A tall building that sits just within the cover of the mist, the Mizukage’s Office has the ability to monitor almost the entire Village from one location. The walls and floor are of a dark cherry wood that shines and the tepid gray light of the office, adding color to an otherwise bland room. The desk is of a metal frame surrounded by the same wood, with several drawers for storing various things. The chairs of the room are of a comfortable round design, with a cloth covering over the leather cushions. Various souvenirs that the Mizukage, Kazuki Shishigami has collected adorn the walls or, in some cases, are used in the infrastructure or environments that surround the Office.

Qastor relaxed behind the desk in his office, his white hair lay on either side of his head beneath his Mizukages hat. His robes were neatly pressed and set nicely on his body, Haruka took care of a few books and such in the corner of the room. Ikumen sat reading a book on shinobi technique in the far corner, the boy was only ten and so well behaved, he seemed to be fond of Qastor, but at times he completely ignored him.

There was a soft rap on the door as a young man pushed it open. He long brain hair fell down both sides of his face in a long lock as it was swept across his face, almost obscuring his left eye. His body was covered in a extremely lightweight samurai armor with a fur cape hanging from his back. Underneath the armor was the standard black shinobi garb with his left arm completely covered, and no sleeve on his right. "Oi. Sensei." Krin's voice was cheery as he propped himself against the wall. His white Yukigakure headband tied tightly around his waist, the sun beaming upon it, causing a light to stretch across the room with a gentle hum. "I should be probably head off. Not telling what Kogu and Shippo have done to my village, or my poor brother." He smiled and chuckled gently as he glanced at Qastor; then focused his eyes outside the window.

"That you should Kirin-san, I was glad you could stay and help us rebuild, its amazing what we were able to do in such a short amount of time. If you ever need anything, just send for me, the Mist owes its very essence to Yukigakure." Qastor stood up from behind his desk and slid out to shake hands with Kirin a hand on his shoulder. "You showed me how much you have truly grown... Yukikage-sama." That was the first time he had ever called Kirin by his title, he had finally recognized that Kirin was truly a man and beyond the title of student any longer.

Kirin placed one hand out and slid it into Qastor's grin and shook. "And, if you need help with anything; do not hesitate to ask. Yukigakure and Kirigakure no Sato are allies in this world." Kirins smile grew as he finally called him of his rightful title, and he knew now that what he had within him all along; the power to lead.

"Take care of yourself, please. I think I may visit sometime in the near future." With that said, the two could now part ways as equal men, Qastor turned and walked back to his desk. He sat down and began on his paper work again, it was time to get the new projects signed. "Oh goody..." Haruka spoke up as she finished with the book shelves and turned to wave to Kirin,"Qastor-daifu-sama, you should really get outside and exercise. Youve been doing papers all month." Qastor scratched the back of his head as Ikumen looked up from his book and smiled. "Oi, I thought you were interested in teaching me basic Bukijutsu and Ninjutsu, Oji-sama?" Qastor put his hands up in an I surrender gesture as he pushed back from his desk,"Atcha! Both my daughter-in-law and my grandson badgering me the Mizukage to get some exercise? Juubun, juubun, I did build half of those buildings out there you walk in everyday you know?" Haruka put her finger to his forehead as her red eyes locked with his silver one,"Ne, Daifu-sama! Youre going to atrophy under your paper work, and then what will Kirigakure no Sato do?" Qastor went cross eyed at her finger beneath his headband and looked directly into her eyes sighing,"Sheesh..." Qastor stood up from his desk and put his pen down as he walked out again from behind his desk, Haruka following by his side and Ikumen getting up eagerly putting away his book. "Oji-sama, just let me know if you need to relax, I dont want you to break during our training." Ikumen stated with a smile, Qastor frowned and gave a morose expression,"Ara!? Ill grind your face into the lake bottom, Ikumen-kun!" Ikumen skipped around out the doorway past the Yukikage and ran shouting back,"If you can catch me, Oji-sama!"

Kirin nodded as he began to walk out the door. "I hope you do sensei." With that goodbye said and done, he picked up pace and left the massive room into the winding hallway. Continuing to do so until he had left the giant building; he ventured back towards Snow.

 ▷ Chuunin - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀  Miirror's was exhausted. Worn out from building buildings with the public, attending the store while his parents departed to get a whole entire stock of supplies due to the damage of the battle, and try not getting caught by anymore citizen's who had heard of Miiror's part in the new change of the village. He was quite pleasantly surprised to hear that they didn't even care about his Curse Mark; his parents still wished he held something else in his body to give him strength, but with his control over it they gave up trying to think of taking it away from him.
Feeling for the first time very carefree, Miirror decided that now that he had an open slot in his schedule, that he should go ahead and visit Qastor. He heard he recovered superbly after all his injuries he received during the battles but was glad to know he was back on his feet and well. As Miirror began walking up the steps, he blinked as he saw Ikumen zipping past him as he laughed a little to himself and continued to ascend the stairs until he spotted Qastor and Haruka coming down,"Ah... Konnichia wa, Haruka-san... Mizukage-sama? O-Genki desu ka?"Miirror asked how they were doing brightly as he was in a rather good mood. Finally feeling relaxed as his mind had the feeling that everything was over and now he could soak in the village of peace like he did during his youth.

"Oui! Konnichia wa! Im feeling very well Miirrors-san. How have you been?" Qastor stopped in the halls to converse with his friend and fellow shinobi. Haruka nodded and walked past Miirrors as she headed to catch up with her son,"Dont be late Daifu-sama, you are getting lazy by the second!" Qastor shook his fist at her as she jogged off chiding him,"Atcha! Young ones these days."

▷ Chuunin - Genjutsu~ Harmonious Illusion - Moon Village - Sage - Cats Summoner ◀ Miirror smiled and nodded to Haruka as she past before beaming,"Maa Maa... I have been alright. Just very busy with restoring the village. But thankfully and hopefully after tomorrow, we can finish up the last bit of area of residency. That should be the true completion of the village." He said as he leaned up against the wall a little, supporting his tired body a bit before looking back in the direction of where Haruka and Ikumen had went to as he looked back to Qastor," Having a little family outing Mizukage-sama?" Miirror questioned, thinking of either tagging along and simply watching since he was rather done with all of his duties, or at least as for mission to keep himself and his abilities sharp. Though Miirror was glad for peace, he was sure other places within his Country have not yet savored it's taste; meaning it would be left up to him to halt any suffering among anyone within the country of Water.

Qastor smiled as Miirrors spoke, he had truly grown in the environment of the new Mist Village. "Im proud of the way things turned out, I was finally able to bring the Mist Village back to the way it used to be, and shouldve been all along for that matter." He noted Miirrors eagerness and smiled,"Sure, if you can get those papers on my desk I have something to ask of you. Come along behind me, we are going to the waterfall." Qastor smiled as he pointed to the open door to his office and started off at a slow walk.

It does feel good to finally obtain the true peace we wanted."He said as he looked around at the village a little from the stairway before nodding to Qastor's order to get the papers. Once the door was opened, he moved briskly up the last couple of stairs and into his office to grab the papers that laid on his desk before exiting the room and closing the door behind him,"Surely you won't be wanting to do paper on such a fine day Qastor-sama?" He asked, hoping he wouldn't be doing work on a day which even the people of the village were taking time off.

"No, no, I just want to talk with you about something, thats all." Qastor smiled as he walked outside,"Come on, lets catch up with them. The waterfall is lovely this time of year, Miirrors-san." Qastor continued to walk once Miirrors caught up and headed towards the river down the street.

But after hearing him that they need to continue towards where he assumed the others were, he nodded and followed Qastor towards the river,"H-Hai..." [Exit to 'A Place of Growth' (Waterfall)]

Rika approached the Mizukage's office and was immediately halted by the guard, which angered her greatly. She'd never been halted when she'd needed to see the Mizukage, so why start now? She grit her teeth and scowled behind her mask, though all he could see was her eyes narrow.
"Sorry Minami-sama, but you cannot pass right now." She threw her arms up in frustration, really close to dealing with this issue with force rather than wait for the rest of his words, "Lord Mizukage is not in, he left with one of the other shinobi that had arrived."
"Damn it, but this is seriously important. I was attacked by a rogue shinobi who was after...me." She didn't specify, most everyone knew exactly what she was. She held up the sound headband with the slash through it and growled, clenching the fabric tightly. "I want to know how he slipped through our borders without being stopped...he wasn't very tough...well...I take that back, he was rather tough since he took one of my attacks without so much as hesitating after he stopped flying back."
She took a deep breath and merely awaited for the Mizukage, feeling the watchful and mistrustful gaze of the guard to the office. She laid her head back against the wall as she slumped down it, much more tired than she had realized after her long day training. Her growth felt a little ridiculous, now that she thought about it...it was almost as if her body was trying to make up for the lost time from before she was allowed to learn any techniques of real use.
