This is merely a building where everyone is taught how to keep their claymores in good quality and at the same time they are taught how to fight with them here.

Heather the Claymore

Heather walked into the room. It was empty for the time being which was fine. She took one of the practicing swords and felt it's weight in her hands. She knew how to use a sword. She had used on before for awhile although no one ever really knew about it. She began swinging it as though it where an extension of her body. It was like part of her arm as she moved gracefully from an uppercut to stepping back and making a sideways slash. The movements she was making was alike to some sort of warm up. From a spectators view it was like she was attempting each movement to be perfect instead of attempting to look graceful or magnificent.

Amelia the Claymore

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia made her way to the armory with some speed. The nightmare the previous night had left her pretty shaken and she wanted to rid herself of its images quickly. Training usually helped with that. It occupied her mind and body, allowing her to focus and center herself in a manner that pushed away the unsettling images her subconscious rooted up for her. She walked into the room and stopped, seeing someone else currently occupying the space. She was about to turn and leave...but the sight was too magnificent to turn away from.

Heather the Claymore

For the first few minutes she did not realize someone else was nearby. She made a spinning attack which was when she caught a glimpse of the other someone. She didn't interrupt but finished her moves and came to a stop. "Oh excuse me do you need the room to train?" She asked smiling innocently. She was not intending to scare anyone away. In fact she would prefer to practice the movements with someone. It always seemed better to have company. There was still some time before the class was supposed to start anyway. At least an hour.

Amelia blushed slightly at being caught, but managed to keep her composure. "Sorry for interrupting." She said softly, smiling. She entered the room, eyes going to the practice swords. "I was intending to get some training in before class. Perhaps, since you and I are both here, we can train with one another? It is good to have a sparring partner." She smiled at the other woman.

Heather the Claymore

Heather shook her head, "No you didn't interupt me." She quickly put in, raising a hand to the back of her head. She listened to the other girl and smiled again, "Of course that would be a wonderful idea. My name is Heather, might I know yours?" She asked and watched Amelia for a moment, "Although we need to be careful these practice swords are sharp too."

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia smiled brightly and took out one of the practice swords, hefting it carefully. She was actually glad that this girl, Heather, had no qualms about training with a partner. She smiled at the other girl. "My name is Amelia, it is nice to meet you Heather." She said cheerfully. She swung the practice sword a few times, smiling at the balanced weight. "Of course. One must always be careful when dealing weapons. Shall we begin?" She said, standing opposite of Heather.

Heather the Claymore

Heather smiled at how courteous Amelia was in return. It was important for them to get along. She knew they would look back on these days later on. She put her left foot back so it was 90 degrees of her frontal foot. So her heels where lined up. She held the blade up from there in her right hand partially outstretched. "You may start." She stated as she bent her knees ever so slightly. Her left hand was raised partially behind her and her hand loose and seemingly useless. Her stance was that of a fencer. and she intended to use that for a one on one match even though the blade was not truthfully suited for it. She was surprised that the blade felt so light. The yoma had definately increased her strength a lot.

Amelia the Claymore

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia smiled brightly at Heather. She liked this girl, very polite and courteous. She very rarely got along so well with her fellow Claymores...honestly that was mostly because she almost never interacted with them if she didn't have to. She didn't mean to be anti-social...most of the time. She positioned her body, feet shoulder width apart to brace her body. She held her sword in both hands, raising it with ease. She was surprised at her own strength, how the blade felt like nothing in his hands. She smiled. "How kind of you." She said politely. Then she charged.

Heather the Claymore

Heather watched the girl charge quickly. Her weapon was in a good position to hti at her. Heather would take a single step forward. Her blade was smacked into the opponents to cause it to veer away from her Body. She Kicked outward with her forward foot and Lowered her body as the rear leg kicked forward. The blade Was pointed so the point would indeed strike home. However Heather figured the sparring partner was able to block this attack. In fencing this form of attack is known as a beat followed by a lunge. Lunges are amongst the fastest stabbing techniques in the world and while hard to avoid they tend to be easy to parry and move on. Also a lounge is designed to move in a straight stab that the entire body is flown into to send the blade through an opponent not merely hit.

Amelia the Claymore

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia smiled at her sparring partner's attacks. She had expected her attack turned away and to be countered in such a manner. She was unfamiliar herself with some of the fencing moves, preferring more defensive moves herself, but she learned how to recognize some of the styles. She swung her blade to the side, not directly attacking her but instead meant to parry her blade. She then brought her leg up, bending it at the knee and kicking outward.

(lol just so you know I've never really done fight scenes and normally suck at doing them)

Heather the Claymore

Heather expected the parry but was in no way able to counter being kicked. She took the blow and flew backward a little catching herself she bounded upward this time standing facing her opponent her weapon still brandished in her right hand. "Not bad." She commented. After all Heather recognized this claymore was not exceptionally talented but still formidable. As such she was going to in a sense train the other. This time she would charge forward. Her sword pointed at her opponent she jumped pulling her right arm across her chest and then slashing from left to right.

OOC: That's alright you can always learn no? Besides I'm pretty easy to work with when teaching others. I usually adapt my own abilities to those I'm playing with by natural habits.

Amelia the Claymore

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia allowed herself a small smile of victory as her attack connected. As her opponent stumbled back she took the opportunity to regain her footing. She smiled at Heather. "Thank you." She said politely, acknowledging her sparring partner's abilities. In truth, she hadn't been sure if her kick would have connected. She was rather proud of that fact. Amelia wasn't the best of fighters when it came to skill, but that did not mean she wasn't determined. As Heather charged, she shifted her stance, bringing up her sword to parry the blow, using the momentum to try and duck under the blade.

OOC: Lol good to know! I always look forward to learning and improving my writing.

Heather the Claymore

The parry would come hard as Heather was airborne and moving in. The fact she was airborne meant all her body was literally being pressed through the strength as an addition to the strength. She pushed into the blade and bounced back a little as she threw herself off with the blades. However she didn't hesitate at this point. The force would have likely pushed the opponent back a tiny bit. They had the same strength after all. As such Heather ran forward while the other one was distracted. Her slash would come from the upper right and attempt to go down to the left. The slash however was a fake attack. The instant she would feel the parry her right leg would move to kick her opponent. The reason she would wait for the feeling was because the mental communication of feeling was a lot faster than sight.

Amelia the Claymore

No one makes my destiny...

Amelia felt the kick hard. She had already been knocked back once their blades collided, after all they were relatively the same in strength. She hastened to adjust herself to compensate for the unexpected knock back, but that left her distracted and unable to see the kick that came. She took the blow, letting it knock her back and to the side. Instead of fighting she rolled with the momentum, spinning to the side. In that instant she turned and swung her blade at her opponent. She gripped the sword with one hand, letting the other balance her.
