This playground doubles as a playground for children and a heavy training spot for gang members, though it's not the wisest place to practice due to its openness. It has a great variety of obstacles set up. It's perfect for practicing/learning anything Parkour related.

Nina entered the playground to see no one around. This was good since this area has been known as one of the gangs handouts. Nina walked down the stairs leading to the playground and stood in front of one of the many walls. Nina was going to try to perform a Kong Vault . Nina took off towards one of the columns that stood around a raised platform. Nina dived at the columns as she placed her hands on the edge. She propelled herself forward and her body moved though the air. Nina landed a good ways away from the columns as she just preformed the Kong vault. (107/75)

Nina smiled as she was able to learn another skill. A sigh escaped Nina as she say a mother and her son making their way to the playground so Nina moved towards on of the many benches and sat down. Waiting till the two left.

After an hour had past Nina found it best for her to make her leave. [exit]

Reaching the playground, Azai knew what he must do to get his targets attention. Pulling a gun from his jacket pocket, he fires 3 shots into the air, causing chaos and panic to the children and parents around him. This will be sure to cause quite the scene... Perfect for attracting the T.C.P.D. he thought. Setting up shop in the parking garage adjacent to the park, he patiently waited.

Screams were all that were heard from where he had been stationed; right around the corner. The pops that echoed throughout the city were well known to him. But, how could such a thing have happened? Guns were outlawed. Even the department could not use firearms. They had an armory, yes, but to ever need to use a firearm was completely unnecessary unless it was of the most drastic situations. He already knew the culprit behind the scene.
It had not been too long ago that the man began to work on a case involving a string of robberies throughout the city. The department had narrowed down the suspects to those affiliated with the notorious DareDevils gang. Even so, to pinpoint an actual perpetrator was proving to be of no use. They had leads; no hard evidence. Atop that, none would speak. 'Til now.
The gunshots spoke loud and clear. Armories throughout the city and been struck and looted for all that they had, leaving the city near defenseless. Now it was clear: those who had perform such thieving acts had revealed themselves. He felt his responsibilities begin to kick in. Gekijin wanted to seize the perp, for he had been working too long to close this case. It was now his chance; he walked into the fleeing crowds scoping for signs of injured.

Seeing the first responding officer, I instantly recognize whom he is; none other than the target himself. Quickly tapping into the police network, I jam up the radio and broadcast networks for the quadrant, disallowing any backup to be called. Whistling from the second floor of the parking garage, I attempt to get his attention, waving.
