rules
1. once someone owns a character in any version they exist in a series; noone may get another version of that same character anymore. however, the owner of the first one purchased are allowed to purchase new customs of that same char with different versions/outfits/hairstyles.
Example: sora from kingdom hearts. if you got him from his original KH outfit, but you would also like to have him in his kh3 outfit.. well, you can get it, but you'd be buying it like a custom all over again. it will not be considered another bunny though. and all outfitted versions you own are all fair game in rp.
side note - even if you own a cosplay of a char who is violent, at no time is it ok to violate rp protocols and harm another character without their owner's consent. this is ground for graylisting and rp suspension

2. if a series is on a reserve list, people cannot request them for a custom. in the case a staff member is offered a bribe for a character; it must be ran through grace before it can be accepted. This is to ensure it wouldn't derail and entire series event for missing that character. especially given the first rule on cosplays

3. cosplays are primarily made available through events and bribes, however, some might be approved for customs. always check the reserved list first. anything not reserved needs approval, but is likely to get it.

4. it is imperative that when people request a character from a series; we look at that series and determine if we ever wanted an event with it. because if we allow customing or commissions of major characters; we can't really launch a major event for that series.. since most people would come to get the main characters. and it won't do any good if they are already taken.

they are actually NOT that person/character. they are a cosplay which means like they have an outfit to look just like them. verbatim at times.
so like... I guess I should decide if i'd allow "powers". I'll leave that decision on the backburner, but let's say.. if you had a sephiroth and he had his masamune. the sword is just a replica and probably not gonna slice and dice other rabbits.

also no matter what powers or weapons they may or may not have; at no time is it ok to violate daisy code rp etiquette and kill, hurt, or mame another person's pet unless they've already agreed to a plot. all owners must have consent and control of their own characters.

in the event, you own a character with 2 or more clothing changes. it is fair to have in rp that they show up in either one.


What we'd like to do!
so down here is where we'll make our list of ones we wanna have
so far, my list of ideas are - super smash bros series event
berri suggested nightmare before christmas which made me think.. what about a tim burton festival? it could be for like 2-4 weeks. like maybe from right before halloween through christmas.
tim burton festival could feature nightmare before chistmas, sweeny todd, corpse bride, and maybe 9. nightmare before christmas will be the real meat and potatoes of the event... however, his other movies will have popular characters making their appearances as well.

it was also suggested for an alice in wonderland. while time burton had an excellent alice... I think we should save that for a full all out Wonderland event where we bring in alice's and wonderlands from all the various genres.. so we combine disney, burton, and mcgee's wonderlands...

and then there's pokemon... we could... either just flat out reserve ALL pokemon, or we can set aside game versions we wanna mainly showcase. depending on everyone's feelings; we could have 2 semi annual pokemon festivals. each taking place in polar seasons.

another fun theme would be a SquareEnix event... where we feature random characters from all their games including major villans + the major hero roles.... and then w/e .

Reserves::

rules and procedures:

~each person is only allowed a maximum of 3 reserves
~each reserve lasts for only ONE MONTH, not a day more
~you may re-reserve the next month; however, if you reserve for two consecutive months and don't get it; you will not be allowed to reserve again for at least 2 months; you cannot just set aside a cosplay you like till whenever you get around to getting it. if you are caught abusing the system; you will personally not be allowed to reserve any cosplays for such a time as i feel necessary
~you may not under any circumstances reserve a character listed up as characters or series which are reserved for shop use; attemtps to do this will be refused; abuse and trolling of this point may result in graylisting and losing your privilege to reserve a cosplay
~each person is not allowed to purchase more than TWO cosplays in any given month
~your "month" starts on the day you reserve it, and it runs until that date the next month. Example: you reserve Dracula the Vampire on May 25th. you'd only have until June 25th to obtain him before you lose your reserve.

~~~~ please for the sake of all that is good in this world; do not abuse this system. we will regularly be mod'ing it and cleaning it. if it gets out of hand or people can't handle it; then we'll take it away all together. this system is being introduced for sake of those questing... good luck. and in the end, no cosplay or character actually belongs to anyone until you've paid for it, it's tagged with your name on it. if someone else wants to quest for the same char as you; then you just better hurry up and get it then.
