First some back story: I'm around a lot of shared computers. My father-in-law owns an engineering firm that my husband works for. I've spent a lot of time around those shared computers (I help out around the place) and my best friend is their IT guy. There have been 6 male workers at the company in the past 4 1/2 years, and all but one of them have most certainly looked at porn.
Because of this, I know that my father-in-law likes teenage girls with braces, the ex-co-owner likes female body builders, etc. Oh, and Teen Titans porn. Yup.
Seriously, people, clear your history. If the computer you're on is EVER shared, CLEAR IT. Even if it's your home computer, if there's a chance someone will use it, clear it.
And don't think I'm acting all innocent. I've looked at plenty of stuff I don't want anymore knowing about. However, I realize that the fact that I don't want people to know about it means I should HIDE IT.

I use Incognito Mode for Chrome and leave no traces with Firefox 3nodding
I'm all set now, but it's only because of lessons learned >_< People have called me to the shared computer and asked me, "WHAT IS THIS?!"

Lmao last week my mum typed p and the drop down list said porn like it was typed before, so she was like. 'What is this??' and I was like 'I don't know.'
We never spoke of it again. Really though, couldn't believe it 'cause I always use private browsing and I never type in just 'porn' cause I already know the sites I use. That being said, it coulda been a whole lot worse so idc.

Now that we have browsers that will clear your history for you when you exit, there's really no excuse not to do this. Not specifically just for porn, but just for personal privacy reasons. I mean, my main browser is Chrome, and I have it save all my history; I've got nothing to hide when I'm using Chrome. But if I'm doing something sneaky, I'll pop over to Firefox, which is set to keep no history and no cookies (except session cookies).

Alternatively, if he's using Firefox, you use Chrome, and Vice Versa. If you two use seperate browsers, you can't see his history
