heart heart Prom 2011 Raffle heart heart (borrowed blues format with permission, but made edits so PLEASE read!) This is a raffle thread where i will raffle ONE winner at a time! Ill finish one, and roll another. I can make these up until the 22nd, which will be the end of prom. So i will probably be choosing some while prom is happening <3 I do not know how many i will take, all dependant on Real life! Because these will need to be done as soon as possible, you will NOT receive a sketch for these and only a final piece. RulesIn order to enter, you must have an existing ItnotM char with art.
Each person can only post once, and only post ONE character!
If you win one here, you may NOT enter again. You can only win one TOTAL from me per person!
If a character's already won a prom civ, we ask that you don't request that one again. Pick a different character!
Please only use the form at the bottom of this thread, don't chat in the raffle thread.
Make sure that your outfits are prom-appropriate.

Hair - Something similar to her hair in the senshi art is fine, though it should only fall somewhere between her mid-back and waist - it is NOT that long in her civilian form. A few small accessories in the dreads could be cute, like little matching gems or tiny flowers.
Dress - This!
Shoes - This style but done in the accent colors of her dress, please!
Accessories - Necklace, bracelets, and maybe matching/similar earrings? Feel free to tweak the colors around to work right, as well as the designs. This is just a basic feel for what I want her accessories to be. <3
