It was a bright sunny day, a gentle breeze was blowing, and Alexis was hungry. She soon would be able to solve this problem though, for she knew a spot that grew the most delicious, at least in her opinion, Custab and Mago berries. Several bushes, bunched together, growing their sweet fruit in a relatively secluded spot. It wasn’t far from where she was currently, just a hop, skip, and a jump down the length of a river that was nearly within reach.

Peering out from behind a tree, she scanned her surroundings, making sure there wasn’t anyone suspicious lurking about. Seeing that the coast seemed clear, she hopped out and made her way to the water line. Still confident that there was no one around to trouble her, she merrily skipped, content in the knowledge, that she assumed to be true, that she was alone and safe. Before long, five, maybe ten minutes at most, she had skipped her way to the bushes. There was a problem though, the bushes, they were taller then she remembered and she was rather short. She jumped with all her might, but the delicious berries were still just out of her reach. Looking about, she noticed a rock. That might just work, she thought as she formulated her plan. Scurrying over, she picked up the rock. It was far from being large, but for her, it was still quite the task, and she carried it over to the bush. At this point, she was so intent on getting the berries, and assured of her solitude, that she was completely oblivious of her surroundings. With a grin, she stood on the rock, and with a quick hop, she snagged a Mago berry and with one more she had a Custab. Her mission accomplished, she now had to decide which to eat first.
