 Dhiren looked behind him at his oblivious parents, busy with hi sisters, and decided now was a good time to sneak off. Quickly, before they realized what he was up to, he kicked up his heals and trotted off over to the other side of the hill. There he was sure he was away from his parents. Jumping up in excitement he suddenly looked around for something to investigate. But what? What could possibly be there? He ruffled bright wings and peered curiously in the tall grass.

 And who else would be in that tall grass aside from this Kalona kirin mix? He was a bit lost though. And not only that when he got lost, his lost his temper. He hated getting off track. "RAWR. Get out of my way grass!" He huffed storming his way around in circles. If he could breathe fire, he would have been. And it was at that moment... -POP- he tumbled out of the grass and right into an Angeni foal.

Dhiren heard something in the grass moments before that something plowed into him out of no where, and knocked him over. He landed awkwardly in a tangle of limbs and wings, some of which were not his. He raised his head, shook it, and peered at what had tumbled into him. A brown and gold body, white mane, interesting leathery brown wings with few feathers, and the strangest tail he had ever seen. He looked into the face of a foal around his age, give or take, he wasn't sure. He blinked green eyes, slightly frazzled and frowned. "What was that for?" He paused for a second and then; "What are you?" His curiosity had overtaken his manners and instead of "who", "what" came out.

"Ouch..." Israfil grumbled some, he had collided with another foal it seemed. But the other foal seemed more taken a back then he was. He fell back onto his butt and stared right back at the other foal. "You just happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time." He shrugged getting back to his feet. And then shot a glare.
"You pickin' a fight?!" He puffed up and hooved at the ground. "I'm a horse! Just like you!"

Dhiren too stood up and shook himself off from the tumble and looked at the foal. "No...no I didn't mean it like that. I...I just have never seen wings like yours or a...tail." He put his ears back apologetically, then perked them back up. "I'm Dhiren. Who are you?" He smiled, still apologetic. He wondered if he too had wandered off from his parents and was out exploring. Perhaps they could investigate together.

Israfil noticed the sudden change in the other foal. Causing his temper to simmer down... Not that he had really wanted that to happen, but it did. He was now a bit more confused, the other foal wasn't trying to pick a fight? WELL SO MUCH FOR THAT.
"I didn't think Kalona were that... Rare." He looked over the other foal. No doubt the feather wings, he was an angeni. That probably explained it... "Well I guess someone as well to do as you wouldn't know much of Kalona."

Dhiren looked at the other foal blankly. He probably thought he was dim witted by this point. "I've never heard of a Kalona before." Or had he? He pondered for a moment and was very sure that his parents had never mentioned a Kalona. Well, that was okay he still young and learning. "What do you mean someone like me?" He put his ears back starting to feel like he was being judged by this other foal.

"Think about it, you're an Angeni. You're the holiest of breeds and yada yada. " Israfil rolled his eyes a little. He didn't care all that much, and it was getting boring. "Anyways. I just meant, you'll probably learn that my breed is awful and shouldn't be trust or something like that." The foal was rather perceptive to such things, because his mother was half kirin.

Dhiren nodded, but then shrugged a little. "Angenis are supposedly holy, and Kalona are supposedly bad news." He looked at him side ways. "Are you "bad news"?" He was interested in the foals differences, but it did seem rather stereotypical if he just said "Oh you're a kalona of some sort, see you later!" And Dhiren wasn't the type to do that, though he figured he got it from his mother and her non-judgmental ways. He rolled his eyes. "It doesn't really matter what you are, its more of....who." He grinned and wondered if this foal would understand that he...didn't mind.

Israfil shook his head. "Nope. I take more after my mother really. She's half Kirin. She's taught us about our Kalona half, but over all, we take more after her then anything. I don't ever feel, the need to be anything else." Least the other foal seemed to be open minded. Isra could really appreciate that.
