 Erimentha stalked quietly amoung the tall grass. She had been following a traveling small pack of meercats for a couple days now. Erimentha had been studying them, wondering if they were worth attempting to catch and if she would even want to eat one. However, a long the way she had come to the conclusion that she would not eat them. But she still wanted to know more about them. The third day of following them had been eventful because during the night, unknown to her there had been another hunter. They had come a long and killed at least five of the meercats. When Erimentha awoke the next morning she found herself to be both angry at herself and whoever had killed those poor little creatures. That was when she vowed to hurt however had done this to them, to give them warning of what could happen if they did so again.
Erimentha had sniffed the corpses and thought she had found the scent of the animal that had killed them. So as she continued on her travels she could find the colpret and make sure to give them hell. As Erimentha had entered the grass she had smelt the scent that was all over the meercats and followed it. As she reached the other side of the grass she saw a lioness and knew that it was her that had done it. However, she could never really be positive it was her. Erimentha would attack her, not knowing or caring to know if she was the actual lion to cause her heart grief.
