What is the League?
The League is simply a loose association among Negaversers of similar mindset.
It is for those who like to go accomplish their energy stealing goals with gusto, who like to serve the Negaverse to their fullest ability, who like to injure and battle senshi, and leave their mark on the world they live in. The world that is rightfully theirs.
Who is in charge?
Captain Painite is simply a girl who loves to have fun with her work. She is a villainous mastermind who uses traps and ploys to get the better of her opponents, and who will not stop until her point is made, her job is done, or her threshold for taking punishment is met. But that last part never happens. Really.
She is not in command of the League. She is the creator of it, considering herself the enthusiastic of the members, and is always looking for people to follow her example, or to set their own trends. Painite is more a secretary and records keeper of the group, though she will never be shy about coming up with missions and plots to gather energy, crystals, or to hunt down senshi.
Oh. And Pages. She hates them, and she wants to split some focus into hurting them. She doesn't, however, know what they are.
So what is this?
Essentially, this is a team that is not quite a team. It is open to any members, of any rank, from any established team, if their Captain's allow.
The main goal of the League is energy collection. Think of it like money to the mafia, or power to a movie villain. It is their main goal, and what they work hard to collect. They simply like to have fun with their work, while they're doing it. Elaborate plans, escapades and daring trials: all up the League's alley.
What about Senshi?
Senshi are the hated thwarters of all things fun and awesome. The League stops them as best they can, and targets them when they become too much of a problem. This usually results in another complicated plot, to draw the Senshi in and to teach them a proper lesson.
Painite's style is to wound and taunt, so they survive and they, most importantly, remember her. Fear her. She has not yet killed anyone, and is not planning on doing so any time so. It is not required, and is generally not looked to for the group.
Not everyone is required to think that way. Not everyone is required to be happy go lucky or think they're the bee's knees. That's just how Painite operates. The only thing any member of the League must want and be okay with is having fun, getting the job done, and working hard at the same time.
Also, members don't have to be female. Zan and Pain came up with the name because it was just them, two lovely ladies.
So recruiting then?
The League is open to any and all, at all times, for any amount of time. Want to organize a raid on something or an ambush on something and need some contacts to pull in? Give your name to Painite and you've got it. Want to be called when these things are being organized? Also done and done.
Once again, you can be a member of another team or faction or any of that, so long as it's okay by them! Painite is all about helping the other areas of the Negaverse, and if you do have another team that might want her help, she would definitely be game offer her services.
The actual team, consisting of Captain Painite and Lieutenant Zanazziite, holder of a crystal that is super awesome, are always looking for new members, as well!

Open, if anyone is interested in playing with them, coming up with plots, signing up for calls or to call in for help, or any of that kind of stuff!
OR
If you want a plot to involve your senshi, team, or civilian!

Kali: Awww. Her mission as far as he is concerned is moar cuddles. >>
Akina: GOOD. Cimmerian and Gehenna are target number one for Painite at the moment. Targets... number one. One and two. Painite doesn't like lists anyway. But she definitely wants to go after Cimmerian, and lure Gehenna into some kind of fitting trap!

Bebe would be completely and utterly up to joining this group, not sure how she'd meet them. Maybe on her first time hunting for energy she could run into them?

OH yeah, Painite is hunting Pages of any kind, sooooo. If anyone has one and wants a nega fight/conversation/trap, that'd be awesome! She's met three so far. I'd love for her to get differing opinions of them, since they're not as obvious as she thinks Senshi are, as far as being the 'good' guys. >>
