 Kumonryu had left the warugaruga pack lands as he had set out on his mission to scope out the local lone wolf territories for land they could take over. he was excited over this since the alpha Ralastor had requested he take on this mission and was determined to not fail. a grin was upon his face, as he decided to take a break for a cool drink at a near by water source as it had been a while since he had left the pack lands to scope out the local love wolf territories. once at the water's edge, he lowed his head to drink the cool refreshing water since he had yet to notice anyone near by. plus he had more than enough time to check out more of the area after his drink.

Subira's nose twitched as she searched the air for any unusual scents. It had been a while since she had found prey, and she was beginning to feel the annoying nag of hunger deep within her belly. She was still a stranger to the area, but it didn't seem to be claimed by anyone, so she planned to settle in for a few days before moving on. She didn't particularly like staying in one place for long, since she got bored of seeing the same old scenery day after day.
She came to a trickle of water, and as she had nothing better to do until she found food, started to follow it. The sound was soothing to Subira, so she was soon humming a quiet tune to herself. Then her private concert was interrupted by the scent of a strange wolf. Male, she guessed, and she continued on at a more cautious pace. Soon, she was within sight of him. The lone wolf paused, using the foliage for cover, and tried to decide if he was a threat.

Kumonryu was not in the safety of the pack lands, so he was more guarded than usual. after his drink, he then started to nose around the area to see if he could find out if anyone was around since he figured this would be a area others would come to drink too. ears twitching here and there at any noise, he had yet to realize just yet that a female lone wolf was watching him. it didn't take him too long to lock onto her scent after a few minutes of nosing around. "who is there?"

At the sound of his voice, Subira emerged from the bushes, and took a few steps towards him. She hadn't seen anything that marked him as a threat, so she approached cautiously but without fear.
"The name's Subira," she answered, sitting a distance away from him. The lone gazed at him curiously, her ears swiveled forward in a friendly position. "Are you a traveler, as I am? If so, I don't mind sharing this patch of land. I won't be here long, anyways." She glanced around briefly. "There doesn't seem to be anything to eat here, though."

" i am Kumonryu." Kumonryu had decided to relax as Subira seemed friendly. " you could say i am a traveler at this current moment." he too glanced around as she did, as he thought for a moment she saw something. " i haven't been in this area long, but i think your right about that though." giving a tilt of his head, he gave a little pout. " aww does this mean i wont have your company for long?" it wasn't often he was around females, since the pack he was in was dominated by males so he took the opportunity to flirt a bit.

Subira couldn't help but giggle at Kumonryu's question, sounding something to herself like a silly pup. "You long for company that badly?" Inside, she had to admit that sometimes she missed the company of other wolves from her travels, so she wasn't in a rush to leave Kumonryu's company. He seemed friendly and likable enough.
"Well, if you don't mind wandering about, why don't we find a better place? She suggested, returning to her paws and walking towards him. When she was closer, she curved her body away from him and smiled. "Unless you decide I'm not suitable company after all." Subira laughed again, then looked off into the distance. "I was going that way. Sound like a good place to start?"

Kumonryu chuckled a bit. " i wouldn't say i'm disparate for company. but at this moment, i wouldn't mind staying in your company." for the moment he let his worries over his mission even to him by his alpha slip away and decided to see how things progressed with Subira. " if that is the what you wish, that is fine with me, i was going in no particular direction anyways."
