History: when sharn was just a lad working in the chantry. Raised by one of the sisters of the chantry out in the country. One day a blood mage wandered into town and with a happy smile and good disposition he slaughtered all the people of the village holding as many as possible to experiment on. The invading malificar used the chantry for her main studies. Upon killing the sister that raised sharn. The young sharn foolishly rushed the bloodmage barely managed kill the mage too late to save the sister who raised him. He received a scar covering half his body. Becoming disfigured and blind in one eye he swore to destroy all the malificar he could possibly get his hands on. And so he trained endlessly to fight this ""plague"" and finally when he became knighted he began his crusade killing over 60 mages in his first year alone. Over 20 years later he continues his hunt.
