Chetanluta Kidudushi currently on his back, taking a nap in the grass with his bird companion Uzulu who had decided to nest in his chest mane while he napped. Giving a big yawn, he stretched out a front leg into the air. To any one observing him, it would be a comical sight to suddenly see a rusty toe mark paw up in the air. His tail swished about causing the grass to move about with it as a grin was plastered on his face while he slept. At this moment, he was in pure bliss since he had nothing else to do but nap at the moment since he had nothing to attend to as he was just a young Juvi.


Gowe was boooored. She was running around between clans like she probably wasn't supposed too, but she did it anyway. There wasn't anyone to bother, lately, but siblings and she was tired of them. Gowe could guess their reactions and was almost always right, so she found her family slightly boring when it came to play. Thus, why she was seeking out her cubhood friend, Chet. Chet wasn't someone she could predict, which made him that much more likable. She moved over to where sheknew his den to be but spotted him away from it and in the sun. Tilting her head, she smirked and decided to try to sneak up on the bird. Uzulu, hopefully, wouldn't hear her. She wanted to snatch out and grab the bird, but Chet's tail hit her before she could and she gave a loud yelp before wincing. She thought it was a snake!


Chetanluta almost ended up hurting Uzulu as he suddenly flailed to get up as fast as possible. The sudden yelp from Gowe spooked him awake and he was now breath very fast and heavy. He calmed though as he realized Gowe had snuck up on him but he didn’t have time to say anything yet as Uzulu flew down onto his head with feathers fuffled and stated to attack him to make it clear he was not happy. “OK OK OK UZULU I AM SORRY.” Ears pinned back as he growled his bird companion. “I get the point uzulu, I didn’t flail about on purpose!” Pouting, he gave a sigh when uzulu finally stopped and nessled in his mane. “ sorry Gowe, he angery I almost smooshed him when you woke me up suddenly. You ok? Your yelp woke me from a dead sleep.” he now was sitting with his tail curled around him, with uzulu nessled on the top of his head.


Gowe tried not laugh as Uzulu attacked Chet. She always found it funny when someone got hurt. She wouldn't do it on purpose, ever, but if she found something funny, she laughed. Thus, her trying to laugh failed miserably and she did anyway. Biting her lip to stiffle the laughs to talk to him, she sighed and shook her head. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare your bird. You, yes, the bird? Noooot so much." She looked to Uzulu and smiled. "I really am sorry! ..I was just really bored and wanted to play. No one at home is fun to play with anymore, they all act EXACTLY the same.


Chetan shook his head with a chuckle. “ figures.” Unlike Chetan, Uzulu was not amused and clicked his beak at Gowe before sticking his beak to the air. It was clear uzulu found none of this amusing and was going to make sure they both knew it as he then ruffled his feathers so he looked like a puffball. “seems Uzulu isn’t in a forgiving mood at this moment.” He rolled his eyes in amusement and then stuck his tounge out at Gowe. “ I guess I could play around.” Lifting a paw he then poked at her. “ but you got to convince me, playing with you will be grand fun. After all you interupted a great dream.” A sly grin was on his face now as he now was just toying with her as he already planned to give in to her demand of playing since she was bored. Plus he would be bored too since he was now fully awake after the exciting wake up call.


She looked absolutely flabbergasted. He need CONVINCING she was fun to play with? "My feelings are crushed, Chet! We're supposed to be best bros! When I jump you jump, if you cry, I cry, that kind of thing! Man, I can't BELIEVE you!" Of course, she wasn't really hurt. This was her joking around and gave him a wink to prove she was kidding. Gowe was growing up, and growing up fast and pretty. Her mentality didn't always keep up with her appearance, but she liked to think it added to her charm. Huffing, she looked at Chet and snorted. "I was going to see about going into this underground thing I found. It's like a bager den. I wonder if it has a bager in it." Her eyes sparkled at the thought and a huge grin appeared on her face. "Think we could catch and play with it?" She was already assuming that there was a bager there.

Gowe puffed her cheeks and laughed when he worked at being impressive. Truth was, he was already impressing her just by being such a goof. The serious types didn't make Gowe want to play with them. The girl just wanted to have fun! With her friend, Chet, that seemed all they did, so that's why she flocked to him.

"OK, OK, Mr. Badger Killer, let's go bag a badger!" She head butted him back and gave him a wink before moving out and leading him toward where she found the underground cave.

Psh, show off. She laughed as he spoke and raced him to where she found the big badger hole in the ground. She circled it, sniffing around it to see if she could smell it's tracks. Of course she could! The thing was probably still in there. "If you see babies, leave it alone. 'cause it's probably the mom and we can get the dad when he comes back from wherever it is!" She didn't want to hurt the mother! The babies had to live if they were going to play with them, eventually.

Laying on the ground, she stuck her paw in the hole and fished around, scratching at the tunnel and yelping before she got bitten. "OUCH!" Yanking her arm out, she whined and examined the pad of her paw that was bitten. It was bleeding! "Stinker!"

Gowe narrowed her eyes as Chet laughed at her. Licking her paw to try to stop the bleeding, she winced. "Oh, shut up. I'd like to see you do better!" She stuck her tongue out at him and then looked at the hole a minute. "Why don't you just.... dig the hole and see how deep it is? Like, you know what I mean. Right? Just dig and see if you can actually see if there are babies."

She laughed as he came up all dusty and dirty before frowning when he said he scared them off. "You gotta learn to dig more quietly, Chetan!" Sighing heavily the female only laughed and then pounced on him, grabbing his ear with her teeth. Size didn't matter with her, she would always try to pounce this boy. She though of him as her best friend, they'd grown up together, after all.

"Alright then... I guess we should go to our own homes." She laughed a little and butted her head against his own before pawing at his face.

Getting brave the girl let her brows knit and ended up giving his muzzle a very quick lick. It was odd, actually. It was like she was watching herself do something stupid and couldn't stop herself. It was just something that happened.

Squeaking, Gowe mumbled an apology and turned tail and ran as fast as she could before he could even respond to her.
