I've been wondering are fableds any good? i mean with the release HAO4 many fabled monsters have been added to the deck. any one have any good deck lists (main and extra) to give me? and i don't mean pure fableds, any fableds will do. Just please no ravens. they suck with the new HAO4 builds.

In a Fabled run, or even in general, that card is great. Need to discard for infernities, zombies, or fabled, use raven. That card can let you use the effects of those cards while increasing its level (and to a lesser extent, the attack stat) by good amounts. Running it with other fabled cards can let you bring out massive synchros by pulling out extra levels while special summoning others to use as fodder for the summon. Zombies can be milled to the graveyard for a greater purpose in effect, and infernities can use their effect while you have no hand. Having some lightsworns and judgement in your hand with almost no graveyard can help as well. Synchron decks that utilize the graveyard like a boss can have you chucking dandylion, quillbolt, and dopple to special summon those warrior synchros quickly and effectively. Many decks thrive on graveyard play to some degree, and raven helps them out (not to mention its typing, which can let you bring out LIGHT and demon synchro monsters with the generic ones)

Near enough all of The Fabled are tuners, and so raven will upset the tuner balance. Not to mention that Kushano actually aids them more efficiently, as his discarding cards ability happens in the grave and you won't lose hand advantage.

CERTAIN builds. i dont use raven to discard i already run to many tuners such as chawa, kushano, and cerburrel. thats already to many tuners that i already can recycle. i use chawa, PWWB, tricky and kushano anything really to discard my crap to the grave. not raven.

This is my ruin...It seems that no amount of fact will help you realize exactly how useful Raven is. Raven offers you something the other Tuners don't - Level Control. You need a Level 2 tuner? BAM! You got one. Level Three? Same. Level four? Same. Etc,etc. If anything, It should be replacing Chawa in your deck as it is better. Even my shadow grows dim...
