Personality: Jiro is a fairly calm individual, no one's ever seen anyone get under his skin, but that's not to say that it can't happen of course. He seems to get along with pretty much anyone and everyone, however his skills on the battlefield haven't left him without rivals.
Biography:
Before Death
Jiro was once a war general back in the Feudal Era for an emperor he's yet to speak of... It's said his ability to lead and inspire troops in the face of impossible odds was legendary. His name rests within various ancient history books that are just gathering dust on the library shelves, how ever from time to time the odd person will pick one up and read of how these actions of his would turn the tide of battle at any given moment... The books say that his personal philosophy was that "No matter their number, so long as we have the spirit and will to win, then nothing can get in our way or hold us back... if they form a wall, then we will bring it down, if they form a sword, then we will break it, if they try to stop us from achieving our goals for the goal of simply stopping ours, then we will show them just how strong our spirit is". Ironically his Reiatsu (spirit power) levels were off the charts... Tho he does have... Some kind of help with that...
At the age of twenty, Jiro was yet again leading an assault, with an unfair advantage in numbers... He once more inspired his men and lef them to victory... However in the end their precious Emperor ordered Jiro's men to kill Jiro him self, but before his men could refuse the Emperor, Jiro him self simply started laughing... It wasn't twisted... It wasn't maddening... It was just a calm laugh... No one knows what it is that he said that day... But they know two words were spoken... "Non... Servium..." Before taking his own life, to spare that of his men for disobeying their emperor... The history books then show later in history that those very men had killed the emperor three weeks later, and the lieutenant of that group of men later went on to become the next Emperor...
After death
Jiro wound up waking up with a chain coming from his chest that was latched onto the Emperors throne... Rumor has it that he didn't react the way most would expect... But rather instead laughed at the irony of the whole situation... Some guess he probably said something like "Well I certainly wasn't expecting the afterlife to be like this". It's said that Jiro sat there for three weeks, watching his old squad plot their revenge on his behalf... He of course tried talking to them not fully aware of his situation until one of them had literally walked right through him... But even then he still simply laughed quietly at the whole ordeal... Even in the face of a hollow on that third week... He had thought it was some kind of guardian to take him to hell for killing so many men... Even two children which is a touchy subject he just seems to ignore when brought up...
However when a soul reaper appeared before him, he couldn't help but lose him self in confusion over the whole ordeal... The soul reaper who found him that day reported that Jiro showed impressive skill... As for what kind of skill... That page of the report seemed to have gone missing years ago... Some say Jiro him self took it... Others say it was nothing more then a filing error... Jiro claims he doesn't know when ever questioned about it... But all that's truly known about Jiro... Is that various rumors and speculations about the man exist...

Cosmetic Affect: Jiro's sword melts, engulfing both his hands before forming Solid Clawed Gauntlets. At first look, one would think these gauntlets were clawed for the obvious purpose of melee battle, how ever golden looking strings as thin as hair. nearly impossible to see, extend from them. These strings are razor sharp and comprised of an unknown material, how ever it's only guessed that it's some kind of diamond weave tether coil, tho what is known is that these "strings" have never been cut, or snapped, as to the extent of the strings number wise, it is unknown, their length is also unknown, tho most he's ever been seen using was enough to wrap a Meno's class hollow around seven times running the length of the things body. These strings can be used as a weapon, or a shield. However Jiro must actually move his fingers and arms to control the flow of these strings.
Performance Affect: Jiro's Reiatsu flow seems to increase the more strings he releases from his gloves, increasing his speed and strength.
Shikai Attacks:
1: Enevlop and Snare: Much like how a spider spins a web and traps it's prey, Jiro can latch various strings onto various surfaces, or even invisible Reiatsu walls he can create by pumping Reiatsu through various strings, and literally ensnare his opponents, and when they try to simply flash step out of the trap, this is when it is sprung, simply because the number of string's he uses cannot be counted, meaning the moment the move in one direction, it more then not results in their inevitable doom, once their caught, Jiro can then decide to either split them into millions of tiny clean cut pieces, slowly choke the life out of them, or simply let them go.
Bankai
Bankai Achievement: Undecided
Bankai Release Incantation: "Bring life with laughter... Then trap them like insects... Amimono Seishuku"
Cosmetic Affect: His regular steel Gauntlets slowly change form, to take on that of a Demonic appearing nature. As well his hair becomes a much brighter shade of blue, and his clothing takes on a rather different appearance. The actual abilities to release and control strings still remains, how ever the major difference now is that Jiro can actually control these strings by simply flowing his Reiatsu through them, and simply moving them around by controlling the Reiatsu that courses through them. While using his hands and arms to control them is much faster, controlling them through Reiatsu flow is a much more stealth based way of fighting, as well Jiro can alter the molecular structure properties of his strings... Meaning he can make them slimy, sticky, solid, clear, flaming, electrical, increase their density, making them weigh much more, etc.. He can alter these strings in the sense of an elemental compound, how ever he can not alter their actual appearance, they still remain those same indestructible strings, tho another noticeable difference would be that rather then simply appearing gold as in his Shikai, they now resemble a moon like blue color.
Performance Affect: The same as his Shikia, how ever when he begins altering the strings molecular compund/structure, his Reiatsu flow seems to drastically drop simply because he's pumping all of his Reiatsu through and into the strings, meaning his speed is dropped drastically, his strength however, he always keeps enough Reiatsu pumping through his body to maintain his hold and grip over opponents.

1: Elements: After ensnaring an opponent, Jiro can alter the strings compound element to do a variety of things, set his opponent on fire, electrify them, pulse the strings with sonic vibrations to cut through thicker armor, the possibilities are seemingly endless, however Jiro typically tends to stick with the typical snatch and slice method, this technique is only used if his opponent gives him a reason for doing so, typically it's more directed at Espada with abnormally strong Hierro's. However these "elements" are not natural, they are fake re-creations of Jiro's Reiatsu.
2: Crushing defeat: Once Jiro has an opponent ensnared with his strings, he then condenses the strings as much as possible, making them each weigh in at an unrealistic weight, either drastically slowing an opponent down, or all together dropping them to their knee's. This is a technique used typically when an enemy is needed to be kept alive.
