I just got a DS and Mario Kart DS and hungry for more games. I don't really know what good games are out there for the DS, so could you recommend me some? I'm thinking Nintendogs looks good but what else is there?

Nintendog is probably an I'm-so-bored-I-could-eat-my-own-sock kind of game. Just play it when you get bored.

Also maybe try...Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt, Age of Empires: The Age of Kings, Animal Crossing: Wild World, heart Battles of Prince of Persia heart (I'm in love), Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles,The Sims 2, and Resident Evil: Deadly Silence

Advance Wars: Dual Strike is good if you like turn-based stratagy. Also, if you're huge into stratagy and don't get bored too easily Europa Universalis II when it comes out. Everything else I'd recommend has already been mentioned.
