Personality: Nek is a bug lover to her very core, in fact she will even go out of her way to collect them from shiny rainbow colors to the slimy creepy crawlies. Though she tends to favor scarabs and scorpions, above any other bug kind or creature. She has a very, "I'm the goddess" attitude when it comes to her looks and she would be damned if she listens to anyone who tells her otherwise. Though Nek is small she has a rather fiery attitude and will usually fly off the handle at a moments notice.

Hardly studious, Nek tends to make fun of the other students who prefer to have their noses stuck in books. She still has the attitude of a Pharaoh's wife, and that people should swoon over her in every fact. With quite the attitude should someone attempt to walk over her. Nek doesn't think things through before acting and is prone to following her vengeful emotions.

History Nek in her human life was the prime beauty, everyone looked up to her, loved her, praise her. She was THE queen, everything went her way, that was until the fateful day another woman grew jealous of her beauty and had taken her feelings to the extreme by stabbing her in the heart. She was immediately embalmed and a tomb was quickly erected for the dead queen, while the Pharo had a curse placed upon it. Should any female enter the tomb to desecrate his queen, Nek would rise from the dead and carry out her vengeance.

Generations passed and people soon forgot about Nekhbet, until a few robbers stumbled across her tomb. Having gotten lost inside the maze, they soon stumbled upon her coffin, and thus released Nekhbet from her years of slumber. Angry for having been murdered, locked away, and now confronted by people who did not marvel at her beauty, Nek sought out a way to bring justice back to the living human world. Her search eventually led her to Halloween town, where she forgot her previous life and started anew, though she had heard many stories of her kind once ruling the human world. She had found her new home, and a place where she could learn to control her fear.

Why did they enroll at the academy? She wanted people to oogle her beauty, and to learn to control her fear in a way that would allow her to strike fear into the humans for being the evil source in the stories she had heard.

Fear: She is able to summon sand to create a low area of visibility, that can last up to a minute. As her Fear advances however, bugs mainly locusts may start to be summoned with the sand in greater numbers. The sand itself comes from a cursed hollow of land from the underworld.

The headlight mechanic is used for this fear

Just a question! Was she "born" through the pumpkin patch (aka does she have a "living" family somewhere in Halloween) or was she raised from the dead (aka she had been sleeping in a coffin for a long long time before something/someone woke her up/animated her)?

She 'still'; this statement is the reason for my above question! Only important people were intentionally mummified in Egypt, so it does make sense if she used to hold a rank like that! However, why and how then was she raised from her "slumber" so to speak? Did someone do it, or perhaps she awoke due to ancient Egyptian magic/someone disturbing the tomb? If so, how did she make her way to Halloween?

Also, I'm not sure if you already did, but if you hadn't do check out this! It has a whole chuck of stuff on mummies!

I like the idea of her being rather wrapped up in herself (hur hur, see what I did there?) and the fact that she's vengeful since we often hear of 'the curse of the mummy' and stuff. 8D Uhh, lets see. Not really a crit, but another question: Since she is rather self-absorbed, what about where staff is concerned? If asked/demanded by a staff to do something, will she throw a fit or will she listen on account that they're staff?

So far, her personality don't seem like it has any loose ends to tie up! Okay, I'll stop with the jokes now. >_>;

As for the enrollment reason... Is that the only reason? For people to... Swoon at her? How about controlling her FEAR? Or striking FEAR into the hearts of people who mummified her and left her alone for so so long? Would learning about her FEAR and stuff be a way to "get back" at the humans for forgetting her awesome self?

I think her FEAR is pretty logical! However, where 'low area of visibility' was concerned, and judging from her art and personality, wouldn't it be funny if she could summon something like... Locusts or sand flies to swarm the opponent instead? xD Not really a crit... More like a suggestion/thought, really!

I wanted to suggest an alternative FEAR. What about summoning insects? I mean look at all dem buggy friends she's got! First level of it might be something like... summoning a cloud of Gnats that really wouldn't do much more than super piss off the opponent. But as she gets stronger other things could be summoned... scarabs, locust, scorpions. And there is the potential for a LOT of creative ways to use dem bugs. Swarms around the face. Stinging bugs to sting and hurt the opponent (of course not killing as that's not really allowed... any effect they'd give would have to be temporary, I think). Maybe even just plain old freaking out someone who's terrified of bugs.

It's just an idea that I really wanted to throw out there at you. I still love the idea of using sand for things! What would she be able to do with the sand as she got stronger? Will it always just be a visibility obscurer or will she be able to make pits of quicksand or sand storm quality attacks?

You should include that!

If she is "summoning" sand, and the stronger her fear gets, the more bugs and such come with it, is it possible she's summoning sand directly from Egypt or some sort of Egyptian underworld?

This isn't really a crit, just a neat little quirk to mention along with her fear. Aside from that everything looks nice and tidy to me! C:
