The Third Floor: Mages Training Room The Third Floor is the Mages Training room. In here there are all sorts of things for mages to practice on. Activating an element Rune will bring up that element, making it easier for mages and others to learn elemental attacks. There are various dummies located all over the room for the Mages to practice on as well. All Mages, like the Knights and Paladins, most swear an oath to the Spire that will bind them to help those in need.

Finally, somewhere friendly. Somewhat. She wasn't sure how a necromancer would be recieved, but she was still magic, and that was enough for her. Even if it was evil magic. Well, evil depending on where you stood in the world. To Gwyn, it was alright. She marvelled as she watched several people practice their magic. Soon after, she marveled at how many stairs there were in the spire.

Two people looked up from the crystal they were studying. "Are you looking for The Archmage?" the young girl asked, fidgeting with her robe's sleeve. The guy just looked at her. "Of course she is. She said Liliana, not Gladia." The guy looked to Kora. "Archmage Liliana just left here. We were studying the spell she puts on this anchor crystal to be able to maintain it. Should anything happen..." A look in his eyes seemed to say he was haunted by something about Liliana.

The boy nodded. "If she isn't here, she stays in her private quarters on the first floor." He looked Kora over as the girl went back to the crystal. "Her birthday? I thought that wasn't for a few more days. She normally won't celebrate it so I don't think a party would work out." Shrugging, he joined the girl at the crystal to leave Kora to her activities.

Emelia nodded to her training rouges, walking over to the anchor crystal that held the remains of her mother's protective spell for the tower of The Spire. She stroked a finger along it, feeding it a small amount of her energy. The mages in charge of watching over it would often say the spell strengthened when she gave it some of her own energy. Blood of the blood, they would say. Figuring it to mean her mother's power and blood flowed strong within her, she made sure to make a daily routine of stopping by to offer every day. Making a couple comments about the training mages and their techniques and stances, she moved on to see how the others were doing.

The crystal shattered, taking with it all protections on The Spire.
