So things were a little Awkward.
It had been a few days since Tali had stolen Lily's first kiss and the air between them was still a little dense. She looked over at her as they made their way down the street. Tali had ordered invited her to the coffee shop and that is where the two young girls were heading. She stretched before cradling her head with her arms. "So, Easter break is almost here, got any plans?" She asked quite casually.
She needed to start a conversation, this silence was killing her. She wondered why it even bothered her that Lily got so upset that day. She was not used to caring about someone and she did care about her...
... truth be told Lily was the only friend she had. Not that Tali needed friends of cause.

Lily sighed trying to hide that fact that she was indeed still very tired and indeed still not sleeping. She did not talk because at the moment she did not think she could hold a stimulating conversation. No, she was quite certain that without more coffee she would be hard to understand.
Lily shook her head and swayed slightly though she seemed not to notice, "No plans," she said softly fighting not to yawn. She did have plans, but they were not plans she could speak with a non-senshi about, so nothing it was.
Lily turned her head yawning slight, her hand going up to cover her mouth. "What about you," she asked hoping to get Tali to talk versus' the other way around. Things were still weird between them, but Lily was to tired to care. She had not put up much of a fight when ordered out to the coffee shop. Who was she to object. She needed coffee or perhaps a five hour energy, though quite frankly she was a bit nervous to try one and she knew Xander would most certainly not approve.

"None so far, though I intend to make some. Last chance to have fun before the exams start." She stated, Lily had been like a freakin zombie lately. She had no idea why she was being this way but any idiot could see he was not truly one hundred present their. Tali pouted a little and rested one of her hands on her hips. "You know, I can tell you are not alright. What' wrong Lily I am not a mind-reader?" It was a rare thing, Tali asking someone how they felt, even though it was not coming across in the nicest way.
Tali did not mean to be rude or offensive, she had always been like that. Anyone who knew her realised early on that she meant well, she just did not show it very much. Her eyes flicked forward as they were coming to the main road which came through town. Maybe Lily really did need some coffee...
or maybe a few dozen. Any way Tali would fix her! mark-her-words!

Lily barely heard what Tali had said her nod was an automatic response as of late, which she had been caught in once of twice yet. When one realized she really wasn't paying attention and said something off the wall which she in turn nodded too.
Her head did come to attention at Tali question and her automatic, senshi response came out, "I'm fine, just need a little more sleep. Lots of work before the break. AP classes you know."
She'd said it many times, so much she did not really have to think about it, just add it to the situation. She was walking and hardly noticed that main road, she did not often walk to the coffee, shop, but she hadn't been driving anywhere in her current state.
She continued when she should have stopped the light just turning from green to yellow and Lily stepping into the street. She tripped and suddenly she was sprawled on the ground in the street a bit dazed. She was attempting to raise herself up not noticing the car that had come through the light and slammed on the break to keep from hitting her.
