((Note: If there is a strike through anything, that means it was in the old profile but is being scrapped. If the text is green, that means it is a new addition to the form.))
Name: Devorah Gellner
Nickname: Devi (She introduces herself as this; she allows very few and far between to refer to her by her full name.)
Age: 16 17
Birthday: June 6
Sign: Gemini
Blood Type: AB
Fav. Food: Pomegranates, apples, tea, bagels and lox
Hated Food: Pork
School: Meadoview High School (Co-Ed)
Hobbies:
Film: Devi has a deep fascination in film. She’s watched many films throughout her life and has seen the majority of the AFI’s 100 Years…Top 100 movies. It is her dream to one day become a film director or a cinematographer for a great psychological thriller. The entire craft of film-making is greatly intriguing to her, and film-watching is always enjoyable.
Theatre: While Devi started her interest in theater to be an experience that’ll serve as a gateway into a future of film, she found herself to become immersed in the production of theatre as well. She’s has talent as an actress, but works backstage for some of the plays as well, usually working with the costume designers.
Diary Keeping: Under Devi’s bed is a series of shoeboxes. Inside these boxes are countless diaries that document her past. She writes down funny jokes she’s heard, thoughts, rants, dreams, ideas and fears. If one were to ever find her diaries, they’d know too much about Devi than she’d ever care to share.
Solace at the Funeral Home: The Gellner’s have operated a funeral home for two generations, and recently started a taxidermy service. Devi finds solace coming to the funeral home, she finds the quietness and the lack of the living to be soothing. Devi also has developed an interest in taxidermy. Yesterday she stuffed a cat. When the Gellner parents moved out of Destiny City, they left the family business to new hands to manage it but still maintain ownership. Devi pops in still and volunteers around the shop, but isn’t able to come and go in the middle of the night as freely as she once was when she had the keys.
Gemstone: Pearl
Virtues: Well-Meaning: Whether or not Devi’s actions or words express a persona of a kind and loving girl is debatable, but she doesn’t mean to do any harm to anyone. She may offend others, or creep them out, but all she wishes is to be kind to others and have that kindness reciprocated. She's a sweet girl at heart, but her apathetic attitude, quietness, and morbid sense of humor may distract from her kind intentions. Just because she may not crack a smile when she tells you she's happy for you, that doesn't mean she isn't truly happy for you. While her attitude and word choice may not be the greatest, her good intentions shine through in her actions.
Neat & Organized: Jay-Z does not need to tell her that she’s gotta get that dirt of her shoulder – she’s way ahead of him. She is very concerned with being clean, neat, and proper. She’s never seen looking disheveled or dirty, keeping great care of herself and her belongings. Everything in her room is put away and her clothing is organized by color, in order of the spectrum.
Intelligent: Devi’s massive amounts of time spent watching movies has broadened her horizon of knowledge. She knows a good deal of information (although some of it holds little value) and has a very strong recall memory. She isn’t a genius by any means – fields like mathematics are always rough for her – but if its historically or culturally related, then Devi can provide some decent insight. If there is something Devi does not know, but she has an interest in, she makes it her business to do some online research, usually Wikipedia, and catch herself up to speed.
Fun-Loving: Devi is still a teenager, and teenagers do love to have fun! (Cyndi Lauper would like to argue that girls just wanna have fun as well.) While she doesn’t have too many friends (on account of her insecurities and troubles to open up to people), she does maintain an active lifestyle. She’ll go to parties and depending on who she knows, either blend in with the wallpaper or become one of the gang, but never the center of attention.
Flaws: Quiet/Apathetic: While she enjoys to have fun, Devi shows very little enthusiasm for much things. Most of her emotions or thoughts are solely expressed in her diary entries, and as such, she finds she doesn’t have much to actually say to people. She can hold a conversation, but rarely talks about herself or her thoughts. When asked for opinions or a personal question, she’ll likely change the topic to one of her interests or some new gossip she’s overheard. Likewise, in a group discussion or meeting, it is unlikely that she will speak her mind or propose a new idea. The larger the group is, the more of a quiet wallflower Devi becomes.
Morbid: Devi’s upbringing with her family operating a funeral home and taxidermy service has led her to develop a strange comfort zone with morbid topics. She has what some may call morbid thoughts, and a warped sense of humor. While some may appreciate Devi’s sense of humor, she has found that many are creeped out by her. She loves to tell a good dead baby joke and is one who would laugh hysterically throughout a horror movie, no matter how gruesome and frightening it may be.
Insecure: Its hard for Devi to open up to people for a number of reasons. She’s concerned with what other people think of her, worried that others find her to be a weird outcast. She makes an effort to socialize, and she can make friends, but she’s wary of initial social encounters, especially if she feels that someone is making fun of her. If her insecurity buttons are being pressed then, well…
Hot-Headed: …if there’s an emotion that Devi does show, it is anger. Her insecurities tend to be the fuse for her tantrums. She is angered easily, and once she’s really set off, she can become violent (mostly verbally). The girl holds a heavy grudge and the term ‘hate’ gets thrown around often. Devi’s morbidly violent attitude can be seen clearly in her angry rants as she makes her threats, although its only just talk. She doesn’t want to get in a fist fight – then what would people think of her?. While her hot-headedness used to be all talk and no walk, Devi has become increasingly more physically violent. However, her threats are greatly exaggerated. When she says she’s going to cut your throat, she really means she might try to pull your hair out.

Hey, Spy!
When we reapprove threads, we typically do it on the same format that the original is. So if you are wanting to add three new traits to her, you would need to slot those under her virtues/flaws while sticking to the no more than 4 of each limit. There is no limit on the amount of hobbies you can describe so you can always add more there. Otherwise, these revisions are typically just to the four virtues/flaws that exist already.
Since CAMERA LENS and RESPECT FOR THE DEAD are slightly side-traits, you could just add them to auxiliary information in your profile and not submit them for approval. We typically only re-mark character profiles where there are major revisions to the original flaws/virtues you got approved. This is sort of a blurry middle line. So either chop those three newbies up into hobby-style descriptions, scrap old virtues/flaws to be replaced with these, or just make it clear that these are additional facts about her in your profile. If you make it the latter, then you don't need to submit those parts for approval.
I hope that makes sense!
