“There it is daddy!” Áróra exclaimed as they neared the park. She had been guiding him most of the way there actually, either she was overzealous to give directions, she thought he didn’t know how to get there, or some combination of the two; likely it was the third option. Vilyum did have a knack for getting lost and ever since the arrival of her two new little sisters, she seemed to have developed an air of authority. Not that she orders them about, not at all; she just has been quicker to correct Vilyum when she thinks he might make a mistake.

In the back seat, Melody was completely oblivious most of the trip. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to go to the park, she was looking forward to it actually, she just was too busy playing with her two pets, Raspberry Fluff and Blueberry Fluff, to pay any mind to, well, to anything else really. They flew about her head and occasionally landed on her shoulders or such. Vilyum was thankful, thankful that they learned after the first trip not to fly right in front of the rear view mirrors, especially when he was backing up or trying to change lanes.

Next to Melody was Olivia. Olivia was, well, she was asleep, had been the whole trip. Nestled in her arms, also sleeping, was her pet mana wrym, Mystral.

Since it wouldn’t of been particularly safe for her to be resting in the foot area of the passenger seat, Áróra’s very inappropriately named pet, Fluffy, was sitting between the two younger siblings in the center seat. Safety is of utmost importance for a completely mechanized cat.

It was a pleasant spring afternoon, not too hot, slightly overcast, and a gentle breeze was blowing. Vilyum pulled the car gently into the parking space, scraping the bottom of his car against the parking curb. This Melody noticed, though she didn’t comment on it, that was Áróra’s job. “Daddy!” she exclaimed, and then she hopped out and scurried to the trunk.

Melody turned to Olivia and gently shook her, “Wake up sleepy head.”

With a stretch and a long yawn, Olivia unbuckled and slowly made her way out, Mystral in tow, closing the door after another stretch. Both Fluffs on her shoulders, Melody popped out and made her way to the grass. She then slid off her shoes, to better feel the grass between her toes.

“Is it time to eat daddy?” Olivia asked through a yawn.

“No, not yet, but soon,” Vilyum answered as he exited the vehicle.

Retrieving the cooler from the trunk, Áróra slammed it shut, one handed, then made her way to Melody’s door. Fluffy jumped out and then Áróra popped the door shut behind the mechanized critter.

“Ok, everyone, let’s go,” Vilyum declared as he made his way to the park’s playground. Áróra, ice chest in tow, walked along right next to him; Melody was a bit ahead of them, wandering about slightly; Olivia brought up the rear, slowly trudging behind them, not yet fully awake.

He wasn't really one for leaving the house, preferring to stay indoors where it was quiet, where the temperatures were regulated by the thermostat, and he didn't have to worry about anything really other then running out of books. That was until his... would he be called a son? He thought so, maybe. He did adopt him... though one could adopt a dog as well William thought to himself, looking over at the boy that was currently chasing after a squirrel and nearly face-palmed. The boy wasn't terribly bright, was he? He'd been chasing that thing for a while now, circling around the base of trees it climbed, and hadn't come close to catching it. Probably a good though, he didn't want to see his son eat a woodland creature with his many heads.

He gave a whistle to get his attention, watching as all three sets of eyes turned his way, and he gave a groan, "Get that out of your mouth!" He called out, seeing that poor little fluffy thing that came home with Lore stuck in his mouth once more, where it seemed to be content with getting chewed on. The thing was about as bright as Lore was... was a terrible name he'd picked out for the boy he thought to himself, Lore for a child that seemed to have the same brain capacity as a box of rocks. He was sure that it wasn't terribly kind of him to think about the kid he took in but Lore brought it upon himself at times given how he behaved. Even now he seemed reluctant as he pulled his pet out of his mouth... then much to William's annoyance he tossed it into the air and one of his other heads caught hold of it, chewing on it as well. He was going to end up with an aneurysm...

"Lore! Out of ALL of your mouths, not just the one!" He called after him.

Lore gave a growling sound before he looked up at his hydra head and after a moment of reluctance it spat the little, soggy fuzzykin out and it landed next to Lore, proceeding to bounce along next to him as the boy went chasing after another creature, this time a bird that he had even less of a chance of catching then the bird, not that ever seemed to deter him.

“Oooo, a fuzzy wuzzy!” Melody squealed in delight as she spotted the fuzzykin that bounced along with Lore. With a motion to her two Fluffs, she started heading in his direction, her two fuzzykin making circles overhead. She was absolutely delighted, it had been some time since she had a chance to meet a new fuzzykin. Her two fluff balls had been close friends for as long as she could remember, she occasionally wondered if they were drawn to her own ball of fluff that bared a striking resemblance to them. Regardless of whether or not that was the case, she was looking forward to making a friend with a new one!

Áróra’s attention was caught by something else entirely, not the fuzzykin, but the three headed boy with a tail. She bounded off in his direction, the cooler still under her arm and Fluffy close behind. She probably should of left the ice chest behind, she didn't need to be charging at people while carrying large pieces of plastic, after all, but that didn't cross her mind; she was always excited to meet someone new, especially people with tails.

Olivia, looking out through sleepy eyes, only noticed that the cooler, that had her food in it, was heading off quickly. Muttering, “Hey you guys, wait up,” she changed directions to follow after the ice chest and Áróra.Maybe if I could just finish waking up, she thought, I could catch up and eat a sandwich.

For a moment, Vilyum stood there in disbelief, watching the rapid derailment in route of his 3 children, then with a muffled laugh, he walked after them.

Áróra was, by far, the first of the three to reach the boy. “Hello!” she exclaimed, extending her hand to shake, “I am Áróra! That is a nice fluffy tail! What’s it like having three heads? Do you like parks? They can be so peaceful! Were you just chasing a bird?”

Melody arrived just as Áróra’s line of questioning ended. “Hello, I am Melody,” she proclaimed, looking down at Lore’s fuzzykin, “This is Raspberry Fluff and this is Blueberry Fluff, what’s your name?” Looking up at Lore, she added, “Oh, hello to you too!”

Still a short distance behind, Olivia trudged on, her pace quickening though, as she begun to actually fully awake.

Lore, the two dragons, and the slobber covered fluffykin all turned at once toward the voices before turning around completely to greet the three of them. How interesting, a whole group of playmates! It was enough to distract them away from their hunt for the tasty forest critters that escaped into the trees. At mention of his fluffy tail it set to wagging and his ears turned forward, he tried to answer her question but she kept talking and asking question leaving him feeling a touch dizzy, "Wow! You talk a lot." He said, giving a giggle then looked in the direction the bird had flown off in, "I was gonna try to catch and eat the bird, they taste good when they are nuggets, but I can never seem to catch them."

His heads grumbled in agreement about how they could never catch the birds, they were delicious but impossible to get a hold at their current hunting skill. The two hydra exchanged a glance before looking passed the two closest girls to the slowest one before they gave a grunting sound, well now that was interesting they thought to themselves... that girl had a cat butt. Lore blinked then looked up at them, "Cat butt?" He asked of them before leaning over to look at the girl that was behind the others and laughed as he saw what the hydra were looking at. So that was what they meant, cool.

Next to him, Tasty as Lore called it, was looking up at Melody and the two winged Fuzzys that were with her. The little critter set to bouncing up and down in place, seeming to be quite pleased with both of them as well as the strange girl with the thing on her head that looked like a red Fuzzy. Fun! More Fuzzy to play with and a girl that just had to be related to them it thought as it started to bounce in excitement.

Áróra’s eyes widened in shock at his comment about the birds. “You, you were going to eat the bird,” she stammered “But it’s so cute and small. How could you want to eat it? I thought you were playing with it. And um, nugget?“ Then she quickly added, remembering his first comment, “I talk a lot?” She didn’t think she talked a lot, at least not then, she could ramble on a lot more at times, that was barely anything. She couldn’t help but giggle at his cat butt comment directed at Olivia. It was true; Livi had the lower end of a cat. It was so fluffy; sometimes she wanted to pet her, but that seemed like it would be rude.

Melody heard the conversation that had been going on between Lore and Áróra, but she had pushed it to the back of her mind, to sort through later. Right now her attention was focused on this new fuzzykin. She knelt down in front of the fuzzykin and held her hands out to it, both hands pressed together to form a cup. “Want to play little guy?”

The walk over was doing Olivia good. The brisk pace and slight breeze managed to fully wake her up. Speeding to almost a run, she quickly caught up to her sisters and the 3 headed boy. Turning to Lore, she quickly said, “Hello, I’m Olivia.” She waved quickly then moved to her hand to tug on Áróra’s shirt, her front paw, pawing at the ice chest. “I wanna sammich,” she pleaded.

“Fine, I'll open it up for you,” came Áróra’s reply as she popped open the chest.

As Olivia dug through it to get the sandwich she wanted, Áróra turned back to Lore, and teasingly said, “I’d offer you a sandwich, but I think you would rather have the poor bird.”

“Bird?” Olivia cut in, confused since she has only just arrived.

Lore looked around, wondering where his birdy had gotten off to. That would have tasted so good... he looked over at Arora, starring at her for a long moment, then lifted a hand up to scratch one of his dragons under the chin, "Yes, a lot. Are all girls so chattery?" He asked before looking at the other girls, one of which seemed far more interested in Tasty then him, then other other seemed friend but more interested in sammich. He was about to ask what that might before before one was before the chatty girl opened up the cooler and the one that called herself Olivia pulled a sandwich out of the cooler, "Oh..." So that's what they were talking about? He wanted one of those!

"I'd much rather have a bird but... I could go for one of those instead since the birds are out of reach." He told Arora, lifting a hand to try to shove his dragons out of the way as they wrapped around to try to get a look in the cooler that Olivia was digging around in before both of them dove in, trying to get hold of some sandwiches for themselves. Lore gave a sighing sound, "Idiots... come on..." He shoved at the pair to try to get to where he could see, eyes narrowing a little in annoyance when they ignored him, more interested in what was in the cooler then what Lore was saying and doing to them.

Tasty paused for a moment in watching the girly with the two Fuzzykin friends and the one thing attached to her head that looked like a Fuzzykin on a leash to look over at Lore who was fighting off his dragons in a losing battle for... whatever it was that was in the cooler. The little creatures gave its version of a shrug before hopping into Melody's hands, hoping that she didn't mind that it was soggy from Lore's slobber and that of one of the dragons.

“I’m not chattery!” Áróra exclaimed, “I was just trying to be friendly and polite!” Áróra wasn’t really offended, but she was a bit surprised that he would say such a thing. He was just unusually quiet, yeah, that was it. She wasn’t abnormally talkative, not by a long shot! Well, she wouldn’t let that bother her.

“Ok, you can have a sandwich, I guess” Áróra replied with a grin before digging back into the ice chest. “We have plenty; I packed like 20 of them,” she stated as she pulled out two of them. “I made them! Daddy doesn’t really know how many we brought. But let’s see, here is a ham a swiss one for you, and your two other heads can split the chicken and havarti, or you can switch. Either way works. Oh! The Havarti is spicy; it has jalapenos in it. Oh, and they might have horseradish. I don’t remember which ones I put that on.” She smiled as she handed them to him. Fluffy looked up at the boy in a curious manner as Áróra approached him with the sandwiches.

Olivia, plopped herself down on the ground. Her previous question about the birds was soon forgotten, she had a sandwich. She didn’t care for the spicy stuff, but she knew she wouldn’t have to worry about that with the one she had picked. Her sandwich was jam packed full of chocolately hazelnutty goodness; nutella was spread heavily between the two slices of bread. She took a bite and began chewing; it was pure bliss. She chewed and chewed and chewed some more. She was chewing a bit too much in fact. There might have been a bit too much nutella. She popped up, back onto all 4 feet, and went to the still open cooler. With her free hand, she grabbed a bottle of milk and popped it open. She took a long drink, which helped to loosen the massive amount of nutella. She offered a drink to Mystral, but she seemed uninterested. With a shrug she sat back down and continued eating.

Melody giggled as Tasty hopped into her hands. Standing up straight, she held tasty up close to her face and exclaimed, “You’re all wet!” Just then, Blueberry ad Raspberry Fluff flew up and hovered in place on either side of Tasty. They were happy to see another Fuzzykin and playfully cooed as they greeted him. Suddenly, she had a fun thought! “You don’t have wings, but would you like to fly with us?”
