Kira likes to wander around causing trouble it's her favorite thing to see others in pain. At first glance she would look like a normal person who had just ended up in Silent Hill for some reason, but upon closer inspection she has scars in several areas as well as blood soaked hair. When Kira smirks her sharp teeth show, as well as her eyes getting a dark look in them.
When alone she tends to hang out around the dog creatures of Silent Hill, she finds them adorable. She finds that when she hangs around someone for too long that a slow pain begins to seep through the other person's bones, eventually causing a slow and painful death after.
