 The afternoon air was warm on her bare back. But she couldn't say she much protested it. Bellezza loved the nice weather, even more so when she was discovering something new. Her hoof fall was quiet, rarely snapping a branch in her path, but she didn't know what to really do other than wonder around. One would wonder what such a beauty did wondering these shallow woods. But in all honesty, Bellezza absolutely adored them. One hundred percent.
That was until she came unto what looked like a swampy area. Her nose wrinkled some, eyes looking around with mild curiousness. She'd never been in this area before. Sniffing at the grass, she shook out her head, causing the curls to bounce and shift in an almost pleasant looking way, before taking a small step back, unsure if she should continue to venture forth in this area or not. Her mind was reeling with finding out just what might be there, but then at the same time of how much bathing she would need to do after.

Zelfrax was staring at one of the tracks of water that ran through the swamp, looking this way and that at his reflection. He frowned a little, shaking his head and causing his beard to shake. "Tail...I do believe It might be time to get a haircut..."
The stallion glanced back at his tail, as if waiting an answer. Before he could try to coax one out, he caught sight of something bright wandering among the trees. "Tail...I think something's there. A ghost maybe.."
He walked forward, curious as to who this new stranger was near his home. "Hello, spirit. Do you come from afar? Do you come to speak to the other spirits here? They can be a bit melancholy, you know. Bit boring, actually."

Bellezza's attention was drawn away from her surroundings. The stallion that approached her made her step back a bit, almost as if she was overly cautious. Her ears flicked some what, eying him with some interest in her eyes, before she tilted her head gently to the side, and blinked. "Far... I... Am not sure. I just wonder around... and I'm not a spirit... I do not see them either.. So I'm afraid I do not speak to them. But I am sure they just want someone to talk to." She stated simply, still looking him over in a curious manor.

"Why are you staring at me like that?" Zelfrax looked back and then at himself. "Is there something there?"
He looked at her, blinking his pale brown eyes. "Of course spirits want someone to talk to. That's why they make all the noise, with the moaning and the screeching. Dad says he hears them all the time...but Mum says he's loony. My tail says they're both right."
The stallion stepped past Bellezza a little, looking toward where the mare had come from. "You said you came from afar...how far? The mountains? The desert? Across the ocean? Mum said there's even another swamp far from here..."
He paused, then looked at her. "I've never left this swamp, myself. I'm afraid to be too far from the wetness...."

Bellezza watched him with a curious look in her eyes. She shifted slightly, before shaking her head at his questions, watching him move, before looking back over her shoulder at the area she'd just left from. Her ears flicked slightly, before she shook her head once more, confused at the comment about his tail saying something. She had heard that some animals have a sixth sense with some body parts.. but talking?
"Huh? Oh.. there's ton of water out there. And it doesn't seem hard to find, from what I have seen." She said quietly, watching him for a second, before turning around carefully.

"Interesting," Zelfrax commented, looking once more to where she'd come from. "But, is there a lot of shade? It's damp, dark, and cool here in the swamp...."
He looked at his tail, then nodded once. "Right, and there's interesting creatures as well."
He looked at the mare, stepping back as if realizing he was standing too close to her personal space. "Where did you travel from, spirit? It must have been a bright place..."

Bellezza's head tilted a bit before she looked up at him with an almost curious stare, the brilliant purple eyes flickering along the males form, eyes curious, before she blinked up at him and shook out her long mane, making it fall around her in almost cascades of silvery locks. "I travel from where my father dwells... I am not certain of the exact location, but..." She pursed her lips, thinking quietly to herself for several moments.
