 Seeing that it's approaching summer, I thought mermaids would fit the mood. They're fun, magical, and shiny totally summer related. They're found in oceans, which have beaches, which is what one may think of when thinking of summer. Okay, I'm stretching it a little bit. No, not just to do inside jokey things. I swear. Really. But it's a game, so it's supposed to be made of pure fun, right? And now you may be fretting over the absence of a serious pet preview. Well, there it is right there! Sure, the prize might not be covered with a whole bunch of ramblings, but I'm sure the preview gives you a sort of idea of what might be going on. As you might have guessed, the prizes for this game will be semi customs.. using only the tiger mermaid template. But that doesn't mean I won't randomly add more edits to it. 8'D Basically, [staying true to the whole summer thing], I want you guys to post something that relates to summer. Pictures you found off of the internet, personal photoshops, drawings, poems, short stories, videos.. Anything you think is worthy of the 'summer' theme. Feel free to be as loose as you want with it, as long as I can somewhat see how it relates. I'll let you know in my nice little blue font if I don't see it, but that's pretty unlikely. ★Winners are chosen by the subjective presence of awesome in their entry[ies]. If I like something, you're likely to get a pet. I'll let the winners know what I liked in the end, one way or another. ★ Silly >>> serious. Making me laugh hard or go 'lulwut' is more likely to get you a pet!mertiger than a long, serious story about how summers are actually very depressing [somehow]. Sorry. ★ Keep all of your entries in one post. Constant editing is fine as long as you don't exceed eight entries. It is preferable that you link images, and make writing entries in a small font. I'm fine copypasting everything into notepad to read it~ ★ Naming your url's would be awesome so I can remember where to find the link I'm looking for. ★ Post two sets of three colors [ie- red, white, blue + black, silver, white] with the favored palette listed first at the top of your post. This helps me if the first set doesn't have a pattern come to mind. If you edit your color choices, I'm not held responsible for not seeing the most up to date list. I might have just added some colors anyway.★ You can post a word to inspire me too, if you like. [ie-stars, dots, clouds], but there's no guarantee I'll follow it. Yay for surprises? Might randomly add colors as well. Pretty loose with stuff lul. ★Yeah, I'm weird and I want you guys to post color palettes before I announce winners. This is alright, yes? ★ Have fun!

Summer... What is summer really? Is it to take Hugo outside and play?While I sweat away in the heat, wishing I lived on either on of the poles, atleast I can see the joy in his eyes just screaming out "I'm so gonna go to that bush you don't want me in, eat a piece of paper and pee on your flowers, HA!" Or maybe it's to take a swim in the sea in the basking sun?And who, knows, maybe feel a little fishie nibble your toes and wishing you were a worm on a hook? Maybe it's just a visit to the zoo?With dad and the camera, animals ahead, what could possibly go wrong? Of course, the joy of cutting your hair off again mustn't be forgotton!Afterall, who wants to spend their summer looking like an Afghan Hound? Not to forget the trips to look forwards to.This year, we're going to the Furuvik Zoo, my entire family, so they can meet the animals I worked with for 6 full weeks. I'll never forget the rubbery fingers of the lemurs and they so eagerly grabbed the nommy grapes. (Yes, a female version of King Julien from Madagascar, since the ladies rule in the world of the lemurs ;D) Recently, my summer's been a lot about the theatre...For it's no real summer without the dark monk trying to sell you some cursed bricks, manically laughing. I guess, it's like we hold our destiny in our own hands...Summer is what we make of it. Just do whatever you love the most! Be it playing with your pets...Or hangin' with your pals...Either way, make sure to dress lightly and work on your tan while you do it!Now go catch that sun!
