Niflhel was taking a shortcut through the large park in the middle of town. Pausing at a lake to look out at the reflection of the moon overhead. It was a nice night, compared to how warm it had gotten recently.
He was probably a sitting duck where he stood but that didn't seem to bother him much. The fact the air was nice and the moon was out was enough for him not to be worried about anything that might try to sneak up on him. While he could feel senshi and Negaverse officers if he had to worry about anything it was Youma, or that one corrupted senshi he met sneaking back up on him.
He finally moved to sit on a park bench waiting lazily for something to happen, or someone to come by that was interested in talking. Heck even if he had to fight them that'd be okay too, he just wasn't going to be the one to start it though.

Kallichore was earning her reputation for being a creeper.
The gray haired senshi appeared behind the young man on the bench, no doubt detected by his mental scans. She knew he too was powered, but his signature did not match those of a senshi or a Negaverse agent, which meant he was one of those strange knights. The fact that others were being pulled into the war that did not fall into one of the two preexisting camps made little difference to the senshi. If knights were good, that was another point in the senshi's favor. With her arms at her sides, she regarded the young man with a sideways glance.
"Any particular reason you're just sitting here?" she asked without a hint of malice in her voice. She was truly curious, but it probably came out much harsher than she intended. Kallichore was one of those senshi who couldn't stand to just sit around in any form, powered or otherwise.

Niflhel's head tilted back looking at the senshi. "It looked like an easy night. I figured if I sat here long enough someone would fine me." He grinned with a chuckle, "Are you normally sneaky?"
He countered with a smile, before stretching. He stretched with a hum, looking at her, "I'm Niflhel by the way." He added introducing himself.

The senshi who looked more like an escaped mental patient than anything else walked around the bench to stand near Nifhel's far left side. She cocked her head. "Nifhel? I'm Kallichore." Introductions were short, but the senshi was busy creating and updating a mental folder with his name on it. He must've been one of those knights, like Camelot. Much younger though, more vigorous.
The idea that he'd wait around for something to come to him was completely foreign to the senshi. She was of the mindset that one went to Opportunity and knocked on his door with a firm fist, not the other way around. "What exactly around you hoping will find you? I could have been a youma, or worse, you know."
Sometimes Kallichore wondered if she was a youma by the way she snuck around like she did. "Sneaky? I wouldn't say that. I'd say cautious."

"Nice to meet you Kallichore."Niflhel paused, "What, worse like a negaverse officer?" He asked looking at her before continuing, "I don't bother them if they don't bother me." He added with a shrug, "Youma's I take out and Senshi I often offer to have tea with."
He shook his head, "As long as I don't run into anyone higher than a captain on their end I'm sure I'll be okay." He stood up looking at the senshi, "I was hoping mainly to find anyone interested in talking." He shrugged softly looking back out over the lake.
He lofted a brow, "Cautious can be assumed as Sneaky when one finds themselves sneaked up on." He said with a coy grin. "So tell me, what is you're sphere?" He was looking at her costume, "Something tells me it has to be interesting with the Fuku you got."

"It's been my experience that they don't always leave you be if you don't bother them. It's dangerous to be sitting around while in powered form." she explained, hands on her hips. The fabric of her tattered fuku swayed in the light breeze traveling around them that evening. Oddly enough, she didn't feel the least bit cold. And if Nifhel was trying to flirt with her, it wasn't working. She wasn't the kind of person that takes laziness in stride, and she didn't even like tea.
Talking she could do, as long as the knight kept up his end of the vigil. Truthfully, she wanted more information on the knights themselves. She was woefully uninformed since her last battle with them. Kallichore did not sit next to the knight just yet.
Her sphere? "Madness." the senshi stated simply. Her fuku indeed looked like a strait jacket, so she fit the part very well. "Caution is one of my weapons, my attack being the other." She almost wanted to brag about how she stopped a corrupted senshi in her tracks with it, but something told her that she wouldn't get so lucky twice. Sadly, they may be on to her now, but she hadn't hit a human with her upgraded attack yet. She almost wanted to try, just to see what happened.

Niflhel paused looking up at her. "They may not always leave you be, but sometimes it's better to see what they do first. I'm more of the opinion let them attack you or if they're attacking a civilian or another senshi/knight they're doing something that deserves their a** to be kicked. If they're not bothering you leave them alone. No point in making an enemy out of something that's not."
His honey brown eyes watched her, curiously. "Perhaps that's what I wanted." He countered to her sitting around powered up is dangerous. "Perhaps I wanted to be found, you might could've found me when I was powered up but what fun would that be? It would be more dangerous to sit here not powered, than powered. I wouldn't want to revile my identity to anyone that I wouldn't trust."
Hm, "Madness it sounds like an interesting sphere." He replied, "I'm sure your attacks are interesting as well."
No sooner had the said that there was a weird noise coming from behind them. It looks something like a baby seal until you looked close enough to see it was actually a youma, clapping it's flippers it caused a gust of wind that threatened to knock senshi and page backwards as Niflhel jumped up from his seat.

Kallichore's weight shifted from one leg to the other. What planet was this guy from? It was very easy to tell who was on what side of the fence when a scan was done, so there was no point to leaving a Negaverse officer alone unless you're simply going to get yourself killed. That was her opinion on the matter. She still didn't sit down though. She decided not to start an argument with a lazy knight - he might prove to be worth something later on. "I like my sphere. Lots of people don't see it coming--"
The senshi would have finished had it not been for a sudden blip on her radar that was distinctly not human, and distinctly not good. She didn't even have the time to turn around before she was blown forward and stumbled around before she regained her footing. She came away with a scraped knee and a very pissed off attitude.
"What the..." She cursed under her breath and started to look for the youma. No doubt it was hiding somewhere since it wasn't immediately visible. Unfortunately, her scans didn't reveal an exact location or a size. She stood at the ready to unleash her attack, but she needed a target first. "Dammit."

"I bet they don't," However he noticed she was cut off falling foward. Niflhel almost fell but he managed to keep his footing and ran towards where the gust had come from the moment it stopped. When he saw it, he had his hand balled up in a fist before managing to connect with the little monster.
"Found it!" He cried a good few yards away there was a shorter stouter figure near the knight and there was a odd barking that came from the Youma, it sounded angry. He didn't take to looking for something he often ran forward towards it.
The youma had just about been ready to clap it's flippers together again, when it was punched. Giving an odd hurt bark before turning angry and looking at Niflhel, it's fur having fallen back to reveal and ugly looking naked seal-like youma with scales and creepy eyes.

Oh there it was.
It was small, and it was asking for it.
Nifhel pointed out its location with ease, revealing the youma was actually some small seal creature, barren of hair. In truth, she expected something much bigger than the youma that appeared, but who was she to judge? Youma, like people, came in all shapes and sizes. And now this one was a prime target for a very pissed off super senshi. Nifhel was a yard or two ahead of her, and in a silent rush, Kallichore shot off like a rocket on the youma's left side.
Her mission? Punt the stupid thing. She wasn't in the mood to play games with a small target, no sir. If you can only fire off your attack one time, you have to use up all your other resources first. That's how Kallichore operated. Therefore, one crimson boot went flying at the baby seal as soon as the senshi got within range.

Niflhel watched as Kallichore punted the youma like a football. He grabbed his chain and threw it towards the creature attempting to catch it in mid air and bring it down to the ground face first. It'd daze the creature faster than you could say what's my name.
He grinned "Nice kick." He added as he seemed to think before heading towards it again to add another kick, actually this time back towards Kallichore, it was a game of kick the youma or whatever kids played now a days. However his foot almost landed in the youma's mouth. "Damn..." He cursed having seen it's mouth open to show it's several sets of chompers. "Watch 'em he's got some real nasty lookin teeth."

Kallichore's brows furrowed. Were they seriously playing kickball with a youma? She had to tell someone about this. The senshi was surprised her kick actually landed (she was never a big sports person, and her classmates could easily attest to it) and more surprised when Nifhel punted the thing back at her. It squeaked as it flopped through the air, a look of extreme shock on its face. Thank god it wasn't able to do that stupid clap-and-knock-people-over thing. That drove her bonkers.
"eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEE!" it wailed, sailing through the air.
Unfortunately for the senshi and the youma, her kick missed completely and the sealouma faceplanted into the concrete with a juicy smack. Kallichore turned to observe the stain, a black tarlike substance oozing from where the youma impacted. It didn't appear to be moving much. Part of her almost felt bad for it, since it looked like a baby seal. You weren't supposed to be mean to baby seals. But nobody said anything about Hellspawn Seals. Turning back to Nifhel, she shrugged.
"Think we should poke it with a stick?"

Niflhel paused as it smacked the ground frowning as it oozed. "That is gross... and I think I'd avoid a stick and go with something that keeps a better distance. If you don't mind though, would you be ready to fire that magical power of yours if this thing is still alive. Not sure how happy he'll be after face planting."
Niflhel aimed his chain at the youma and gave one yank and suddenly it gave a yelp like a hurt dog whining the whole way before turning on Niflhel with it's teeth trying to chomp down on his leg. "Wooaahhh Nelly..." It did manage to tear part of his pants leg and some skin, as he backed away.

Oh wonderful, it was one of those "I look cute until I'm in danger and then I try to bite one of your limbs off" youma. Just fantastic. At Nifhel's insistence, Kallichore paused to fire off her attack once the youma was in a still enough position. The chain definitely helped. A smoky fog stirred up around the senshi's feet. "Surge of the Maddened!" In a flurry, the smoke whirled around the youma and disappeared just as quickly as it was called up. The youma stopped moving for a bit and stared at something only it could see.
Kallichore shrugged. "It's not an attack that does damage. If you want me to stomp on it, I'd be more than happy to." She smirked, crossing her arms to stare at it. The youma gurgled, oozing bits of black tar from its wounds and it lolled its eyes, tongue rolling from its mouth. Or maybe Nifhel would like the finishing blow?

Niflhel watched the girls attack trying to keep the thing still as possible. Then it just stopped, that was awesome. He paused when she said the attack didn't do damage, "Ladies first."
He insisted giving a slight bow and motion of the arm. To indicate she was free to stomp it into dust, he was more interested in seeing the youma's reaction to the attack. "It seems to be very effective. Despite the lack of damage."
