Well this was a fun sight... A lioness that looked like one of the pale-faced two-leggeds when they got left in the sun too long. And her tail looked on fire! The wing-marked white lioness, on an excursion outside the Myrsky lands, watched this stranger with curiosity. She wasn't somebody who was sticking around here, oh no... She was somebody who'd be going elsewhere, someplace MUCH colder. Susu knew this by looking. It was just a matter of pointing her that way. And messing with her head. She made no secret of being there, stepping out of the brush with a wild-eyed grin on her face. "Well, good evening..."

The sight of the lioness startled Mkia at first. Okay, it startled her, period. The fire-tailed lioness, named for the way her hair had grown and moved like a flame, eyed the stranger warily, a frown on her face. "Hello..." To say the least, she hadn't expected to run into a lioness wearing skins in such a manner. Or at all. "Are you out here hunting...? I can go somewhere else..." As she'd done before. Mkia had left a family with a large litter behind when she'd been an adolescent. So many younger brothers and sisters, cousins, nieces, nephews... A lot of cubs, to say the least, and she'd been the heater.

Susu chuckled, circling the other lioness in as non-threatening a manner as possible. "You could say that..." She saw the startled and confused look on the other's face and something dawned on her. "Oh, no, not like that, I don't go around doing THAT with other girls..." She made a face. "I'm not like my cousin... Fruity thing he is... Doesn't help he's got a big blue mane..." She shook her head. "No, whole other kind of hunt..."

"Okay, then..." She tried going around the strange white lioness, only to be blocked. "Um... Do you mind..?" What was this lion's issue? It seemed like she was trying to play some sort of game, the way she followed. "You're starting to creep me out, unless you WANT a beat-down to get rid of you." She motioned with her head. "I'm sure the local pride would LOVE to drag you in by your tail!"

The chuckle of before returned, turning into an uproarious laugh. "The local... I'm FROM the local pride! You'd best not go near if you have no plans to join, or they'll drag YOU in! As a slave!" She wiped a tear from her eye, grinning. "No, no, little flame-tail, you shouldn't go near the Myrsky Syntynyt, you should go elsewhere..."

Her ears went back. "Oh, and YOU know where I should go...?" Not that she particularly liked the idea of being a slave. As it was, she wasn't fond of the heat of the lands around her. Mkia'd always been like a heater for cubs to cuddle up to, but for herself, she was always feeling like she was going to overheat. Sometimes, she wished she lived elsewhere.

A grin spread across the white lioness' face. "Of course I do..." She went over, and hugged the other lioness' neck with her right arm, motioning with her left paw. "Go west, toward the mountains. In the crater of a snow-capped mountain is a pride. It's much colder there, of course, being higher in the sky and closer to the God's Haven, but that is where you belong, flame-tail."

Mkia eyed the lioness, frowning. "A pride in a crater... Covered in snow..." She let out a puff. "Right... Well... Whoever you are... Say I go there..." She paused. "Why would you think it being colder would be relevant to me?" Was the lioness a mind-reader? That would be creepy. Just to be safe, Mkia thought of lions dancing in a technicolor world, with rainbows and singing flowers.

"Well, the fact I'm starting to roast being this close to you is a pretty big tip-off that the savanna may not be the place for you..." She gave the other a flat look, before padding away. "By the way, since you wondered.. I am Susu, a Priestess and seer of the Myrsky Syntynyt. And you, flame-tail..?" The other lioness knew her name, she needed the other's name. Once she'd gained full control of her powers... She'd have to keep an eye on this one. She was intriguing, to say the least.

Her tail flicked, moving and making the hair look like an actual flame. "Well, you weren't far on the meaning... Mkia'waa..." Her siblings had gotten more personality-meaning names, as had her parents, aunts, uncles, cousins... And she had been named for the fire-like hair on her tail. "So, are all lions like you around here? Or are you your own unique personality...?" May as well be blunt, right?

Susu gave her another flat look. "You're saying I'm weird. And no, they're not." She smiled, flicking her tail in the other's face. "I'm my own lioness. It comes with the territory, as it were..." As she started to pad away, back toward home, she looked back. "You should go, you know... You'll find a better life there... No overwhelming heat... You'll be properly appreciated..." Then she turned and padded off into the bushes, leaving the other lioness behind.

Mkia considered the other's words, before starting to walk. Okay, she'd go... Maybe it would be worth her time. After all... She didn't like the fact she was always so hot out here. As she walked, she mildly wondered if she should stop and swim in a pool. One free of a crocodile, preferably. After passing under the shade of a tree, she decided that she would. After all, it would make her feel better, and the day would go faster toward night if she stopped a while. Night meant cooler weather. Cooler weather meant comfort, and comfort meant she was happier. "Yeah, I'm stopping to swim.."

From her vantage point, Susu watched the other leave, a smile on her maw. Oh, she'd have fun with this one... Well, watching her through visions. After the spot of soft orange-red left her line of vision, Susu turned and headed back toward the gates. This was one she'd have to tell to Yu and Haki! After all... Life was boring without stories. It'd give Haki something to sing about, if she embellished the story a bit, and Yu... Well... Yu would likely question her doing something alone, but who kept track anymore? The white lioness chuckled to herself, a smile still present on her maw.
