Microsoft 2000 Premium keeps on wanting to load every time I go to a new page in Gaia. Why!? gonk

I'll try to help as best as I can, but I need more information. "Microsoft 2000 Premium" doesn't tell me anything. Is it Office 2000? Windows 2000? What Microsoft product is it?

Sorry, I have no idea. Best thing to do when crazy computer stuff happens is clear your cookies and run a virus scan. It works 90% of the time for me. wink Good luck!

I'll try to help as best as I can, but I need more information. "Microsoft 2000 Premium" doesn't tell me anything. Is it Office 2000? Windows 2000? What Microsoft product is it?

Sorry I forgot the word office in there sweatdrop , so it is Microsoft Office 2000 Premium. So what happens it pops up says it is loading and there is a cancel button for you to hit you want to (that is the button I have been hitting to make it go away). If you let it load it pops up with another window asking you to insert the disk and click ok. There is also a cancel button on this pop up window as well. If I am not quick enough on the first window of hitting the cancel button, I click this cancel button.

maybe go to the windows web site, run up date? Otherwise I have no idea either. I tend to threaten my stuff with being kicked from tall buildings.....

I know exactly what you're talking about. My question is, do you have an install CD for Office 2000 Premium? If so, insert the disk before you log on the computer and let it do its thing

Actually, another idea just came to mind. But implementing it depends on how skilled at the computer you are. How familiar are you with the Windows registry?
