Castor found his brother easy enough. Pollux was easy for the senshi of hail to find, both given the fact he just knew his brother and the fact all he had to do was go to the spot his little dot had blipped too and wait until he’d come back. Which was pretty much all of a few minutes before a cold, wet and wide eyed Pollux returned, standing in the middle of the room shaking like a leaf. Castor got the very distinct impression his brother’s first time to space had more or less ended badly. And when his brother crumped into a heap on the foor, Castor sighed and pulled up the throw that he’d been sitting on for the short while he’d been waiting. “You have fun bro?” Castor was all but grinning with the sadistic glee of any sibling.

Pollux was just on the floor, trembling before the voice of Castor got his attention at which point, Pollux was all but raw. Castor stopped grinning immediately at the sight of his brother genuinely terrified face. “Hey…Pollux…You okay?” Wrapping the blanket around him, The senshi of frost took it and flung himself at his older brother and stronger ally. It was a rare moment of rawness, of a weakness. Castor felt a sudden flood of guilt. Something like this didn’t happen often, when his brother’s iron will was shattered to a point where his raw self and emotions were exposed. They remained like that for a while. Pollux, a grown man, holding his brother’s fuku like a terrified child. His mind overwrought with what it had just experienced. “Hey.” Castor’s voice edged Pollux to look and face him, shame, embarrassment, and fear lingering on his face. Castor’s was just riddled with nothing but concern.
“You okay?”
Pollux let out a very curt “It makes no sense.”
Silence. “Want to try my world?”
More silence. Pollux was a bit shaken, but soon, light blue eyes looked at their opposites. “It’s real isn’t it?”
“All of it.”
His breath calmed down. Fingered tightened. The air felt heavy as Castor could hear the drums like a whisper of encouragement. His brother was his blood. He would be as welcomed as he was.
“Go.” Pollux’s voice was not hesitant. It was his monotone voice he used in work. The voice of his brother, the man how would swallow his own heart to seal away his soul. It was all Castor needed to push the button, sending them into the cool still lit green hills of Castor.
Pollux tensed, but as the gentle mellow breeze brushed his hair, his fear lessened. Castor let his magic wash over him, wings covering his brother while he adjusted. The form of his prince self letting him feel more at peace while his brother struggled to find his.

Minutes passed and slowly, Pollux released him, letting his eyes roam.
“…” Castor let him take his time, the senshi of frost timid in stepping, in moving.
“…It’s real isn’t it?” Castor just nodded. “Yeah, I know it’s a lot to take in but-” He gave his younger brother a hug. He’d failed Pollux a long time ago. Hurt him in a way that the brother hadn’t be able to forgive. And now he had all but done it again.
“…..”
“This is what we are.”
“…” Pollux was silent and the second sun vanished on the horizon.
“This is who we are.”
“Castor?”
“Yeah?”

The senshi of Frost’s face was a mask of nothing.
“Will things ever go back to they way they were before? Before this?” For a second Castor thought he saw sadness in the light blue eyes of his once so called twin. “Before Destiny City?”
The question gave Castor paused as he realized what Pollux meant, feeling a melancholy he shook his head.
“No Marlo.” Another hug, and the senshi of frost remained immovable. “Things will never go back to they way they were before.”
