This game differs by the special episodes and its unique way of showing the new chapters.

I have learned, for example, for the Special Episode 4 called "Here comes team Charm" that in order to beat Team Aggaron, you must have Lopunny (leader) learned agility and preferrably one fighting style move.
You must de-activate Gardevoir's non attacking abilities like Wish and there was one more she has you need to "uncheck".
For Medicham, make sure she has a fighting move also.
It is handy to have 2 reviver seeds as you may need them. Plus, do not forget to use the handy seeds that cause your enemies trouble, like X-Eye seed, Totter seed, blinker seed, etc.
When you first face off against team Aggron, have Lopunny use her agility to quadruple speed. Then throw the appropriate "enemy status effect" seeds (x eye, stun, sleep, blinker, totter...just to name a few) while Medicham and Gardevoir do their work.
The reviver seeds are important and/or Oran berries because Gardevoir will always be too weak on her own to fight this gang. She is the weakest link, but this is also why having Lopunny and Medicham knowing fighting moves can really help.
