A friend at college Introduced me to the volcaloids and i took to them well enough. I like the whole idea of the volcaloid , I'm kind of a techno buff so the thought of a robotic singer really excites me.

a friend forced me to watch/listen to Aku no Meshitsukai and Aku no Musume.
at first I didn't like it because couldn't understand a thing because he sent me a video without subs.

It all started when I was REALLY REALLY bored...then I remembered me watching a vocaloid music video, love is war. I didn't like it the first time I watched it, so I listened to it again and some other songs like world is mine, last night, good night, meltdown, black rock shooter, etc. Then I got REALLY REALLY REALLY REEEEEEEEAAAAAAALLLLLLLYYYYYYY hooked into it :3

This was like, 6 years ago:
I was just checking out the games department in the mall, and they were advertising Project Diva 1 and I thought the pigtailed girl looked familiar so I tried to memorize one of the names of the songs they were playing (they had the names at the bottom) but at that time I COULD NOT SPEAK JAPANESE AT ALL (I was really small then : P) and then there was one glimmer of hope: "Packaged" I went home, searched it, and fell in love with the song, but couldn't figure out what Vocaloid was so I forgot about it. This year, I went back to it and bought a buncha KEI artwork books and became officially obsessed ^^ Now I'm quite knowledgable about Vocaloid and is a avid Project Diva ARcade Player XD

Huerm let me think....ah yes.
I have been in the techno making business for about a year now, and I am constantly looking for some singers. I could record my own voice and just modify it, but...why not have a robot do all of the hard work? So, I began searching and researching and I stumbled upon Vocaloid. With the aid of a couple translators, I was finally able to make out what it was, and voila. I had begun to listen to it. Unfortunatly, I cannot afford Vocaloid at the moment...but I am on Utau! And anxiously trying to figure out what sounds best...
