There's all these theories going around the GCD, about how he wasn't shot by that sniper, because the shot didn't come from the right angle.
Also another theory...was that the shot didn't kill him, if you look very closely, the shot just nicked his shoulder, you can see a little tear in his jacket. 3nodding
Some people just have a very good eye, or brain. xDD
