Looks like it was going to be another boring night for the Snake Senshi. Another night where she was wasting her time with this stupid patrolling. The way she saw it, these nega dudes were starting to become fake to her. The last one she ever came across, was all to easy. Course she did sneak up on him, so it didn't really count.
But then there were these youma, they were everywhere. She was getting bored of them.
"Honestly, coming across these nega punks would be worth it right now." she couldn't help but laugh a little at the thought. It would never happen, but the snake senshi could dream right? With a rather defeated sigh, she glances up at the sky for a moment. She could just go back to her dorm room, go to bed, and do this whole process all over again tomorrow.
Turning the corner of the street, she glance around for a moment. Simply dead, no movement what so ever. Lifting her arms above her head, she arches her back some before she turns on her heels.
"That's it, I'm done. I rather be home anyways." she spoke to no one, not that anyone was around to hear her anyways.

This was almost too hilarious.
Almost.
Fluorite had been handling Alunite's first days in the Negaverse and pretty much running around like an headless chicken, but that didn't make her energy quota vanish. She still had to fill it. It was a very careful balancing act at the moment, but this lone senshi was too much to ignore.
Usually she left senshi alone, given that magic and her didn't mix. Very well. At all. She focused more on getting her energy in than getting into a senshi's face, but this one ?
This one was basically begging for it. And she felt happy to oblige, given how much tension she'd accumulated recently. Beside, what better way to see how much of Painite, Mica, and Hiro's training she'd truly kept ? It wouldn't be nice to do her teachers any disrespect.
She'd scaled a nearby tree awhile ago to spy on this one, and Fluorite summoned her card, flipping it around in her fingers while she pondered what to do.
Then, the card was thrown - it didn't come as close to the blonde senshi as she hoped, but hopefully close enough to startle her. The message was clear : you ain't alone, princess.

She heard the noise, long before she saw the card land off to her right. Leaning down, her eyes narrowed as she looks the card over. Glancing back over her shoulder, she arches a brow for a moment. Pulling her cellphone out for a moment, she clicks the scan button. It took a second to pick up the power signature, one it which she was unsure of.
Flipping it close, she stands rather slowly as she turns her head right towards the tree. Her eyes focus as she tilts her head to the side "Is there a reason you find it funny to throw cards? What are you two?" yea she wasn't sure who she was talking to, but she wasn't in the mood to really care.
She wiggles her fingers some, a grin coming across her lips "Why don't you come out? I'm not gonna bite." hard anyways...

"Depends, why do you talk to yourself ? What are you, batshit crazy ?" Fluorite said, in a sweetness so pronounced that it couldn't be anything but fake. The girl had pulled out... something to point in her direction - interesting... What was this thing ? She'd certainly never heard about senshi having device like these... She filled the info, just in case it would be important.
"But what if I like it rough ?" Oh, Fluorite came down alright. More like, she leaped down the tree, and her feet had only barely touched the ground before she was in motion, hoping to get some sort of surprise edge with her speed - aiming a punch at the girl's stomach.

Serpentarius didn't really have a chance to react, all she saw was a chick coming at her, then pain. Of all places to get hit, why do they always choose the gut? The surge of pain, followed by what felt like the need to throw up was always oh so fun. Coughing for only but a moment, she was on her knees as she balled her hands up into fists.
So this one wanted to play dirty? That's fine, she could play this game as well.
"You know, that wasn't very nice of you." her voice was barely above a whisper as she kicked her leg out, her heel aiming right for her own stomach. She took that moment to roll out of the way before she stand.
Arms up near her upper body, she eyes the female for a brief moment. She wasn't a youma, that much was for sure. She had to be a nega punk, like that last one she thought was maybe a fake. Well she now realized she was wrong on that, they were real and didn't play nice.
"Who the hell are you?"

"Well, you wanted me to come down ! I guess you're all bark and no bite, after all. Gonna run off crying now, or do I need to kick you around a little more ?"
Psh. No one said anything with being nice. Fluorite reserved nicety to her teammates, not to a bunch of torturers and murders. The moment she had seen Helicase's broken and beaten body, she had realized that any senshi who hadn't seen sense and gone to their side did not deserve anything.
And to think her brother could have... It just made her more angry, her green eyes narrowed. She shouldn't think about that. Her brother was safe. She had saved him from such a fate.
"My name is shut-the-hell-up-and-fight." She said with a wink, then she charged again.
Dodge until you see an opening...

This time, Serpentarius was ready for her. She wasn't going to make the same mistake twice with this one. Not if she could help it. Seeing her charge, all she could do was smile as she lifts her hands.
"Serpents Kiss!"
Within a few seconds, a glowing green snake forms between her hands then lunges at the girl. With its mouth wide open, and fangs baring. If it sunk its fangs in, the venom would spread and she would be slowing down in a matter of seconds. That would give her a good forty five seconds to do some damage. If not, she would start using her fist.
Either way, once the snake left her, she too lunge at the girl. Her own fist aiming for the girl's face.

Oh, christ.
Bad ******** snake on this ******** plane.
Had she gotten more of a warning, she'd might have a chance to have dodged. As it was, she came close - but not close enough. The damn thing bit her arm and the effect was near immediate - it felt like her legs were stuck in concrete and her mind was molasses.
She hated this senshi even more now.
"Yeah, guess you... can't do s**t.... without your magic... Don't you ?" Fluorite still managed to grin, and tried her best to rise her arm to block the blow toward her face. It didn't work too well, and the was thrown back slightly.
"Yeah... you hit.... like a whimpy chick." That wasn't really true, but damn if she was going to give the b***h any satisfaction.

Laughing, Serpentarius jumps back as she shakes her head some "I rather fight with my fists, the powers are there if I need them." she wouldn't mention she found she could only use her power once. Moving just a few inches near the girl, she looks dead straight into her eyes.
"Now its only polite that if we fight, names are exchange. The venom will fade it about ten seconds, then you can come at me again if you like. Doesn't matter one way or another to me." with a nod, she takes a few steps back, making sure there is a good distance between them.
"Serpentarius, and thanks for calling me a whimpy chick. Even if I'm not the one who can't move right now." cracking her knuckles, she brace herself for when the venom would fade. She could have beaten the crap out of her while she was down, but that wasn't her style. She didn't hit someone while they were down, not unless she had no choice.
Three seconds left...
Narrowing her eyes, she raised her fist up near her upper body once more. She was once again, ready for this girl attack.

Fluorite, of course, expected a beating. It was the logical thing to do. It was what she would probably have done, but the blonde didn't. That was a waste of her power, wasn't it ? She knew at least this much from watching Alunite - a senshi's power wasn't something they could cast all the time - there was an energy cost attached to it.
Did this Serpentarius have multiple uses of hers ? She would need to be careful, though... "Very well, then. I can respect at least that. My name is Fluorite."
And so, Sepentarius would be the first senshi to ever know Fluorite by name.
The venom faded suddenly, but Fluorite didn't move. She slid back into her fighting stance, but she waited. If Serpantarius didn't hurry, though, she had to qualm about rushing right back in.

Serpentarius knew the moment the venom faded, as she saw Fluorite move back some. What had her slightly confused was the fact she didn't straight up attack her. She heard rumors how the negaverse were bastards and didn't think twice about hitting you when you were down. So why the hesitation? Why no charge?
Shaking her head, the snake senshi took a few steps before she ran towards her. Her fist up near her upper body once again. As she got close enough to Fluorite, instead of throwing a punch, she dropped back to do a spinning heel kick to her side.

The senshi were convinced the negaverse were bastards. The negaverse were convinced the senshi were bastards. Fluorite felt quite warranted for her own feelings, as she had been the one to carry the broken and bruised body of Lieutenant Helicase, who had been tortured to the death.
But this was also a game of give and take. For respect given, there was respect returned - and oddly enough, Serpentarius had managed to wriggle herself into a very small group of 'maybe not completely a soulless monster'.
Ultimately, through, they fought. It was what they did. What they were all but fated to do. Fluorite saw the blonde come forward and nodded - the battle began again now. She almost fell for the fake, but she stepped backward at the last second, then came down to try to knock Serpentatrius down while she was off-balance.

Serpentarius wasn't quick enough this time, and that cost her has she felt the pavement against her back. Gasping for breath, she does the only thing she could at the moment. Shifting her body, she rolls out of the way before she kicks back up.
Landing on one knee this time, she turns her body to lunge at Fluorite. With both hands out in front of her, she reaches for her hand's. If she managed to grab her, she would use every force in her body to throw the girl over her shoulder and onto the ground.
She couldn't be nice, not at this moment. Knowing full well that she could get seriously hurt or worse? She had to do everything she could to stop her, so she either run or she herself would have no choice but to run.

Save for Denebola's magic, this senshi was perhaps the quickest one she'd fought yet - perhaps just as fast and agile as she was, actually. This was also very different from training, or just sparing with Painite. They hadn't been out to hurt each other.
This obviously wasn't the case for them. And this time, Fluorite wasn't quick enough - and promptly had a lesson in uncontrolled flight.
It didn't help that she was a tiny thing, easy enough to throw even for a senshi. Reflex kicked in, and she shielded her head and neck with her arms. She rolled along, leaving trails of red across her arms where the skin scraped off the pavement.
Ow. Ow. OWWWWWWWWWWW.
She couldn't let something so insignificant distract her, she knew - she was up on her feet in an instant, and was ready to charge at the senshi again, but the two fighters soon had a problem.
"FREEZE !"
Cops. Cops with guns.
Uh oh.

Serpentarius was ready for Fluorite charge when she too heard the yell. Turning her head towards the cops, her eyes narrowed some as she drops her hands. It was one thing to fight the negaverse, but to fight a cop? Even she couldn't do that.
Looking back towards Fluorite, she nods her head towards her "Thanks for the match." she turns towards the cops. Her eyes settling on the guns for a moment. Were they actually planning on using them on two girls?
"We were just leaving officers."
