Alright everyone, it looks like our guild is going to re-boot our gym leader system into gen 5 with a tournament to acquire spots. Before we do so, in order to set everything up, there is couple of questions we need from everyone to get a better gauge on our community here.
First off, we want to see who is all interested in wanting to become a gym leader.
Those that want to, do any of you have a copy of pokemon black and white?
If so, do any of you have a team already prepared?
If so, what are your pokes' levels?
Keep in mind, Gyms within our league are still required to be mono-type.

I would like to try again for a position in the PGG League.
I have a copy of Pokémon White.
I have not yet readied my team. I still need to transfer some from my IV Gen games and obtain a few new ones in White. It should not take long to gather them, however.
Most of the ones that actually exist are somewhere between levels eighty and one hundred. Again, it should not take more than a few weeks to get them all up to one hundred.
Less formally, I'm really hyped about this. As before, I'll be competing with the Ghost type, and boy did I get some great new toys this generation. Jellicent, Chandelure, Cofagrigus... It's just great. I'm ready to come out on top this year.

Lord Shadow IX I am interested. White. Could I be centered on a attack element instead of monotype? Average is 50, few at 80 Attack Element is Monotype. Fire, Water, Grass, Electric, etc. It basically means your team have to all share 1 Elemental type.

Weather is concidered an effect and not an Elemental type. Even though they can still be closely related. Such as how Hail works for Ice. But I'm afraid "Sunny Day" or "Sandstorm" doesn't count as a type.
And yes, Newcomers are allowed.

Is there a set battle style (trip, rotation, etc.) or is it the Leader's choice?

Ohh, sounds fun...
2 things though...
First, what types are taken? Or are we gonna have 8 completely fresh Gym Leaders?
Second, Nitrox, you said 6 vs. 6 singles. But the only way to do that in Gen V is open level. So, are you saying we should train to level 100 like in Gen 3?

Count me in haha
My water team isn't ready quite yet, but if I can somehow import from my pearl than I'll be good haha. Most of them are level 100, and I plan to train new ones to 100 also

All types are availible. Current Gym Leaders will have to defend their possition as Gym Leaders, since this is a fresh new Generation. There are about 3 different ways of doing this tournament. So, just answer the questions and bare with us. A full set of rules and restrictions will be posted once the tournament is ready to start taking Entries.

Ah, thanks Luther. Wow, haven't touched my game in a while...
Let's see.... I can transfer over my Flying team, but then I'll probably just get pwnd by Kyren, lol. Hmm, I'll probably enter with a Psychic team this time. Got high hopes for it.
Umm, I'd hope everybody has B/W by now, lol. Safe to assume I do.
Nope, gonna start fresh and hopefully will have them done in time...
