of burning heroes that try to vanquish him as something to help him get to sleep at night.

Race: I am the pseudo-dragon familiar of Listelle. I have a small amount of magical abilities but only really enough to activate certain magical properties.
Bio: My past, present and future is surrounded by my master, the Princess. Being a familiar I am connected to her and do not have much of a past to claim as my own. When the Princess left me to take her place I was upset at first, not completely sure how to get on by myself; but after awhile I liked being able to be myself without her, though I still miss her and worry about her. After being kidnapped, though, I was unsure what to do and have become irritable and hard-headed.

Bio: Esmerelda, commonly known as Esma, is one of the maids serving the Wicked Mage. She tends to act as a friend figure for the kidnapped 'princess', offering assistance and guidance for her wherever needed. As for Esma herself, she is generally friendly - but can be downright snarky when she wants to be. Despite her lack of fighting skills, one should note, Esma never ends up as a damsel for long. She is fully capable of rescuing herself in most situations, should she wish to or have the initiative.

Other: Esmerelda complains often about how little the Wicked Wizard pays her. She'd get employment elsewhere in a heartbeat if it payed more and offered better security.

Gender: Female
Race: Half-Elf Mage
Bio: She works for the wicked wizard. She could leave if she wanted to, but she's completely inlove with him and not afraid to show it though she tries to do it proffessionally. She lived in a small town in the kingdom growing up to learn magic, though her parents prefered a different skill and talent. Hearing of the wizard growing up she idolized. In her attempts to join him, she succeeded and of course she was disliked and annoyed him easily from the beggining. Before she had a chance to actually get kicked out she came up with a plan to be stuck with him. She traveled out to only teleport back to him, with a curse upon her . She's friendly towards Esmerelda and possibly more if she's wearing something very pretty

Other: She's a flirty with all guys and she's a good fighter, but she tends to get scared easily so she hesitates if asked to fight. She's not the one to jump in. Her only physical weapon is a spear staff, that she leaves in a closet somewhere. She likes girls to, but more towards guys and is only inlove with the wizard now. She tends to talk a lot if she's scared, and can mess up.

Race: Human
Bio: Kyrell is a knight turned bounty hunter. He is kindhearted and gentle despite his strong will and sense of justice. Unlike most knights who act all high and mighty, dressing in the finest clothes and trying to look uber awesome, Kyrell is different. He dresses in simple tunics except he wears high-quality chain mail and dragon scale underneath. He is level-headed and decisive. However, he will not let anyone override his decision. He has now been hired to kill the wizard by the king but not tasked to bring back the princess.

Other: Like most other men, he is attracted to the princess - or at least her public personality. However, if he did meet her, he would avoid contact since he hates rejection and losing so he'd rather not. He is most charming when he smiles though he doesn't know his own good looks. He thinks it's just "good luck" when he is treated well -- Especially by women.

Race: human
Bio: Crazy Brigs was always believed to be insane after he turned 21 and said he was going to move the villages. Everyone laughed at him, even the kids and the elders. But then one day the villagers felt the ground shake and saw the desert moving on by. They still call him crazy, but he’s far from it. Just very inventive and a mast of unknown magic. He’s also a bit sensitive about his weight, so insulting him about it would be a big mistake. He has a heck of a temper, when pushed too far.

Role: Crazy Son of a Blueberry Farmer
Other: Crazy Brigs lives in a mountain village that receives little rain fall and so a long time ago he used a spell of his own creation, a permanent and impossible to undo spell, to transform the mountain range into an insanely large dragon so that he could move the villages and their farms to locations that had more rain fall. The mountain range was only 10 miles long, since the mountains were small, and so are the villages, but, thanks to him and him alone, the villages are able to thrive. You have to wonder, how powerful is he really if he managed to animate an entire mountain range. Most think he learned the spell in a book of forbidden magic, but the truth is he made it up.
Appearance: 5ft 11 tall, 240 pounds, almost 22 years of age, kind of fat, and dressed in a open front vest and long pants with flip flops. He has short brown hair, and short beard, hazel eyes, and pale skin. However awkward he may look, he is the one responsible for the villages‘ livelihood.

Race: explosion spirit.
Bio: His powers are not those of the two types of elementals, but his weaknesses are. Water is not fun for him. Neither is cold weather. Boom is a very, very young elemental, but he’s not really a fire and stone elemental, nor is he a metal elemental, technically he’s not an elemental at all. He’s more of a chemical reaction given form. He’s an explosion spirit. Born from the embers of an elderly metal elemental’s soul. He has the power to create explosions of small size, really small size. The biggest ones he can make are equivalent to a small firework going off. He won’t be able to make big explosions until he’s over 20 years old, and what’s more he can’t control them, most blow up in his face, leaving him as a cute little boy with his face covered in soot. Those that do go as planned usually are smaller than he intended and do nothing more than get the attention of those who are bored.

Role: Silly little bundle of joy and heartwarming comedy.
Other: He has a silly and curious personality, and he’s afraid of strangers. Also afraid of animals bigger than he is and the dark. He’s not very hyper, but his antics could make you believe otherwise.
Appearance: Boom is a 4 year old little boy is a little bit of belly fat and a button nose. He‘s still a little boy, and since he‘s so young, he can‘t control his powers. He stands just over 3ft tall, and weighs just a hair over 30 pounds. He has bright orange eyes and his smile is missing a few teeth. He can barely count higher than his age, and isn‘t very smart. His skin is a light tan in color and he wears a green tunic and blue pants, as well as a suit of knight like armor that is small enough to fit him and light enough for him to wear. He looks adorable wearing it, and he carries around a wooden toy scythe since he hero worships a certain reaper knight.

Race: elf
Bio: Ed, or Edward, is a traveling auto-smith, or a smith who makes machines. When he was young he lost his right arm in a bear attack. The healers of his village tried many times to heal him with magic, but he refused. He was a very inventive boy and very smart. He built a mechanical clockwork arm to replace the one he’d lost. Thankfully his family was rich enough at the time to afford the metal he needed. He’s had to build a new arm every few years because of his growth. He now travels the world selling mechanical toys and machines that are supposed to make life easier. Unfortunately, he has lost both legs in construction related accidents over the years, and has since built mechanical replacements for both legs. Each mechanical limb is built to be anatomically exact for an elf his age and size, though they do have their own unique features. His arm has a retractable sword blade built into the forearm, and both of his mechanical legs have bonus features. Each one ends in a foot designed to open into a five pointed star that can grip the ground more strongly. Both legs also have built in suspension to allow for high jumps, and safe landings from great heights, though that last bit only works if he lands on his feet and is less than fifty feet up.

Appearance: 8ft tall, wears long black pants and black boots, a black long sleeve shirt, and a red button up vest over the shirt. Wears white gloves. He has a lean and lithe physique with wiry strength, and pale skin. Has yellow eyes and spiky blonde hair kept short. His right arm and both legs are mechanical and are moved by his nerves. Ed has a bit of a temper, and is a decent magic user, though his selection of spells is limited to electricity based spells. Tends to carry a massive sword known to some as a buster sword on his back.

Gender: Male
Race: half-elf
Bio: He doesn’t remember who he is or what he is but he does notice that sometimes something takes over when something he cares for is being attacked. Very curious (extremely so) and also like to make plays on words very often. He also speaks to himself (but he swears something is there). He also likes fruits of all kinds and he is very easy to befriend. He can sense danger to comrades but not to himself. He is very oblivious to his surroundings (his excuse is that he follows the wind (he does though literally)). Since he is part elf, he is a gifted user of wind magic and defensive abilities. He is very carefree. Well actually he doesn’t know what careful means…. He hates fighting but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t like to provoke.

Role: friendly opposite situation loving person of fun and chaoticness. The organization he works for (for the moment) likes collecting souls for something or rather. He doesn’t know, maybe he doesn’t care. Spends his time, flying with his wind magic.
Other: if you’ll allow this, his slender body transforms into a blood thirsty muscular form, a literal berserker with magic, but the magic he has keeps him under control any voice he recognizes he won’t attack unless you annoyed earlier in the story.
Appearance: he is about 5’ 6”. In his normal form, he is a slender thin but slightly muscular. His hair color is a sky blue and medium length. His left eye color is silver and his right eye color is of the blackest night. In his anger form, he’s muscular and magic attribute changes to fire (He’s actually only slightly bigger).
