Roho was about.. not hunting, and not with Tsu. Just sun-bathing for a bit just to relax. She had been on the prowl for about three days and no game was in sight and that was just tiring the young lionness out. She was one of the few that could be proud of the game she brought back, but now it was dry season and from all the running... she needed rest. Her head was slightly raised as she looked at the plains. Scanning.. the herd of waterbuck must have changed their grazing routes because there was NOTHING~ for miles. The lionness huffed and watched as the short grass sway with her breath. After a few moments, the smell of another came in to range.
Roho's ears flicked a bit then rose her top half to scan to where the other lion was. Just the smell.. Watching to see, just in case it was a fight she had to defend her ground.

Chise let the rumble of her empty stomach continue before little a light growl escape from her lips, four days since she had left the lands that they wanted to call home to head to a specific area for a job. But there was nothing from there to that point that existed not even a lick of food to satisfy her hunger. This had better be some sort of decent bargain for this sort of unnecessary torture the yellow lioness thought as she ran her tongue across her lips to stop the cracking. Next time Gin could take that job that involved traveling a week's worth away and she would stay at the den cool and with at least a meal of fish to snack on. There was no use for her to move quietly, nothing was around nothing for miles there was no point in even bothering to try hunting for anything.

As she looked on.. the lion didn't look like she noticed her, yet. So she slowly raised her body but lowly in a crouch manner. Usually she wouldn't go back to Tsu without a prey in her mouth but this time it was another lionness and already game was scarce so feeling another lion near made her protective. For a moment she watched, lowering with her shoulder blades shooting out of her bad.
Until.. out of the imagenary feeling when hunger hit. She swore she saw a little thompson's just jumping along the way, almost directly in the middle of the savannah grass. For a moment she stayed stupidifed before sinking in to the grass. She couldn't let this one go just because there was a lionness in the ficinity~! Quickly she zoned in and waited for the grass to sway to move until she made it to the other side..
Keeping an ear out, as she popped out of the grass a few feet away from the female. Her black pelt made it look as she couldn't blend in but somehow she did with the swaying of the grass. Hissing at the other before throwing herself back on track towards the gazelle.Wary of the other as she began her hunt. FINALLY~ Prey~!

Chise's mind remained cursing her sisters before the sound of something moving caused her ears to twitch. Something else was in the vicinity moving but her rather slow reaction kept her from seeing whatever it was, not that at this moment she cared. Sure she was hungry but she also felt in the same way uncaring to even bother herself to try to hunt something. Maybe she had just gotten lazy with the fishing she could get her paws on? Then again soon the fish would be harder to catch what a despressing thought to cross her mind. Another sound caused her ears to twitch as a black colored figure gave a low hiss to her. Her eyes widen, she hadn't even realized she had crossed paths with another lioness. What a foolish move for one of the daughters of shadows to let someone sneak up on her without realization.
Shaking her head from her own failures she lowered her body to the ground debating if to follow or leave the lioness to her own hunt.

It was a quick decision but her fore thought was hunting for Izzy and Tsu, so failing to grab game now would only force them to eat fish. Roho, wasn't satisfied with fish, oh no. She HATED fish but it kept her full when game was scarce but she knew Lions could not be sustained with such little.. So much to Tsu, her father's vow to eat fish. She always brought home meat. Now, it had been so scarce that it was hard to sustain three lions.. It took her almost a full few seconds to contemplate before throwing herself out in the open.
Now in a full run towards the gazelle and once the gazelle started to dodge all sorts of ways. Her energy was spent just following until the fatal tripping.. and she snuck up on it in from below as she pulled herself up in a jump to catch it in her maw. Bashing it with out-stretched claws..
Pushing it to the ground and when she was able to keep it from running away, she merely thrashed her head in a way that caused a whiplash. It's neck obviously looking quite crooked from the action. Draping the head on one side. She huffed, trying to regain her strength before smelling the lionness yet again. She hadn't left?
Quickly she lifted her head and started to back slowly.. eyes fixing to find the girl but with such a sandy pelt, it was hard to pin point her so she fixed on her senses.. Ears perked up and switching sides.. Wary of her just coming out of no where. Slowly she put the prey animal under her paw and started to do a warning call. A low growl.. If her father had been here- he would have gladly brought this female in and give her food but right now she had something more important.
