 (Spire underwater view)  Seventh Floor: Meeting Hall
The Seventh Floor is the Meeting Hall. This is the room where the self proclaimed Arch Mage is going to normally be. It is the first spot newcomers will go to speak with the Arch Mage. If you wish to take up a permanent residency, Arch Mage Emelia will give you a room number in which you can stay. All members who wish to stay must take an Oath to the Spire that will bind them to defend those in need. Though the room is made of ice, it also contains books upon books for training purposes.

Once Elise entered the room, she felt the sudden change of temperature but it wasn't any different from the cold nights in Luimira. "There's only one way to check!" She said with a grin she said before speeding off to the next floor.

Raimu followed stayed at the Seventh floor after entering the Spire. She decided to wait for Elise to come back up with Selene. After seeing Fenrir and Cherry enter, she knew that she would have to wait for Fenrir as well. The two of them probably came to retrieve Selene. Or at least... Cherry had come to get Selene and go back to the island.

Raniza and Lalani followed the people down until they saw a room full of ice and deduced this must be a waiting room of sorts. Hey Raniza, I think we should wait here Lalani said telepathically to Raniza. Raniza replied with, Yea, I'm sure they will be back eventually. Lalani walked to a seat and sat down while Raniza decided to stand next to where Lalani was sitting.

Fenrir had stated that she would have to make her own skill before returning to Luimira. She had a decent image on what she wanted to do for a skill, but now she needed to perfect it. It may take some time, but it shouldn't be that hard. [1/3]
Focusing her energy, the young bard snapped her fingers together to start a spark. Nothing happened, so she tried it again, but failed. The skill she wanted to create involved her element and explosions. It was sort of a trick-like thing, although, the explosions would come from little lights. Raimu snapped her fingers one last time before a spark had become visible. [2/3]
When the spark had come up, red little lights had shown up in her hand. There was, at most, three that had been made. The lights looked almost like little skinny rectangles that glowed a bright red. Around the edges was a yellow lining. Moving away from the two people that were there, she was going to test the lights to see if they worked. Raimu flicked one out in front of her. Next, she took out one of Dagonites feathers she had left and stared at it sadly before throwing it at the light. Once the two had made contact, a small explosion errupted from it. It wasn't enough to damage the room, but smoke flew out around the room. [3/3 Exploding Little Lights learned!]
Satisfied with her work, Raimu dismissed the two other lights and tried to clear the smoke from around her. Although, she failed to notice a small part of the room had been partly melted, but still sturdy, no doubt.

A storm of thumps could be heard as Jasper fell down the stairs, "Ouch...I really shouldn't have left this early before recovering..." He said before standing up. When he looked around, he seemed to think he was going crazy. A room of ice, in this heat outside? Psh. He continued walking down the stairs to see what his mind was going to create next for him.
