Tus Ojos Oscuros.. Is there a new movie out soon?
:/ they'll come out of the woodwork. Ideally, just in time for parents to find out that it involves some baby-makin'. Of the demonic spawn and oral c-section variety.

O_o I mean, he's incredibly handsome (in my opinion, and, admittedly, more so when he was younger), and literally a genius, a great comedian, serious author and actor.... He's played some of my favourite people, including Jeeves in Jeeves & Wooster, and, of course, Oscar Wilde in Wilde. And he's a liberal and an atheist like myself, so, you know... I feel that I can relate to his ideals somewhat. And, of course, I feel I have to admire all of his accomplishments especially considering that he has fairly severe bi-polar disorder.
Sorry for the ramble. But... yeah. Love him on QI, too-- it's my favourite show that's still being run, owing to its combination of intelligent humour and random facts, two of my favourite things. 3nodding

Firstly, you're very wonderful, stylish avatar, and secondly your amazing spirit! It seems really fun to have such a passion for someone - and to share that with a close friend too! That seems a rather special thing. I never knew he had a bi-polar disorder, let alone a severe one. He is very ingenius, I have to admit.

You are very kind. whee I really like the style of your avatar, as well-- very interesting, modern, and well colour-coordinated.
He's done several documentaries about pertinent topics to himself and the world that need awareness, such as AIDS in Africa and across the globe, and bi-polar disorder. I believe the latter, "The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive", is on YouTube now. I suppose that's probably another reason why I like him so. He seems to be an extremely thoughtful humanitarian, which is nice to see in these days.
AND!... I've rambled again. (But I have to think that BarnOwl won't mind my having forced her topic to become a forum upon which I get to go on about how great Mister Fry is. Even if it means that I may not be the best person to be in this guild because I am TOTALLY fangirl-ing something.)

I think that it is fine to go into fangirl mode especially when it comes to someone you truly admire. wink There really shouldn't be any judging when it comes to admiration, but of course I have been in fangirl mode for the prettyness of how awesome some people dance and sing. sweatdrop Guilty fangirl here! xd

Aww, I'm pretty glad I know more about him now. As for the person who says below - fangirl-ing is fine for something you admire! As long as it isn't sparkly vampires in a story that really isn't good for young teens growing up...Pixie_PunkX I think that it is fine to go into fangirl mode especially when it comes to someone you truly admire. wink There really shouldn't be any judging when it comes to admiration, but of course I have been in fangirl mode for the prettyness of how awesome some people dance and sing. sweatdrop Guilty fangirl here! xd

Bring on the Hallyu Wave!! blaugh I must say, this has been an extremely pleasing conversation, in that I seem to have met some very nice people, while at the same time fangirl-ing for Stephen Fry/informing people about him and generally being allowed to do so with the promise of no chastising. XD(...And, to tie back into the once-Twilight theme of this guild, yes, you are quite right about your sparkling vampire assessment.)

I usually just keep my fangirly-ness to myself. In my head.
Or I spazz out when nobody's watching, because I know people dislike it. I like to keep people happy.
