Let it Snow- When he lowers his external and internal body temperature, projecting intense coldness from his body, he can freeze the atmosphere around him and generate anything from flurries to blizzards. The weather will only apply to a contained area- a room, or part of a hallway.
Ice p***k- As a protective technique, he can utilize moisture/condensation to form sharp ice needles across his body. The quills provide a nasty p***k for someone trying to hold on to him.
Traits: Endurance/immunity to extremely low temperatures and hypothermia. Can consciously regulate his body temperature.Pampered and prissy, Mint used to be a star athlete with no time for anything but training and winning. His coaches handled his schedule, his PR agent handled his image, and he handled the medals.
After losing a regional competition by one point to a skater who had stuck with a safe but less technically skilled routine, Mint suffered a nervous breakdown and ended up in a secluded Spa Resort for some R&R. The Spa had a no visitors policy, a strict diet, and served as a guise for government agents to find compatible test subjects for genetic tampering. Mint proved to be an ideal candidate, and he was transferred, tested, and then shipped off to the Asylum to hopefully be never seen or heard from again.
His attitude is as big as his ego, and he's rusty in his dealings with people (all the skating left no time for friends or romance), but he's ultimately a hard worker. He doesn't mind getting his hands dirty with a fight or the clean-up afterward, but does mind stains that won't come out of his jacket. Likewise, he's no stranger to pain, but gets hysterical over injuries that might interfere with his skating. Very vain and selfish, but not deliberately cruel. If you can deal with his ego, he's not such a bad guy.

Dark Pulse - He fires a beam of black and purple circles at the opponent from his chest. The beam is a horrible aura imbued with dark thoughts. Physically damaging. It may also make the target flinch.
Haze - He flaps his wings and releases a thick black smoke from them. The hazy, black mist clears all status effects (Burn, Freeze, Poison, Paralysis, Sleep, Confusion) as well as any status buffs (Focus Energy, Light Screen) or status-effecting moves (Leech Seed). Essentially, returns everyone in the haze (for good or bad) to their normal status condition. Does not heal wounds.
Traits: Can fly. Isn't effected by sleep-inducing powers, due to his Insomnia.

Vine Whip - A pair of vines shoot out from his shoulders. The vines are prehensile, and his control over them allows him to pick up objects, or use them to strike/lash a target.
Solar Beam - Gathers solar energy in his hands, then fires it in a powerful beam towards the opponent. Needs time to recharge to be used again.
Traits: The leaves on its head can be offered to other patients to eat (or smoke, or use in tea, or any other way leaves can be consumed). They relieve stress. Although usually relaxed, he is a natural acrobat.
