Request:
Apparently there is this Pokemon that is a bad omen to the alleged quiet suburbs of New Bark Town. It is said that Absols are known to forsee major disasters, but apparently there is a Pokemon that causes it, or so it seems.
An Eevee, cute and eager as can be, roams these streets. Its a stray unfortunately...rather it was that way at birth or was abandoned is unknown. What is known is that it tends to plunder trash cans, looking for whatever edible leftovers it can find. However, in doing so, it makes quite the mess, and when confronted by the angry locals about it, or when confronted by a Pokemon trainer out to capture it since after all, Eevees tend to be a rarity, disaster usually follows, anywhere between injuries, building collapses, traffic accidents, the works. Because of which, people call that Eevee a walking bad luck charm. Sure it may seem like a string of coincidences, but others are rather skeptic of that.
This is where you come in. You are out to get this Eevee by any means necessary. You have the license to capture this Eevee, and keep it for yourself if you want. However, in doing so, PLEASE don't cause any more damage than what was done, at least TRY to. Take note though, also, that the Eevee, when confronted, will be very eager by nature to get away, and is rather reckless in doing so, which is maybe why so many disasters happen. Who knows. Just please try to restore peace to the area, ok?
Objective
---Find and subdue the Eevee causing chaos in New Bark Town
Opposition
---Other than the Eevee itself? There are probably other Pokemon that roams the city. Meowths, Granbull, and various city dwelling birds. Who knows, bad luck may be upon you too...
Location
---New Bark Town suburbs, generally located on the Southeastern part close towards the waterway heading towards the Kanto Boarder.

---Aside from the Eevee, the poster may have something for you...

Fawkes yawned as he walked down a dirt road, his hands resting behind his head. Totodile was walking besides him to a small rhythm, a large grin on the little alligators face. "To. To. To. Totodile! To. To. To. Totodile!" Fawkes chuckled, enjoying the fact that his friend was happy. After a few more hours of walking like this, they arrived at NewBark Town. Fawkes looked around, the place was a mess! What happened here? He saw a Pokemon Laboratory and walked over, maybe the Professor of this Town could tell him. He stopped when he spotted a poster and looked it over, "Hmmm... a wild Eevee? I have to have it!" He pocketed the poster and called out his Nidoran. "Ok guys! We have to find this Eevee. If you find it, cry out. This is a small place, it shouldn't be too much of a hassle!
The trio split up, running in different directions. Fawkes couldn't believe how excited he was! An Eevee! Just his- "TOTODILE!" Woah! That was fast. Fawkes turned quickly but it was too quick, he stumbled and fell flat on his face. Owwwww. Fawkes stood up and dusted himself off before running in the direction of Totodile. He spotted Nidoran running over as well, "Nido! When we get there, use poison sting alright? Then go in with a Double Team attack." Nido nodded vigorously and they turned the corner into an alley. Totodile had his back to a wall, a worried look on his face. Standing in between Totodile and Fawkes was a Granbull. Woah! This was unexpected. "Totodile, Water Gun! Nido, Poison Sting!" The Granbull growled before thunder began to form around it's fist. Totodile wasted no time and released a large torrent of water. The Granbull flew forwards and was hit from the front with the Poison Sting attack. Granbull cried out and slammed against a wall. At first, Fawkes smiled but then he saw the angry look in Granbull's eyes. "...RUN!" Totodile and Nidoran didn't need to be told twice, they ran out of that alley. For the next twenty minutes or so, Fawkes and his friends tried to outrun the GranBull. Finally, they succeeded. As they sat on some steps, catching their breath a small sound of something hitting the floor came from a seperate alley. They all exchanged nervous glances before rising and quietly moving over to check it out. Fawkes peered in and spotted a bushy brown and white tail poking out of a trashcan. Eevee! What miraculous luck! Fawkes smiled, "Eevee!" The Pokemon poked out it's head, "Eevee?"
Fawkes smirked, proud that he had found this wonderfully rare PokeMon so soon! He took a step forwards and heard a small snap. Fawkes looked down, he had stepped on a rather large branch and broken it. Oh well. He heard a creak and turned to his left. Fawkes gulped at what he saw. The branch had been supporting a large pile of full trashcans. Now that the support was gone, they were all falling. On him. Fawkes gulped and yelped as a mountain of trash fell on him. It was disgusting! He struggled and struggled to get free but couldn't, Nido was caught in the trash too and Totodile was trying to free them but it took a while. Finally, after an hour or so they managed to escape the debris. Fawkes wrinkled his nose at the scent. He needed a bath! He didn't bother looking around, Eevee had left a while back... annoyed, Fawkes sighed and walked to the lab.
A few hours later, Fawkes emerged from the lab with a clean change of clothing, he was showered and his PokeMon were fully healed. How wonderful. Fawkes stretched before tossing up his pokeballs and calling out his friends. "Alright. So we gotta try a little harder and to be more careful, alright guys?"
"Toto! Nido!" Fawkes stepped into the street and looked around. He saw a flash of brown, "There!" He and his partners took off running after the unlucky PokeMon. They stepped into the alley to find Eevee sitting there, swaying it's cute little tail, as if mocking them. "why you! Nido! Poison Sting!" Nido lept forwards, "Nido!" He released a flurry of poison stings but Eevee giggled and lept atop a trash can. The poison stings hit something somewhat large... and purple. Fawkes stared at it, "... no way." The object shifted and revealed itself to be the Granbull. "...RUN!" His partners and Fawkes ran out as Eevee rolled around laughing atop a trash can...
The third time is always the charm. Fawkes kept telling himself this as he finally cornered the Eevee. Eevee, knowing it was done for was trying to fight back. Fawkes smiled, "You will be mine! Totodile, Scratch attack!" Totodile charged forwards, his nails gleaming. He jumped to scratch Eevee but it seemed not to really care. Eevee simply lept up andand over Totodile, causing Totodile to slam into the wall. Fawkes flinched, "Now I see what they mean by unlucky." Totodile stood up and shook it's head before glaring at Eevee. Nidoran stood next to Fawkes, watching with curiosity. "Alright! Water Gun." Totodile released a large torrent of water, which caught the Eevee off guard, "Ee-...?" It was hit by the water and slammed against the wall. Eevee growled before opening it's mouth, a shadow ball began to form. "Quick! Totodile! Water Gun!" Totodile released another torrent but Eevee was quicker. The Shadow Ball hit Totodile square in the chest and he flew back. Totodile hit the ground and was shaking slightly as he forced himself up. Fawkes bared his teeth, "Damn it! Ok, calm down. Calm down. You could do this... that's it!" He smiled, "Let's take this home! Totodile, get in closer."
At first Totodile was confused but he did as ordered, running in closer to the Eevee. "Toto! Toto! Toto!" Fawkes smirked, "Totodile! Rage!" Totodile's face turned serious as a red aura began to form around him, "Focus your rage on a water gun attack. Full power!" Totodile released a large torrent of water and it hit Eevee dead on. Eevee was hurled into the air but Fawkes pulled out a PokeBall. "Go!" He tossed the ball at the Eevee. It hit the Eevee and opened, pulling it in. The Ball fell to the ground and moved three or four times before it made the little Ping sound. Fawkes smiled brightly, "Yes! I caught Eevee! This is the best day of my life. Nothing can bring me down!" He ran and picked up the Pokeball, a happy grin on his face. "Look gu-... what's wrong?" Both of his Pokemon were staring past Fawkes. He turned and gulped at what he saw. Two Granbull, one of them the one from earlier. Both had evil smirks as they prepared a Thunder Punch. "RUN!" Totodile, Fawkes and Nidoran cried out as they ran for their lives...
Maybe Eevee was bad luck after all . . .

The Mission:
Do ya dig it?
Mission to get fossil Pokemon.
Hundreds of feet under the Earth's surface lies a world that existed before ours. Plants, Pokemon, things that existed before our time lie burried deep down, just waiting to be unearthed. Archeologist have found many things in their exploits to learn more and more about this other world that sleeps under there. What an interesting job they must have, of course it isn't easy work but still itneresting all the same.
Wouldn't you like to be an archeologist for a day? Well now is your chance! In the three regions, Kanto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh, the archeologist there are accepting help. Who are they? (I bet you are wanting to ask.) Well, Brock, Brandon, and Roark, respectively. Each region has their own unique things to find, such as Pokemon fossils of extinct Pokemon. Who knows, maybe you'll get lucky and find one? And maybe your archeoligist will let you keep it? I hear there are places in those regions where they can actually revive fossil Pokemon! Isn't that cool?
But beware, it might have been seven years since Snagem has delt with any of those small evil teams but like always, there will be someone stupid enough to give birth to one. A rather new evil team is out there causing trouble, one that resembles a previous enemy of ours. They are called Team Eolith, just like the late Team Sandstorm they are crazy about fossils, though not just fossils. Team Eolith unlike Team Sandstorm is crazy about any type of artifact dug up. They seem to be searching for some specific but no one is sure yet. Their region of operations is somewhere in the region of Johto but they expand out from there to the other regions from time to time. Be wary of them, unlike Team Sandstorm they are a bit smarter and stronger. They manly use "Earth" based Pokemon, such as Ground, Rock, and Steel types, and our course they love ancient Pokemon. They may try to mess with you on your dig. So good luck.
Objective
---Travel to Kanto, Hoenn, or Sinnoh and request to join one of the archeologists mentioned on their daily dig. Send Team Eolith packing if they come forth.
Opposition
---Team Eolith, the chances are great they will mess with you and maybe even steal your "treasure" they mainly move in groups of three lower ranked peons and carry one to three Pokemon. (Based on the highest evo you can use or lower, but no lower than second stage if you can use third evos.)
Pokemon
---If you find a Pokemon out there in the wild, and you think you might want it, go for it. Let it be allowed for your rank of course. But if you want to revive a fossil you might find then no wild capture. This mission is to help you get fossil Pokemon of course.
Rewards
---A fossil of course, if you find one. If you do find one you maybe revive it in the mission. Other than that the rewards vary.

Fawkes had heard about Brock of the Pewter Gym accepting help to go dig for fossils. He was incredibly excited. He healed his PokeMon at the Center then rushed off to help. After some hiking, Fawkes, Brock and a few other newbie trainers began to search and dig. Fawkes pulled out a Pokeball, maybe his new friend could help him out. "Eevee! Come on out!" He tossed up the ball and a bright light burst forth. Eevee formed on the ground and glanced at Fawkes before sticking up it's nose and looking away, "Eevee!" The lil guy hadn't grown fond of Fawkes quite yet.
Fawkes crouched down on one knee and gently pet his new friend. "Eevee... will you please help me?" The pokemon sighed before nodding and walking around, sniffing at the ground. Occasionally, Eevee would point at a spot with it's tail and Fawkes would start digging but he never found anything. He was confused about this until he looked at Eevee. It was trying not to laugh at him. Fawkes glared, "Have you been mis-..." He was interrupted by the sound of shouting. Fawkes and Eevee ran over to see what was going on when he spotted one of the helping trainers surrounded by a small group of gravelers and geodudes. Wild? No. He spotted a group of trainers laughed close by. "Damn it. That's no fair." He reached back to get his Totodile pokeball but Eevee stepped forwards.
Fawkes looked down at his friend, "you wanna help?" Eevee nodded and growled. Fawkes smiled, "Alright then! Eevee, use Shadow Ball!" Eevee lept on a boulder and released a shadow ball at one of the gravelers. "Gra...?" The pokemon turned slightly and got hit. It stumbled back but then growled. Fawkes wanted to call back Eevee but he couldn't do that. Not to his friend. "You can do it buddy. Again! Shadow Ball!" Eevee released another Shadow Ball at the graveler but once more, it just pushed back the massive Pokemon.
"Graveler! Don't let them whoop you. Use rollout." Fawkes cursed under his breath, "alright Eevee. Hold your ground, ok? Just wait for my mark..." Eevee gave Fawkes a worried look but nodded and stayed still as the Graveler spun towards them. A second before it was going to hit, Fawkes called out. "Up!" Eevee lept straight up and Graveler crashed into the boulder, making it have to stop spinning and look up at Eevee, "Shadow Ball!" Eevee opened it's mouth and released a shadow ball right down on the Graveler. "Graveler...! The smoke cleared to reveal the fainted Pokemon.
"Atta boy Eevee!" Eevee glared at Fawkes, "Huh? Wait... good girl?" Eevee smiled happily. Fawkes smacked his forehead, how could he be so dumb not to know his own Pokemons gender??? He knew Totodile and Nidoran were boys, guess he assumed that Eevee was one too. "Good job girl! I got me a sassy one, don't I?" Eevee poofed out her chest, evidently proud with herself. The other geodude weren't so happy though. About 5 or 6 were rushing Eevee. "Oh wow. We're gonna need some back up. Totodile!" Fawkes tossed the Pokeball
Totodile appeared in a blinding flash and landed next to Eevee, "Eevee use Shadow Ball! Totodile, water gun! Let's go~!" Totodile squared up and released a powerful jet of water, pushing back the Geodude and Gravelers. As he did so, Eevee released Shadow Ball after Shadow Ball. Before long though, both Pokemon were starting to get tired. Fawkes bit his lip and grabbed his third Pokeball, "Nidoran! Use double kick." "Nido!" The lil guy took off in a fast run and lept right into the flurry of Geodude's and Gravelers.
"Oh no you don't! Geodude, use rock throw against that pesky Eevee." One of the geodudes managed to escape the water and tossed a large rock directly at Eevee. Fawkes knew that if that rock hit, Eevee would be seriously hurt and judging by the fear on Eevee's face, so did she. He Fawkes did the only logical thing, he ran forwards and grabbed Eevee, pulling her out of the way of the rock. He didn't entirely succeed however, the rock hit Fawkes right as he was turning to run. Fawkes flinched but didn't release his darling new friend. Eevee looked up at Fawkes' face as she was save with a newfound respect. "Eevee?"
Fawkes sat on the ground, ignoring the pain in his arm as he looked at Eevee, "are you ok?" Eevee was still giving him a shocked look and Fawkes gently pet her. "I'm glad you're fine. Come on, time to go back to your Pokeball." Eevee shook her head and turned, poised for attack. Fawkes smiled happily, "alright. Come on, Eva! We're gonna win this! Use attract on that Graveler, then use a double team attack and follow that with shadow ball."
Eevee!" The lil Pokemon jumped towards the crowd of Graveler and geodude, Nidoran still kicking the closest one to him. Eevee called out, "Eeeeveeee~!" One graveler turned to it, "gra...?" Eevee winked at the pokemon and then it got a big ole grin on it's face. "GRAAAAA!" It's eyes became hearts and it started to try and make it's way towards Eevee, throwing and pushing all the other graveler and geodude away. Fawkes smiled and Eevee waited for Graveler to come closer. When Graveler was close enough, Eevee opened her mouth and released a shadow ball. She released it and hurled back the graveler into the herd of the others. It crashed into them and knocked out two or three, leaving only one more graveler and another geodude. "Crap! Graveler, hurl geodude at that boy. Geodude, use self-destruct when you get in range!"
Fawkes yelped at the command, "a bit much, don't you think???" He watched and then smiled, "Nido. Double kick on Graveler's legs. Totodile, as soon as he tosses that geodude, use a full power water gun!" "Toto! Nido!" Both of his Pokemon waited. When Graveler picked up the geodude, Nido lunged forwards. He did exactly as instructed and kicked Graveler's legs. The larger pokemon grunted as his legs started to give out and tossed Geodude. Water Gun slammed right into Geodude and held him in place for a second before hurling him back at the graveler. Then they exploded. Fawkes grabbed Eevee and turned his back, shielding her from any flying debris. He turned back and saw that the graveler and geodude had fainted. "That's a wrap!" His pokemon all lept up in happiness. The group was surprised and one member yelled out, "Damn it! Retreat for now!" Fawkes almost breathed out a sigh of relief and called back all three Pokemon. "Thanks guys. I got it from here." He put the Pokeballs on his belt and after making sure the kid was ok, went back to digging. After carefully digging for what seemed like hours, he came up empty handed. Fawkes sighed and turned to head back towards Pewter City, he wondered how many people had already left. It was starting to get dark, the sun barely in the horizon.
The small amount of sun however, made something gleam. This caught Fawkes' attention and he made his way over to it, his shovel resting on his shoulder. On the ground, was a small golden orb with some kind of bug in it. Strange. He looked around, trying to figure out how he didn't notice it. Oh wait. This was the boulder the graveler had crashed into it. It was by pure luck this fossil wasn't destroyed. Fawkes smiled happily and slid the fossil into a safe compartment of his bag. Seems like today was a good day after all. He ran back to the Pokemon Center to heal his friends . . .

The Mission:
Pocketful of Poachers
Your SNAG device suddenly turns on and the artificial intelligence that monitors that SNAG network, named GRAY, begins to speak to you.
A mission of urgency has been acquired. Baoba, the Johto Safari Zone warden has requested the aid of Team Snagem in removing the persistent nuisance of a group of Pokemon poachers running rampant within the Safari Zone, causing havoc with their own Pokemon and capturing the rare and endangered Pokemon within the Safari Zone. Orre authorities have worked with Johto to confirm the identity of the Pokemon poachers, they are a group known for capturing and stealing Pokemon then turning around and selling them on the black market in Orre. They call themselves The Snatchers.
Baoboa reports that The Snatchers have been hiding out within the Safari Zone as they disturb the delicate habit with their Pokemon and mainly target the young Pokemon as they put up a less of a fight. Johto police have made attempts to remove the poachers but they continue to escape their grasp as the Safari Zone its self proves a challenge to traverse. Baoba chose us due to our experience and ability to snag their Pokemon away. We must not disappoint our client.
Your mission is to travel to the Johto Safari Zone and show your SNAG device to Baoba to gain access to the Safari Zone with your Pokemon. Once inside choose one of the areas to work on clearing out, there are twelve different areas which include different Pokemon based on that area. They are, peak, desert, plains, meadow, forest, swamp, marshland, mountain, rocky beach, wasteland, savannah, and wetland area. Each area seems to be controlled by a specific Snatcher member and must be removed. Naturally the member of each area has given themselves an advantage so you must use any resources you can to remove them, get creative and do a good job, good luck.
Easy: Wasteland, Rocky Beach, Mountain areas are controlled by a male Snatcher named Biden, he owns two Pokemon, both Smeargle which he uses to turn his opponent's strategy against them with their own moves. He isn't especially dangerous but he does however use mimicry himself along with his Smeargle's painting abilities and may disguise himself as a friend, police officer, or even a Pokemon, he prefers sneak attacks, hiding away, and trickery.
Objective:
---Go to the Safari Zone and choose an area to scout and remove the Snatcher member controlling that area. Be careful as there are many wild Pokemon that may not take kindly to anymore humans, after what they've already been through.
Opposition:
---The Snatcher member of the area you choose, plus any wild Pokemon that may attack out of fear of your presence. Remember too, these Pokemon aren't used to seeing outside Pokemon as trainers normally aren't allowed to bring them in plus The Snatchers have been attacking them with their Pokemon so they will be on edge.
Pokemon:
---The Pokemon vary depending on what area you go to. See this page to get an idea on an idea for what Pokemon are in each area. You may capture a wild Pokemon or snag one from a Snatcher member, available at your rank of course.
Rewards:
---This mission has a VERY high chance to give a rank up. So do a good job and you may just rank up!
---The rest varies depending on quality.

Fawkes looked down as his Snag Machine began to beep. What the? The message came through and he got a large grin on his face. This was definitely something he wanted to do. Plus, the Safari Zone??? He'd never been there. Fawkes hoped it was as cool as he'd heard. He grabbed his hover board and jumped on it, heading towards the Safari Zone...
After flying on his hover board for a while, Fawkes arrived and knocked on the door. Baoboa looked at him strangely until Fawkes revealed the SNAG device. Baoboa's eyes lit up, "Oh good! You're here. Right this way. Right this way." Fawkes followed the man until they arrived in front of the gate that opened into the safari zone. Baoboa handed Fawkes a map, and pointed to Rocky Beach. "If possible, take this one please." Fawkes nodded and walked into the Safari Zone ready for anything that might happen. He walked through it, turning slightly at each shuffle. He swore he saw a Mr. Mime or two running around. Oh well. Fawkes arrived at Rocky Beach and started to look around for this perpetrator. He stopped when he spotted a strange looking slowpoke sitting on a boulder and chewing on something. Ummm... ok?
Fawkes watched the Slowpoke for a few minutes before shaking his head. Focus! "Come on. Come out wherever you are." He heard rustling to his left and tossed out a Pokeball. "Nido! Poison Sting! Nido!"
Nido lept forwards and released a large volley of poison sting at the stirring bush. A low cry came from the bush and Fawkes ran over to see if he caught the poacher. A fainted Budew was in it's place. Oh no! Fawkes pulled out a revive and sighed as he started to help heal Budew. When it was healed, Budew glared at Fawkes. "I'm sorry little guy. I didn't mean too-..." The budew has hit Fawkes then ran off. Fawkes sighed and stood up. "Come on Nido. We gotta find this guy." Nido nodded and ran along after Fawkes. He turned back to that weird looking Slowpoke. Something wasn't right about it, he just wasn't sure what... hmmm. Oh well.
Fawkes searched and searched for his foe but after two hours of coming up empty handed, except on a Krabby, two Budew and even a Gible. Fawkes was tempted to capture the Gible but knew that right now, catching this poacher was his top priority! Fawkes sat down at the water edge and tried to think. This guy wanted to capture and sell Pokemon right? Hmmm... he'd be after rare Poke-... wait. Rare pokemon. Fawkes had two. Could he risk it though? Fawkes ran behind a tree, where he was certain no one could see and called out his two friends. Totodile and Eva emerged from their Pokeballs and glanced up at Fawkes. He crouched down and whispered to them. "I need you're guys help. You are to pose as wild Pokemon. This guy is a poacher, he'll go after really rare pokemon so Totodile, go swim around and have fun. Eva, you play in the grass or something. Got it?"
His pokemon nodded, "Toto! Eevee!" The two snuck to different areas and Totodile lept into the water. Something told Fawkes to watch that slowpoke. It was definitely weird. He saw Totodile start to play around in the water and Eevee was jumping around and attacking the small patches of sand. Perfect. Fawkes kept himself hidden and watched as the Slowpoke stood on it's hind legs and reached for... a zipper! Of course. Out stepped a thin gangly looking man. He giggled and grabbed two Pokeballs. "Let's get to poachin'." The man tossed out the pokeballs and twin smeargle emerged. The both cried out in unison. "Smeargle!"
Both pokemon took off after Totodile and Eevee while the man remained perched on the rock, watching with delight. Eevee's best move was Shadow Ball and wouldn't affect Smeargle so Fawkes decided to beat the one after Eevee first. He pointed and Nido ran off quickly, being as quiet as possible. Smeargle turned and noticed Nido standing to it's left, "Smear...?" Nido jumped forwards and tacked the Smeargle. "Smeargle!" It fell back but then, Eevee rushed it with a quick attack and knocked it to the floor. Smeargle struggled to get up and glared at the two. "Eevee! Nido!" Both of Fawkes' pokemon watched smeargle, anticipating it's next move. What they didn't expect however, was for Smeargle to start waving it's tail around, flinging paint everywhere. Fawkes clenched his teeth. Crap! Oh well. His cover was blown, he ran out. "Eva! Attract!"
The man atop the rock growled, "what? SNAG?" Fawkes smiled, "that's right!" Eevee winked at the Smeargle but Smeargle had already copied Eevee's moves and did the exact same thing. Both of them suddenly had hearts for eyes and moving around like drunken morons. Nido watched with amusement for a few seconds before it began to laugh. Fawkes smacked his palm against his own face, "Nido! Don't just stand there. Use double kick!" For a second, Nido had forgotten he was in a battle. He snapped back to attention and charged at the Smeargle, kicking it across the face twice before landing on it's feet and jumping forwards, tackling the Smeargle and sending it into the air. Totodile popped out of the water and released a powerful water gun, "Toto!" It slammed into the love-drunk Smeargle who fell onto the ground in a heap of dust. "... smear ..."
Fawkes smiled, "One down. One to go." He was about to call out an order when he noticed the man was gone. What the...? He looked down at Nido and Eevee who looked very confused. Fawkes turned and saw why. The man had managed to sneak by and stand right next to Fawkes, he had also managed to mimic Fawkes exactly. It was as if Fawkes was staring at his own twin. "Gahhh! He's an impostor. Totodile. Water Gun!" Totodile looked just as confused, "Toto?" He looked from Fawkes to the impostor then back, totally confused. Fawkes didn't know how to show them it was him.
Then Eevee smiled and walked over. She sat on her hind legs and lifted her chin, showing she wanted to be petted. Fawkes saw her idea and smiled. The fake Fawkes smirked and leaned down, "what a good boy." At those words, Totodile released a water gun that hit the impostor and pushed him back. He grunted, "How???" Eevee lept up on Fawkes and sat on his shoulder. "Eva is a girl." Eva smirked and began to perform a shadow ball. "W-woah! Wait! SMEARGLE!" The second smeargle showed up and splashed his paint onto Eva, Nido and Totodile. Smeargle released a powerful water gun at Eva and hit her off of Fawkes' shoulder.
Fawkes ran to check on her, "you ok girl?" Eva rose to her feet shakily and growled, "Eva. Use Quick Attack! Totodile. Water Gun! Nido. Double Kick!" The poacher called out, "Woah woah woah! Three attacks on one pokemon? I thought you played fair." Fawkes rose an eyebrow, "you tried to trick my Pokemon. You steal Pokemon. This fight isn't fair."
"Eevee! Totodile! Nido!" Eevee got a rush of speed and charged forwards, slamming into the Smeargle. It grunted and started to fall back but before it could hit the floor, Nido was behind it and kicked it twice, knocking it into the air. As it flew up, Totodile released his water gun and hit the smeargle dead on. The Smeargle cried out, "SMEAR!", as it slammed into a tree trunk and then slid down to the ground, fainted. Fawkes walked over to the Poacher. "You're coming with me."
Fawkes grabbed a few veins and tied the poacher's hands behind his back. He got the Smeargle pokeballs and called them back before pushing the poacher towards the front. "Personally, im not too fond of Smeargle. I'll give these guys to SNAG. Maybe someone there will want them." Fawkes turned the Poacher over to the Police and they asked for his Smeargle. Fawkes didn't believe it was the Pokemon's fault but the police were rather insistent. He sighed and handed over the two pokeballs. "Fine." He pulled out his hoverboard and headed back to SNAG HQ . . .

Protect Your Heart - Ranging from Easy to Hard - Backstory Development Mission
Your background when you join Snagem, other than what you reveal or tell yourself, is rather unknown. Your hometown/place of birth is under attack. Show what has happened there throughout time as you help defend it. This mission is all about what you want to happen to your hometown, and gives you a chance to lay down some back story for your character. Ridiculousness in this mission will not be tolerated. Show what shaped your character into the person he/she is today, and protect the place you once called home. Protect your heart.

Status: Mission Start.
Fawkes was sitting in SNAGEM Base, drinking from a water bottle when his SNAG machine began to blink. He looked down at his arm and the voice of GRAY spoke, "Fawkes. I have received word that Cerulean City is under attack by a group of raging Pokemon. I assumed that, it being your hometown, you'd like this mission. Was I correct?" Fawkes stood up and grabbed his HoverBoard. "I'm on my way." He ran out the door and lept up on his Hoverboard, going as fast as he could towards Cerulean...
A few hours passed before Fawkes leapt off the HoverBoard and put it away. He looked around, his eyes wide in pain. Cerulean City was in flames... buildings were demolished, fire springing from all of them. Even the gym. How was this possible? He ran towards his home, tears springing to his face. No. No. No. He had lost his father already, he couldn't lose -...
He couldn't even finish the thought. Fawkes arrived at him to find it completely engulfed in flames, he fell to his knees as he watched the place he called home start to crumble. "mom... Mom... MOM!" He bolted towards the home, calling out his Totodile. Totodile seemed surprised by the wreckage, "Water Gun! Totodile! Water Gun!" Totodile was surprised by the pain in his master's voice and immediately released a large torrent. After a few soaks, Fawkes ran into the burning remains with Totodile on his shoulder. Totodile continued to spray the water in front of Fawkes, keeping their path clear. They came to a bedroom with a blocked doorway. Fawkes pushed against it with all his might but he couldn't break through. That's when he heard it. Faint coughing. Coming from the room. His face paled at the thought of what was going on inside. "Totodile, Water Gun. Please! Full Power", Totodile put all his force into this one water gun. He had never seen Fawkes so upset. Finally, Fawkes was able to break into the room. He looked around and spotted his mother, a dresser had fallen and trapped her. She gave him a weak look, "Fa-... Fawkes?"
Fawkes tried to lift the dresser, "Don't worry mom. We'll get you out. Help me Totodile." Totodile jumped up and pushed against the dresser with Fawkes. The room was getting hotter, flames were beginning to enter it once more. Fawkes turned to them before giving the dresser a hard shove. With that, it fell back and he pulled his mother onto his back. "It's too thick to clear! Totodile, jump out the window. Don't worry, its a two story place. Toto!" Totodile ran to the window and leapt out, landing gently on his feet. Fawkes ran to the window and looked down. He couldn't jump with his mother like this, he might hurt her. He had an idea but it was risky. He was starting to cough from the smoke, it was beginning to hurt. He decided to take his chances and jumped out. Fawkes landed horribly, but sustained most of the damage. He crawled to his mother and checked her pulse, she was alive. Thank God. Thank God, then he was out...
Fawkes reawoke an hour or so later by the Cerulean Cape. In some guy's house, he groaned and sat up but the male pushed him back down. "Lay back Foxey" Fawkes looked at the man, Bill, he remembered him. Bill looked at Fawkes, "what are you doing around here Foxey? You can't help." Fawkes forced himself to sit up, "says the guy who hides out over here all the time. Our city is on fire and you don't care." He glared at Bill before standing up and groaning. Totodile was sitting on the bed next to Fawkes, looking at him worriedly. Fawkes gently pet his friends head, "Thanks for your help, Totodile." Totodile leaned in to the rub and smiled happily.
Bill smirked, "You're lucky I was there. Otherwise, you would have been dead meat." When Fawkes fixed him with a questioning look, Bill continued. "It's Alu Foxey." Fawkes' eyes widened and he stared at the back of Bill. "Why would it be him? He wouldn't do th-... Yes he would! He did this Foxey! He attacked Cerulean City with his fire pokemon! Face it, your brother is evil!" Fawkes' eyes narrowed and he stood up, "he wouldn't have attacked my mom." Bill shook his head at Fawkes.
Fawkes couldn't believe it. It was too much. He knew that Alucard was always into pulling a prank here and there, but to go as far as burning down his entire city? No. Not even Alucard. Fawkes remembered when he was just 10, Alucard had found a weak Houndoor and raised it. Everyone thought Alu was a wonderful boy for it, then Fawkes saw the truth. He looked out his window one night to see Alu kicking Houndoor and yelling at the poor pokemon. Fawkes' jaw clenched, how could someone do that? It was then that Fawkes vowed to be better than his brother.
Fawkes left Bill's house after eating and healing Totodile and the rest of his team. He couldn't believe his older brother would do this. As he was walking out, Bill came out. "Foxey! Here, this might help." He held out something. Fawkes took it and looked down. A TM? He looked at Bill, "it's rain dance." Fawkes smiled at his old friend and took off towards the City. After walking for a few minutes, Fawkes arrived to see the city still engulfed in flames. He gave Totodile the TM before calling out, "Totodile! Use Rain Dance!"
"Toto! Toto! Toto! Totodile! Toto! Toto! Toto! Totodile!" Totodile began to do a chant and dance around. Fawkes watched as dark clouds began to form in the sky. He smiled when rain fell and watched as the majority of the flames began to get put out. Fawkes was relatively happy that his hometown was being saved. Then he saw a black figure running away. Fawkes' heart skipped a beat... it couldn't be... could it? He ran after the figure and trapped it in a corner. The figure turned and revealed itself. Houndour. Frankly, Fawkes was surprised he hadn't evolved, but then again Houndour was treated so badly before... and by the looks of it, nothing had changed. Houndour was powerful, that much was clear but he was shaking, he was definitely underfed and looked really weak. Fawkes felt bad for the Pokemon. He made up his mind, he would definitely snag Houndour. Fawkes stepped forwards, "calm down Houndour. It's just me. It's just Foxey." Houndour growled and snapped, trying to bite Fawkes. Fawkes closed his eyes as Houndour latched onto his forearm but didn't move away. Instead, he moved his other hand forwards and gently pet the Pokemon. "Don't worry Houndour. Alu can't hurt you anymore, would you like to be part of my team?"
Houndour stared at Fawkes with a shocked look and released his arm. He growled and was going to step back but he was too weak. Houndour stumbled and fell to the floor. Fawkes pulled out some Pokemon food and set it next to Houndour. 'Eat up buddy." As Houndour slowly ate, Fawkes took a look at the town. The majority of the flames were out and some townfolk were starting to help out. Fawkes had no idea where they were coming from to be honest but he didn't care. They were safe. That's all that mattered. A bunch of them grabbed pitchforks and began making there way towards the weakened Houndour. Fawkes stepped in front of Houndour and spread his arms. "No! You all know how bad Alu treats Houndour! He had no choice! You can't hurt him." The town folk all seemed surprised to see Fawkes standing there. "You did this? No way. Fawkes, who helped you?"
He flushed, in youth Fawkes had always been the quiet shy boy who couldn't amount to anything. They obviously still thought him the same child. "No. I didn't do it on my own. Totodile helped me." Totodile gave everyone an embarassed look, "Toto. Toto" Fawkes pet his friend's head. "Hahaha! Oh Foxey~! This is too easy. Flamethrower! Let's go!" The town folk screamed and ran as a large blast of flames came hurling at Fawkes and Totodile, "Crap! Water Gun!" Totodile released a powerful torrent of water. The water broke through the flames and slammed into a Charmeleon. "Char!" The Charmeleon flew back a few feet before it landed on it's feet and smirked. Fawkes clenched his jaw at the sight of his older brother standing behind Charmeleon. "Hey Foxey~! Long time no see. Too bad you'll be dead in a few minutes. Charmeleon, use flame thrower. Growlithe, use flame wheel" Charmeleon released another blast of flame but Totodile already knew the drill, he released a powerful torrent of water that once more went through the flames and hit Charmeleon. As Totodile was fighing Charmeleon, Fawkes was looking around for Growlithe. There! He spotted the little fireball running at him. Fawkes leapt over the Pokemon and tossed out a Pokeball. Eevee came out of the and immediately released two shadow balls at the Growlithe. It yelped and fell back, landing next to Alu. Alu growled and kicked Growlithe. "KILL THEM!" Fawkes growled angrily and pointed, "Eevee! Use attract on Growlithe. Totodile, use watergun!" Eevee jumped into the air and winked at the growlithe. Growlithe blushed furiously and grew hearts for eyes before movoing around like a drunkard, "Grrroooowwwwllll~!" He began moving towards Eevee. Charmeleon was laughing at Growlithe so he didn't pay attention to Totodile's attack. By the time Charmeleon turned, the water gun slammed into it once more and knocked him out. Charmeleon lay on the ground, fainted. Alu cursed, "Houndour. What are you waiting for?"
Fawkes turned to see Houndour standing behind him, a blast of fire forming in it's mouth. Fawkes stared at the Pokemon who stared back at them. They remained perfectly still for a full three seconds before Alu roared out, "you stupid dog! I said to attack!" Houndour's eyes narrowed and he released the large flamethrower but not at Fawkes, at Alucard. Alu was shocked as the fire engulfed him. Fawkes couldn't take it though, "Totodile, put him out!" Totodile did as instructed and Houndour gave Fawkes a confused look. Fawkes looked down at Houndour. "What he did to you was wrong and i'll be the best trainer I could be to you, but no one deserves to die. I need you to understand that, Houndour."
Houndour growled but went back to eating. Fawkes sighed and called the Police. Within an hour, they arrested Alucard and were looking at his pokemon. Fawkes stepped forwards, "May I take them with me? I'm sure I could find a good home for them." Maybe he could give them to Sub or something? He didn't want the Pokemon locked up for crimes by their master. Alu was cruel to them.
The police officer shook his head, "these pokemon will be released into the wild. Sorry." Fawkes nodded, slightly upset but glad they'd be ok, he decided to help rebuild his town.
After everything was settled, Fawkes walked over to Houndour, who was laying under a tree. Houndour looked up at him as Fawkes pulled out a pokeball, "will you come with me?" Houndour smirked and stood up. The ball opened and Houndour vanished into the Pokeball. It shook a few times before the capture was successful. Fawkes smiled and got on his Hoverboard, heading back to HQ.
Status: Mission Complete. Mission Successful.

Tier Advancement Mission #1
So you finally made it to the end of tier six huh? Just to think, not long ago you were a fresh member, having no clue on what you were doing, just starting to trainer your Pokemon, and you already made it this far. You might think you've hit the big time by getting all the way here and choosing to take on the advancement mission but you're about to learn otherwise if you don't take this seriously. But enough of my speech to instill dramatic effect, let's get on to the reason why you're here, and that's to prove you're worthy of advancing to tier five.
This is the first of several missions you will be required to advance to each tier, once you reach the final rank of a tier that is, fortunately you've already met that requirement and now feel that you are ready to advance, so good for you! Now, your mission is a simple one, in theory that is. Our headquarters is situated within Mt. Silver, as you should know by now, which is home to many fierce Pokemon that test the strength of trainers through out the world. Because of their immense strength compared to your average wild Pokemon, and their seclusion from humans, the Pokemon here can sometimes by rather dangerous. Despite all the warnings people are given about the dangers of Mt. Silver and the Pokemon that inhabit it, one group of hoodlums though have completely disregarded these warnings and could possibly endanger not only themselves, but others, which could include us. The group I mentioned call themselves Team Ninja, though they are really nothing more than a small group of adolescent trouble makers from Johto who take their pranks, and love of all things 'ninja-like' way too far.
So what are they doing exactly? Well there is a very elderly Scizor that lives in the forested area at the base of Mt. Silver. This particular Scizor is unique in the fact that it is what is called "shiny", as in it posseses an alternate coloration apart from normal Scizor, in this case, it's a yellowish green. Now normally there is no problem in capturing a wild Pokemon, but their target is the leader of a pack of Scyther that thrive in the forest and removing the Scizor from its habit could severly disturb the hostile Scyther of Mt. Silver. Not only that, but the shiny Scizor is very old, as mentioned earlier. It can't fight much on its own, and it's almost always accomanied by other Scyther, so for Team Ninja to obtain it they would have to go through many Scyther, further disturbing the area, and with us having our headquarters in Mt. Silver, this won't be good for us. Though don't worry about Team Ninja finding out about us being here, they aren't that bright.
Now, your mission is, if you choose to accept it, to location the ragtag group of adolescent punks and stop them from capturing the shiny Scizor and disturbing the wild Pokemon of Mt. Silver. These kids have absolutely no concern for the Pokemon of the mountain and only treat them as toys. Now if it wasn't obvious already Team Ninja specialize in ninja-like Pokemon such as Nincada and Zubat, so Fire and Psychic types will be beneficial. Team Ninja themselves aren't very strong and not that much of a threat, just very annoying and reckless in their actions. So do us all a favor and give these guys the boot off of our mountain.
Objective
- Prevent Team Ninja from capturing the shiny Scizor.
- Don't allow them to anger and rile up the Pokemon of the mountain.
- Send them packing.
Opposition
- Team Ninja of course. Going by their numbers I would imagine you would face at least two members of the group with between two and three first evolution Pokemon each. You may also have to face the leader, a red headed scarf wearing teenager named Takashi who uses three Pokemon, them being Nincada, Koffing, and Ninjask.
Pokemon
- You'll mostly encounter the wild Scyther of the mountain who are extremely active in protecting their leader. You may capture/snag one first stage Pokemon (Includes non-evolving)
Rewards
- Advancement to Bronze Snagger in Tier Five!
- Varies from there.

Mission Start.
Aerodactyl flew over the large forest that covered Mt. Silver, looking down with Fawkes. "Keep your eyes open for anything that looks strange. Alright, Aero? Aero!" The large reptile continued to fly around until he spotted something. A group of green pokemon moving through the underbrush, all surrounding something. A strange yellowish-green pokemon, it looked old and feeble. Aerodactyl highly doubted this was what his partner was searching for but then he noticed something. Five black figures following the group. "Aero! What is it Aerodactyl? You find something?" Fawkes looked down and spotted the group. "The Scyther... i guess that's the Scizor in the middle." Aerodactyl nodded in agreement. "Our mission is to protect that Scizor. Alright Aero? Those black figures are our enemies."
That's all Aerodactyl needed to know. He brought his wings in and dove. The men in black all looked up, "crap! What's an Aerodactyl doing here? Go!" Two Koffings charged for Aerodactyl. "Dragon Breath!" Aerodactyl tossed back his head, purple flames licking at his lips. After a second or so of charging, he brought his head forwards and released the large blast of flames. "Koffing!" The two Koffing were surprised by the attack and the flames engulfed them. The two gas pokemon caused a massive explosion, forcing Fawkes and the attackers to shield their eyes. When the flash subsided, Fawkes noted that the Scyther were already making their escape. All except for one. This particular Scyther stood a bit taller than the rest and seemed to have a few scars on it's body, particularly one across it's right eye. "Scy!"
The Scyther charged at the men in black, one tossed a pokeball and out came a nincada. "Nincada!" The little pokemon jumped up and slashed at the Scyther but it blocked. Fawkes jumped off of Aerodactyl's back once they were close to the ground and saw the two koffing from earlier had fallen into a bush, both fainted. Perfect. He looked at the four men in front of him in surprise... they weren't men at all. They seemed to be about his age, maybe a little younger. "Do... do you understand that if you take that Scizor, this entire forest would go into uproar?" The Ninja's all glared at him, each reaching for a pokeball. Fawkes smirked and they all tossed one. So far... they had 5 pokemon out.
A nincada, two zubat, and two koffing. Counting the two koffing that just fainted, they seemed to have 7 in between them. Then Fawkes spotted a pokeball on one boy's belt. So... he had another? Then they had 8 pokemon in total. Scyther was still battling the Nincada but it seemed it was a useless fight, Scyther was trumping Nincada in everything. "nin-!" The little nincada was hit by a false swipe and flew back, slamming into the tree. It glared at Scyther then brought it's claws up, slamming them together. After doing this two or three times, it dug underground. "Scyther?" The Scyther looked around uneasily. Fawkes knew he was against four on his own. So it was only fair if... he grabbed his pokeballs and tossed them, calling out his entire team. Totodile was the first to emerge and ready to battle, second came Houndour, who seemed to already be prepping a flamethrower attack. The third light formed into a pokemon who stood on all fours, with a bushy tail... Eva burst forth and was poised for battle. Fawkes looked his team over, he was proud of them. "Woah! He has those guys? I don't wanna play anymore." One boy ran off. The other three held their ground, "Attack!" Fawkes rose an eyebrow, they were inexperienced. They didn't know which attack to call out.
"Eva, shadow ball on Koffing. Houndour and Totodile, you two take the zubats. Ice Beam and Flamethrower. Aerodactyl, take out the koffing. Houndour! Toto! Eevee! Aero!" His four pokemon did as told, Totodile released an ice beam but the Zubat evaded it. Zubat then used confuse ray but Totodile jumped to the side. Zubat charged and bit into Totodile, using leech life. Totodile waved his arm frantically, trying to knock off Zubat. Finally, Zubat released his bite on Totodile and flew into the air. Totodile felt a little weaker but he lept up and used scratch. "Zubat!" The little bat began to fall but it caught itself and flew up once more. It was very slow, however. Totodile hit it with ice beam and the bat fell to the ground, twitching occassionally but otherwise immobile. "Zubat!" One of the boys ran forwards and picked up his zubat then ran over to one of the koffings that Aerodactyl originally knocked out. The boy ran off, carrying both Pokemon.
Eva was squaring up to one of the Koffings. It was floating around, releasing it's gas. "Koffing!" Eva released four shadow balls, but the gas was making it hard to see. She started to cough and used quick attack, trying to get out of the gas. She finally managed to and breathed in fresh air, glad that it was filling her tiny lungs. "Eevee....", she was staring at the smoke, waiting for a glimpse of the Koffing. There! She potted it and released a shadow ball. "Koff-!" The koffing came out of the smog and was glaring at her now. It released a sludge bomb attack but Eva was quicker. She used quick attack and slammed into the koffing, then as it was falling back Eva released a shadow ball. The shadow ball collided with the koffing head on and it fell to the floor. "... koffing ..."
Houndour lept back as Zubat tried to use wing attack. That wasn't going to work. Flames continued to lick at Houndour's lips until finally, he reared back his head and released the powerful flame thrower... the fire completely surrounded the zubat and caused it to faint. Houndour smirked, obviously proud of himself...
Aero was flying around, watching the koffing that he was meant to battle with. The Koffing released a sludge bomb but Aero spiralled to the side, avoiding the attack. "Aero!" Aero watched as Houndour used a flame thrower and considered it momentarily... he could already create a dragon's fire. Maybe it wasn't too different from regular fire? Aero tried to release a flamethrower but nothing happened the first time. He was going to try again when Koffing slammed into his stomach. "Ko...FFING!" The pokemon slammed into Aero and knocked him back a few feet. Aero seemed to grow annoyed and the flames began to form in his stomach. He opened his mouth and released a weakened flamethrower. The fire was enough to knock back Koffing though. "Aerodactyl." Koffing released smoke screen to try and impair Aero's accuracy but he flapped his massive wings, pushing back the smoke screen. Koffing looked scared as Aero opened his mouth, a large blast of flame was forming at the back of his throat. It all came bursting out in one powerful flamethrower attack. The flames hit Koffing directly and knocked out the pokemon.
Scyther and Nincada were still going at it. "Scyther!" The green praying-mantis pokemon was winning, but Nincada was a lot tougher than expected. The little silver bug was breathing roughly and hurt, but he wouldn't fall. Scyther had to respect that. Scyther brought his claws together, making them form an 'X'. His claws began to glow and he charged, slashing at the Nincada. "Nincada!" The little pokemon cried out as the X-Scissor attack hit it directly. It flew back and slammed into a tree, falling to the ground, fainted. "... nin ...."
Team Ninja seemed aghast at the complete loss. They ground their teeth, "we'll be back!" They tossed down smoke balls and they and their pokemon vanished. Fawkes looked over at Scyther, "Hey. Thanks for the - woah!" Fawkes dove as Scyther charged at him. "Wa- wait! I'm on your side." Scyther continued his assault on Fawkes, until Houndour and Aerodactyl jumped in. Both pokemon released flamethrower attacks. Scyther cried out in pain as the fire hit him and fell to his knees. His breathing was rough, labored. "scy... scy... scyther..." He forced himself to rise and poised his claws for battle. Aerodactyl and Houndour began to prepare another fireball when Fawkes called out. "Stop!" His pokemon all turned to him. Fawkes pulled out everybody's pokeball and returned them all, except for Houndour. "Houndour. Do you remember when we met again? You attacked me out of fear. Scyther simply wanted to protect the others." Houndour grunted and nodded, sitting back.
Fawkes walked over to Scyther, who was watching him with caution. "It's ok. I just wanna help" Scyther didn't seem to convinced but allowed Fawkes to come closer. After getting close, Fawkes pulled out a potion and gently sprayed it over Scyther. "This will make you feel better, ok?" Scyther was still cautious and didn't admit he did feel better. They all remained in that spot for several minutes before Scyther rose and began to walk. Fawkes followed Scyther and Houndour followed Fawkes. Scyther allowed them to follow him, until they arrived at the largest tree in the forest. Scyther then turned to Fawkes and stared at him uneasily. "Don't worry. I'm a friend." Scyther walked into a large hole in the root system of the tree, Fawkes and Houndour followed. It was dark for a few seconds but then it opened up into a large room. The old Scizor was sitting on a large bed of leaves, looking up slowly. All the Scyther's spotted Fawkes and grew angry, poised for attack. Then the Scyther that guided him stepped forwards and began to speak rapidly. "Scyther! Scy! Scyther!" The scizor raised it's claw and everyone fell quiet. It slowly rose and moved to Fawkes, looking down at him. "Sci...zor..." It stared down at Fawkes until it turned and moved back to it's seat. Fawkes bowed slightly, attempting to seem respectful. "Sci... zor... sci... zor." The scyther all cried out in agreement and Fawkes was filled with a sense of relief. Well, it was short lived. A low laugh echoed from behind them. Fawkes turned, a young boy was standing there, a red-headed male wearing a scarf. "Thanks for leading me to them."
The Scyther all turned hateful eyes to Fawkes and he shook his head. "He's lying." Fawkes grabbed a pokeball and tossed it. "Totodile." The man laughed and a ninjask was suddenly in the way, preparing a shadow ball. The Ninjask released the Shadow Ball right as Totodile released an ice beam attack. The two attacks clashed and then caushed a small explosion. Totodile shielded himself and then looked when the explosion cleared. What? Ninjask was gone. "Totodile! Left!" Totodile turned but it was too late, the ninjask released two shadow balls which slammed into Totodile. "Toto!"
Totodile growled and slowly rose, glaring at the Ninjask. "Ninjask. Double Team." "Ninjask. Ninjask. Ninjask." Totodile looked confused as suddenly a multitude of Ninjask surrounded him. "Finish it." The ninjask's all prepared shadow balls and attacked. Totodile freaked out and was struck by the attack. Ninjask flew back to stand besides it's master, Totodile was shaking on the ground, glaring at the Ninjask. "To... Toto... TOTODILE!" The pokemon began to glow a bright white and grew. "Totodile... is evolving."
When the light faded, Totodile was gone. In his place, was a Croconaw. "Croc!" Fawkes smiled, "Croconaw. Use Ice Beam!" Croconaw smirked and jumped, biting into the Ninjask before tossing it. "Ninjask!" Croconaw released a powerful ice beam which slammed directly into Ninjask. The bug froze solid and fell to the ground in a big heap.
Takashi gritted his teeth. "Damn. Ninjask. Return. Go Koffing!" He tossed out a Koffing and Croconaw just laughed. "Croconaw use water gun." Croconaw released a powerful torrent of water but Koffing evaded. "Koffing. Smokescreen then use self-destruct." "Oh no you don't. Croconaw, Ice Beam. Croco!" Croconaw released an ice beam attack right as the Koffing used smokescreen. "Koffing!" A loud thunk was heard and then the smokescreen cleared, Koffing was left in the same state as Ninjask, frozen solid. "Damn it! Nincada!" Takashi called out his last pokemon. Croconaw chuckled but Fawkes called him back. "Croconaw. Return. We'll show him something to be afraid of."
Croconaw didn't wish to return but he wanted to please his trainer so he walked back over. Fawkes tossed out a pokeball. "Take him out." The ball opened and revealed a large reptile with wings. Takashi's eyes opened wide as Aerodactyl roared out in anger. Aerodactyl tossed back his head then released a powerful flamethrower attack. Nincada was too frightened to move and the fire hit it head on, knocking it out almost immediately. Takashi fell to his knees and stared at Fawkes, Croconaw and Aerodactyl. "Why...? They are just pokemon!" Fawkes shook his head, "they are friends. They are family."
Takashi gathered his injured pokemon and ran off, fading away into the forest. Fawkes turned to see all the Scyther were watching him, as if waiting for him to attack them. All except the one with the right-eye scar (see above). Fawkes smiled and Scyther brought forth his claw, poised for battle. Fawkes chuckled and nodded. "Alright. I'll take you on. Aerodactyl. You're up."
Aero!" The flying reptile spread his wings and waited. Scyther attacked first, charging forwards then going with a slash attack. Aerodactyl flew back out of range and released a dragonbreath attack. Scyther avoided the attack and slammed into Aero, knocking him down. Aero lay on the ground and Scyther got close, standing over him. Scyther raised his claw but then Aero opened his mouth, a large burst of flames released from his mouth and hit Scyther at point-blank range. Scyther cried out in pain and jumped back, but he was badly wounded. "Scy... scy..." Aero rose and roared at the Scyther. Both pokemon squared up to one another and charged. Scyther using x-Scissor, Aero with an ice fang. At first, it looked like Scyther was victorious as his hit landed perfectly on Aero's chest but then, Aero managed to bite Scyther. Both pokemon remained locked in place until Scyther crumbled to the floor. Fawkes pulled out a pokeball. "Join me!"
He tossed the ball and it hit Scyther, opening and pulling in the pokemon. The ball shook three or four times before it suddenly stopped and then that was it. Fawkes walked over and picked up Scyther's pokeball, smiling before it vanished before his eyes. It was sent to his PC. "Sci... zor..." Fawkes turned to the elder who motioned him over. Fawkes walked over and the elder reached behind him, then turned to Fawkes, holding what appeared to be a metal coat? Fawkes understood and thanked the elder Scizor before taking the metal coat and putting it in his bag. He walked to Aero and gently pet his friends side. "You ok? I could walk back if you're too tired." Aero shook his head and pulled Fawkes on his back before flying out the opening. Fawkes turned, looking down at the group of Scyther and their Scizor. He waved good bye as they headed back to HQ
Mission Complete. Mission Successful.

Eggs Over Easy
This should be a simple one for you, or so I hope…we’ve been called upon to escort an egg, a Pokemon egg that is, from the Sinnoh Region’s own Pokemon Daycare in Solaceon Town to the Kanto Region, the Sevii Islands to be precise at Resort Gorgeous for Lady Selphy. Now, if you know your ‘important’ people, that should tell you why an escort mission is made here. Lady Selphy is a bit…overprotective…right…
Anyways, humor her for the time being and get that egg to her. Go from Solaceon Town, escorting the day care man with the egg all the way to Resort Gorgeous. Though, I’m a pessimist and I don’t think it’s going to be as easy as I want to believe. We’re Snagems…weird stuff happen to us every day…

Mission Start
Fawkes yawned as he flew on Aerodactyl's back, they were heading towards the Solaceon Town to escort some old man to Resort Gorgeous. Seemed very pointless to Fawkes but ehh. A mission is a mission. He looked around, spotting a few other pokemon flying around, including a Fearow. The Fearow turned to them and glowered before facing Aero. Aero looked at the Fearow with a bored expression. Fearow charged, it's beak began to glow. "Really? Aero." Aero opened it's mouth and released a powerful flamethrower. The flames engulfed the Fearow. "Fearow!" The pokemon flew off in a panic. "That... was pointless. Don't you agree?" Aerodactyl nodded. They flew in silence for a few minutes before the Day Care Center came into view. "Alright Aero, take us down. I think I see the old man." Aero tucked in his wings and dove down, Fawkes gripping his pokemon with his legs. It was a scary feeling, but one Fawkes enjoyed. Falling.
After a few seconds, Aero straightened out his wings and they gently landed on the ground. The old man stared at them with a raised eyebrow. "Not everyday I see an Aerodactyl." Fawkes chuckled and jumped down, gently rubbing the underside of Aero's chin. "Don't worry. Aero is rather safe. He wouldn't hurt you" Aero enjoyed the rubbing and lifted his head, giving Fawkes more access. The old man turned as two school girls walked by. "Damn. You ladies be fine." They both turned, angry and the old man pointed at Fawkes. "you pig! Wait... what? It was-..." One girl slapped him across the face then they stormed off. Aero looked as if he couldn't decide whether to be amused or angry.
Fawkes turned to the old man, "what the hell? You said it! Not me." The old man spotted two trainers and cried out, "please! Don't rob me. I'm just an old man. Why are you using such a ferocious pokemon." The two trainers turned, "hey! Leave him alone. he's lying! That's it bud! Prepare for a battle!" One of the guys tossed a pokeball and out came a Snivy. "Snivy~!" Fawkes' eyebrow twitched comically before he rubbed the bridge of his nose. "This is going to be a nuisance. Aero, use wing attack" "Snivy use vine whip. Capture it's wings." Snivy released two vines that coiled around Aero's wings. Fawkes and Aero exchanged looks as if saying "is he really trying this?"
Fawkes chuckled, "Aero, you seem rather fond of your new attack. Show it to them." The male looked confused but then he understood when Aero opened his mouth and flames shot forth. Snivy freaked but it was too late, the fire hit it head on and when it all cleared, Snivy was knocked out. Aero stretched out his wings, "Aerodactyl!" The male growled and called back his Snivy. The second male stepped forwards, "That's it! Go, Sandile." He tossed a pokeball and a little crocodile came out. "sandile!" Fawkes smiled and called back Aerodactyl before grabbing a pokeball and simply tossing it. Croconaw popped out and smirked at the sight of the sandile. "Croconaw. Use Water gun." Fawikes made a mental note to extend Croconaw's attacks now that he was stonger. So far, Croconaw only knew bite, water gun, rage, scratch and ice beam. Fawkes wanted to teach Croconaw either water pulse or hydro pump. Ice Fang would be good too. He pushed the thought away as Croconaw released the water, but Sandile burrowed underground. "Fill the hole with water. Croco!" Croconaw released a torrent of water into the hole and Sandile burst forth elsewhere, surrounded by water. The little alligator hit the ground, knocked out. Croconaw crossed his arms and smirked then Fawkes recalled him. The two glared at him and the old man spoke up. "It's ok boys. I can handle him. Why don't you go inside? My wife will heal your pokemon." The two trainers didn't look certain but they walked inside. Fawkes turned to the old man. "I already don't like you. Come on."
The old man chuckled and walked next to Fawkes, a satchel hanging over his shoulders. Fawkes looked at it, "the egg in there?" The old man nodded and they walked along in silence. Finally, they got to the water edge and Fawkes called out Aerodactyl. "Aero, take him. I'll use my hoverboard." The old man freaked, "no way! You're gonna allow that beast to drop me then you'll steal the egg and sell it for you're own profit." Both Fawkes and Aerodactyl stared at the man. Fawkes smiled weakly, "sir, you hired us. My Aerodactyl will fly you to the opposite bank, then we'll walk. Does that sound good?" The old man was definitely fidgety but finally agreed. Fawkes helped him get on Aero, who spread his wings and flew up. Fawkes jumped on his hoverboard and followed. They flew in peace for several minutes before arriving at the opposite shore. They were now closing in on the Sevii Islands. Good.
They stopped at a beach and the old man looked around at all the people. Especially the woman, "Oh my god! What lovely ladies! Yoohoo! Over here! Damn ladies!" Three or so woman turned, looking angry. The old man once more pointed at Fawkes. This time, before Fawkes even had time to do anything, the three woman were beating him. They beat him for a minute or so, Aero just watched in amusement. Finally, all but one left. She growled and tossed out two pokeballs. A Staryu and a Larvitar. Fawkes groaned and sat up. "It wasn't me...", he saw the pokemon and jumped to his feet. "How dare you! Staryu water gun! Larvitar screech!"
"Scyther use slash!" Fawkes tossed out the pokeball. Scyther burst forth and slashed at the larvitar. "Larvi-!" The little pokemon flew back and hit the sand, but it stood up and glared. Staryu released the water gun but Aerodactyl retaliated with a dragonbreath, successfully pushing back the water gun. Staryu jumped to the side and the girl called out, "Rapid Spin!" Staryu jumped up and charged at Aero in a spinning motion. Aero simply went airborne and flew over the Staryu, then released another dragonbreath. This one connected and knocked the Staryu aside. "recover!" Staryu began to glow then it jumped up and spun towards Aerodactyl again. This time, the attack hit. "Aero!" Aerodactyl caught himself before hitting the sand and used thunder fang. Staryu cried out as the attack hit and fell to the ground, fainted. Scyther was still fighting Larvitar but it was obvious Scyther was winning. After a few more strikes, Larvitar was unconscious.
Fawkes was annoyed with the old man, he grabbed his arm and dragged him away from the beach. Fawkes looked down at the man as they walked along, "why did you do that?" The man shrugged, "for giggles." Fawkes growled and was about to say something when the arrived at the dock. The two boarded a boat that took them to the Sevii Islands.
Fawkes and the old man stepped off a boat. The old man spotted a young girl and opened his mouth but Fawkes had already hit him on the head. "no!" The man grumbled and pouted, but remained silent. They walked to the water edge and Fawkes smiled, "we're almost there."
"Hold it right there!"
Fawkes and the old man turned to see a young girl with a smirk on her face. "Sorry, but that egg is mine now. Hand it over." The old man only looked the young girl up and down, a perverse smile on his face. Fawkes stepped forwards, "you'll have to take me on first." The girl chuckled and tossed out a pokeball. "How perfect. I'll steal one of your pokemon too. Like that darling Aerodactyl." She had a positively wicked grin as her ball opened and out popped a little Axew. "Axew! Axew!" Fawkes put what she said together. She must have stolen this Axew. He clenched his jaw and tossed out a pokeball, Croconaw came out and crossed his arms. "Croconaw. Looks like we'll have a new friend soon."
Croconaw examined the Axew and nodded before getting poised for battle. "Axew. Use Dual Chop." Axew charged forwards, his tusks began to glow. Fawkes smiled, "Croconaw, water gun at his feet." Croconaw used water gun at the Axew's feet, which caused the poor pokemon to slip and hit the ground. Croconaw then charged forwards and bit Axew and tossed him in the air. "Aaaxxxeeewwww" The girl grit her teeth, "Damn it! Axew, pull yourself together." Fawkes smiled, "Ice Beam."
Croconaw opened his mouth, releasing a powerful ice beam attack. The blast hit Axew and it fell to the ground, fainted. The girl reached for the pokeball but Fawkes had already tossed a pokeball at Axew. "Wait... you can't do that! It won't capture!" She was surprised when Axew vanished into Fawkes' pokeball and ran to grab it. Croconaw stepped forwards though and growled. "Croconaw, no." Croconaw still kept her away from the ball as it shook, but he no longer growled. Fawkes stared at the girl, "you steal other's pokemon... now let's see how you like it." The ball shook a final time before it stopped with a ping noise. Fawkes walked over and picked up the pokeball. "Did you steal this Axew?"
The girl looked more angry than pained and grabbed another pokeball, tossing it. A Fraxure came out and slammed into Croconaw, pushing back the freshly-evolved pokemon. "Yes. This Fraxure though, I raised it by myself." Fawkes smiled, "Let's get on with it then..." Their battle lasted for several minutes, both Fraxure and Croconaw were breathing roughly, glaring at one another. Then Fraxure flinched and fell forwards, fainted. Fawkes chuckled, "return, Croconaw."
The girl returned Fraxure to it's pokeball and ran off in anger. Fawkes turned back to the old man, "let's go." This time, the old man didn't argue as he got on Aerodactyl. They flew in complete silence until they arrived at the home of lady Selphy. Fawkes was introduced to the Lady and turned to leave when the man stopped him. The old man stayed quiet and they stared at each other, then the man saw a female walking around. "NICE a**!" She turned and Fawkes already knew the man was pointing at him...
Oh god . . .

Thirst for Knowledge
Nacrene City of the Unova region houses the region's largest and most visited museum and library, and let's not forget the only facility in Unova capable of restoring extinct Pokemon from fossils. Oh wait, I forgot one other thing, it's the city's gym too! People come from all over the region to do research in the library and take in the historical artifacts that give us insight on days gone by, restore Pokemon from the fossils they unearthed, and take on the city's gym leader, Lenore. As you can see Nacrene Gym sees a lot of people visiting it. Though, regretably the fact that Nacrene Gym houses so much knowledge that it is being targetted by a group known as Team Lore, a group of legend and mythology fanatics hailing from the Orre region. We've received word that Team Lore is headed to Nacrene Gym, and I don't think they just want to check out the museum exhibits either.
Let me tell you something about Team Lore, they have a long history of stealing information, artificats, even kidnapping people, all of which pertains to a legendary Pokemon, any legendary Pokemon that is. Team Lore's goal to capture legendary Pokemon, what they wish to do with the legendary Pokemon is unknown, but we do know that they currently haven't gained a single one, as of this mission that is. But, they have learned that Nacrene Gym's library houses an extremely old book that translates the strange braille left behind in the ancient sites that people claim to hold the Regis of the Hoenn region. How this book got to Nacrene City is unknown but Team Lore believes that this book will allow them to find their way into the hidden chambers where the Regis are believed to rest. Whether this is true or not is unknown, but Team Lore believes it is.
That is why I want you to head to Nacrene City, at night, and break into the gym. This will not be an easy feat, the gym is heavily guarded by not only human guards but also Lenore's Normal type Pokemon, both inside and outside. However, once you break in your job is simple, find the ancient book pertaining to the Regis of the Hoenn region, and destroy it. I know this would be a huge blow to the historical society but it must be done, Team Lore aren't pushovers, they are actually quit powerful, and I know they will find a way to get that book so the only way to stop them is to destroy it before they can get their hands on it. I have no idea where in the library the book is but it's there, it may even be in Lenore's hidden library underneath the gym, regardless you must find it. But like I said, the gym is heavily guarded and watched over so you'll most like have to fight at times so be prepared.
Furthermore, there is a chance Team Lore might show up as you are looking for the book so you may have to avoid or fight them too. Just do whatever it takes to find that book and destroy it before Team Lore gets a hold of it, I wish you the best of luck.
Objective:
---Break into Nacrene City gym, be careful of human and Normal typed Pokemon guards inside and out.
---Find the ancient book pertaining to the Regis and the ancient braille writing left on their alleged chambers. Certainly though Lenore has kept it in a safe place.
Opposition:
---Human guards inside and out, they of course carry Pokemon with them, such as Herdier.
---Normal typed Unova Pokemon owned by Lenore also guard the gym inside and out, any of the Unova Normal types that is. (Excluding legendary of course)
---Team Lore grunts may also show up looking for the book, they mostly use fossil Pokemon and other old Pokemon like Relicanth, Bronzor and Brozong, Baltoy and Claydol, Sigilyth, Unown, etc.
---You are to take on at least two trainers (Guard or Team Lore) and at least one Pokemon guard. The more you take on the better the reward.

Rewards:
---A Pokemon Egg if you didn't snag anything.
---Normal Gem, Silk Scarf, or Berries.
---Varies from there based on story and foes taken on.
