Ryou the Cinccino Boy

Name: Ryou User Image

Name Meaning: A popular way to write Ryou is the use of the character meaning "fact; reality; understand". Other possibilities include the characters for "distant" or "endure; defy"
Age: In his 20s
Personality: Polite to the ladies. Doesn't get along well with rude people. An excellent fighter, despite his appearance because he was trained as a pokemon before coming to the Asylum. (wip)
History: Ryou was brought up in an extravagant manor with all the luxuries and fame to boot. He spent much of his time with his trainer, being taken photos of and shown off. But one day his trainer, lost all his money and became broke. In an effort to save themselves, they sold Ryou to the Asylum. Ryou was knocked out before being brought here, and woke up a whole new 'man', quite literally. Apparently, while asleep, the doctors had transformed him into a sort of gijinka. Unsure of what to make of his new situation, he constantly wanders the halls of the Asylum, trying to stay alive.

Farren the Pikachu Boy

Name: Farren
Name Meaning: Thunder in Gaelic
Age: teens
Personality: Kind of angsty. Very close to his siblings, like his older sister the raichu. (wip)
History: A Pikachu from the 'trophy garden' in Ryou's back yard. He was captured and trained alongside Ryou in the mansion. He's not quite as primp and proper as his counterpart. He's mostly shy. But he was also then sold alongside Ryou for quick riches to save the mansion by his trainer. He also awoke in the Asylum. He remembers being knocked out and awakening in the lab areas, and being experimented on to become a gijinka. He knows full well how dangerous the doctors are, and makes a point to stay away from them. He bumps into Ryou later and fills him in on what's happened. Now they travel together in hopes of survival, with no real wish to go home to the trainer that 'abandoned' them for money. What will they do now? Only time can tell.

Acquaintances

Ryou's Acquaintances:

Bite-Bite suspected Ryou of being a doctor because of his flashy clothes. They got in a fight and Bite punched Ryou causing his nose to bleed. Ryou on the other hand gave him a returning slap the face, and the houndour immediately backed off.

Nigel-Ryou fought alongside him in the Battle Arena

Spearmint-Fought alongside Ryou in the Battle Arena

Grounds Keeper-With the help of Nigel and Spearmint, Ryou transformed into Tuxedo Ryou and they beat up the Grounds Keeper together. Ryou kicked a**! If he had been alone though, there's no telling what the Grounds Keeper would have done to him.

Lucian-An angsty charizard that likes to pick on Ryou. Ryou likes to torment him back on occasion just for kicks.

Fanelia-The shaymin that doesn't realize that she's a pokemon. Ryou refers to her as The Lady Fanelia. Ryou loves the company of women. He prefers it to the so-far, mean men he's met during his stay at the Asylum

Farren-Finally reunited with Ryou. They're close, almost like brothers since they were raised together. Though Farren likes to join Lucian in picking on Ryou now.

Ryou-Reunited with his 'brother of sorts'. They get into scrabbles now and then, but they usually stick together for their survival.

Nyx-She likes to flirt. "Is she coming onto me?" *blush*

[10:44] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: she does look rather intimidating doesn't she? And yeah, Farren is pretty harmless. Unless you get him riled up, but that's hard to do. But then you have to watch out for his electric moves. I wouldn't wanna be zapped, though I do have a certain immunity to static

speaking? *holds her hand and kisses it before bowing in greeting* It's so nice to have a lady to talk to.

[00:42] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: the men around here are rather rude and raucous. I had yet to meet any females though.

[00:45] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: **blushes and lets out a very girly giggle and decides not to secrete poison into his system... ohohoho if only he knew how unlady like I really am** Rude and raucous you say... **frowns and puts a finger to her lips** Guess a strong, handsome gentleman like your self would be willing to watch my back yes? **smiles** The name is Fanelia. **tosses up a peace sign**

[00:48] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: *smiles, not realizing just how lucky is not to be dead from poison xD* It's a pleasure to meet you Lady Fanelia. *flushes at the compliment* I'd be honored to protect you. My name is Ryou. At your service. Have you been in this horrible place very long? I hear the doctors should be avoided at all costs. So it's best we do stick together. *nods wisely*

[00:54] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: Ryou huh? That's an interesting name. Must be one of those Royalty names. That is why you dress like..... that right? **points to his clothes** And horrible place? The Asylum? Mmm... it's not that bad once you get use to how things are.... I mean I'm not dead yet so.... can't be all that bad. But how long I've been here.... I can't really remember..... Days tend to blend together.... But I have certain grown taller since the day I did arrive here! **beams and is proud of her height**

[00:57] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: well as far back as I can remember I lived in a manor. I suppose we had a high status based on that. And somehow I ended up here.... *rubs his chin in thought* I've also grown quite a bit in stature. It's funny...I remember things being so hard to get off shelves. And now I don't have any problem at all.

[01:00] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: **perks up and clenches her firsts as she arches forward** A manor?! Oooooh! Did you have a garden? I love flowers..... and grass... anything in nature. And most of all.... **looks around and whispers** The sun.... **nods enthusiastically**

[01:03] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: Ah a garden. *whistles* We had one. That I do remember. It was full of flowers. I loved the rose bushes. And gracidea blossoms. I believe you are familiar with those correct? After all, you have on in your hair. <3 I had to be careful though. There quite a few wild pokemon roaming about. ((Like that manor in the game xD))

[01:07] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: **wonders if he would get weirded out if she said the thing in her hair, was physically attached there** ...... Ohhh yes.... I love **tries to repeat what he said** Gra...ci...dea blossoms! Totally my favorite and why its in my hair..... mmhmm! ^^; And there are wild whas? **totally not aware she is a pokemon**

[01:10] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: Yes, they can be very dangerous. Leaping out to attack at any given moment. They lived outside, without trainers or human families like I had. I wonder what life like that was like. I can't remember if I was ever 'wild' as they put it.

[01:15] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: **tries to compute this wild pokemon stuff and tries to make it more epic** Ohhhh! You know I bet those wild things had great adventures! Running around.... hunting or foraging, and then they played all sorts of games! Like hide and seek.... or swimming.... Yeaaaah! **blinks at Ryou** So what's it like being apart of a human family? As far as I can tell, all the humans here are kinda.... bland.... no powers or anything!

[01:18] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: Well, that does sound fun, I admit Being at home was rather dull and boring after awhile. The house was large, and I did a lot of running around. Each meal was at a specific time, and if you missed it, you didn't get to eat. And I recall being dressed up often. And having photos taken of me. My humans liked to spend time with me. I kind of miss them. *looks misty eyed* This place on the other hand is damp and dark an full of strangers....

[01:21] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: o.o **grabs Ryou and places his head against her chest and pats him on the head as if she was being motherly** There there Ryou.... shhhh.... You'll get use to this place I promise! **is in total delusions but straightens him out again and blinks** So..... if you miss em so much..... why are you here?

[01:25] Erina_Nobara: Ryou: o.o *finds himself being patted* *smiles* I do hope you're right. You know, I'm not really sure why I'm here. I just sort of woke up and voila, here I am. But if I try and leave.......well I hear bad things happen to those who try and escape. I don't know what I should do. *ears twitch as he considers how he would go about leaving*

[01:27] ElvishSorceress: Fanelia: **contemplates this** Well.... if it's too dangerous to leave..... you'll just have to make this place chapter two of your life's story. **nodsnods** There are plenty of patients here! You'll never really be lonely and.... and..... maybe you'll learn things about yourself that you would have never known had you stayed with the humans?

Fanelia: **walks into the scene with a relaxed stride as she crosses her arms, observing the floor**

Lucian: **hanging off the side of a couch, upside down like a bat.... what an odd little fella.**

Ryou: *ignores Lucian and walks up to Fanelia* Well, we meet again lovely lady. How do you do?

Lucian: **stares at Ryou's bad acting skills of "ignoring" and decides to throw some of his scratch doodle paper at him**

Fanelia: **watches the paper get blatantly thrown at Ryou and chuckles a bit** I'm fine Ryou-kun! **wonders if it's possible to get a paper cut from thrown paper balls** So... do you know each other? **holds one hand out as a fall, and uses the other to point, but in secret..... She didn't want to be rude**

Ryou: Know him? Unfortunately yes. *glowers at Lu* *throws a wad of paper back at the charizard...wow he was so polite yesterday, what happened? lol*

Lucian: **slaps it down and glowers right back at Ryou..... perhaps this is their flashy way of showing their male dominance in front of a girl**

Fanelia: **giggles and leans on her left leg and teases Ryou as well** Well.... I think it's adorable you have a best friend at the asylum. You guys make an adorable duo. **pokes at Ryou's stomach** So.... are you going to introduce me to him like the "gentleman" that you are?

Ryou: A best friend?! I beg your par-*stops himself* Oh, introduce you? R-right. Um.... >///< *fidgets and sighs* Well Lucian, this is the Lady Fanelia. And Lady Fanelia...this is 'Lulu'. *smirks at Lu*

Lucian: **lets out an irritated growl as he gets out of his comfort zone of being upside down and stands right up to counter that Ryou's stupid nickname for him** I'm not a Lulu you pompous rat! **if he could he'd charbroil this fool right here and there.... but instead he huffs out a bit of steam. Not literally of course** ..... **looks away and tosses a small wave at the girl** "H..... Hi...." **apparently under his aggression towards Ryou, lies a shy heart.**

Fanelia: **waves back with a bit more enthusiasm** Hi Lul....... I mean Lucian. I like your wings! **had to try and think of a convo starter** Um.... So.... you like fire ? **points to his odd tail and turns to Ryou** Can you do anything cool like that Ryou-kun?

Ryou: Don't call me a rat! *tries to hold his tongue in front of the lady* Can I...do anything cool? Well...not really *shuffles feet* Though I haven't really tried to use any powers since I've been here. Maybe...I could...*contemplates*
