The DOD and other defense organizations say that we are at a heightened danger point in the war on terrorism now more than ever, in the short run.

Well, before we out departed buddy Osama came along, Mohmar Ghadafi was the one that had killed the most Americans, so we might just pick up where we left off.

I need to see the pic of the actual body first before I believe it. You guys know how these CIA/FBI/Navy Seals/Black Ops works. wink They hide evidence and hide the truth in public.

It means Obama's approval rating goes up to 70%, we continue to fight the war on terrorism in Iraq, we continue the pointless war in Libya that we have no point being in, and we watch world war 3 develop.
All in all, we all suffer.

well considering his whole military faction is more or less intact i don't see his death impacting much other than al queda being less organized, but then again having their leader killed could very much encourage them to launch more attacks so things could very well get worse.

Dura Lex Sed Lex... In the 50s and 60s, shortly after WWII, the intelligence agencies and the DoD of the US decided it would be a good idea to put all of these guys into power... Guys that we're now having to remove from power.

Lady Eevee It means Obama's approval rating goes up to 70%, we continue to fight the war on terrorism in Iraq, we continue the pointless war in Libya that we have no point being in, and we watch world war 3 develop. All in all, we all suffer. America has been against Libya rule for a while now.. So if they get a chance for a new rule, they will take it. On the note of what now: Find another war of course. We are a warlike people, after all.

How do we even know that Bin Laden is even the head of Al Quaida? Maybe that's what Al Quaida wanted us all to think. Have him pose as the target. Hey, maybe it's like the Mafia- one bad guy dies, a new one steps up to his position. Who knows what's really going on.
