Aden...   The kingdom of Aden is well known for its magic users and fine warriors. Its boundaries reach all the way across the golden sand of the Desert. This proud kingdom is often known as the Hom of the phoenix. Though name comes from an old story that tells of the resting place of the phoenix is in Aden, under its sand. Once the dessert was a large lake but when the legendary bird chose this place to rest it the flames across the land it drive up the water. It dug up the ground and buried itself in the soil. They say that deep under the castle the bird of fire sleeps peacefully.
The story also tells of a man that found a feather that belonged to the phoenix and good fortune fell upon him. He built a small village but soon it evolved into the kingdom of Aden. He is the first king of Aden and his feather has been passed down through the family over thousands of years. It is said to be a unique and powerful treasure.
Recently this city has gone through a recent tragedy in the royal family. The king was assassinated two months ago and the eldest son has gone through the preparations of becoming king, though he is still rather young to take such a high position. Only a week ago another assassination attempt had been placed on the Eldest son but luckily the assassin was killed before the new king could be harmed. There have been rumors that a neighboring kingdom is responsible for taking the life of the deceased king and the attempt on the son. Though they are only rumors.
Recently, along with the chaos that the king's death bought, the feather has gone messing from the castle. It was stolen surprisingly by a lowly thief that managed to make her way in to the castle. Though the feather is missing the aura that it still float through the castle, as well as the grounds around the castle so not many have even noticed it's disappearance.

The Setting In the middle of a desert is a kingdom that thrives under the radiant sun in the sky. Tall walls made of metal surround the walls of the grand city, protecting those on the inside from the danger of the desert. Though, the wall can’t keep out the fine golden sand from reaching the inside on the streets. The city is full of life and beauty. Performers on the street dance or play music to earn their money while others move though the shadows to find their own way to get their cash. While on the nicer side of the city close to the castle is the grand house where the nobles live. Though it is quiet during the day, at night the nobles are rather lively with activity. The city is rather large and every day more people come to the city, looking for their own part of the city.

Alright to start this all off, here are the rules in the guild.
~No god modding
~Follow Gaia's ToS
~OOC is allowed but don't get carried away...Use the OOC forum.
~Use (( or some something like that for OOC
~Be kind in OOC
~Keep it Gaia appropriate
~Any Race is allowed...vampires, elves...ect
~I can add rules at any time so keep looking here.
~Be at least Semi-lit as in at least two descriptive paragraphs...
this is what I'm looking for in role plays. I think it's hard for people to run with what you post if it so small. I understand writer's block but I do expect this much on most of your posts.
~Romance is allowed!
~Fighting is allowed!
~No killing without permission
~Be active. Don't leave people hanging..its sorta rude.
~I have the right to be a bit picky with profiles! If I see something wrong with your profiles I will pm you about it.
~Try to get along with in the guild. Its such a pain when people argue all the time. Don't come to me expecting to pick sides if I don't know what is going on.

Jade Stemaza 
Jade for some reson was drawn to this kingdom.Maybe it was a phoenix kngdom,Or maybe just a fire kingdom.Well what ever it was she was drawn to it like a magnet to metel.Jade looked around the land that held the kingdom with great intrease to find what was inside.She sighed and let out a hissng sound from the sand entering her lughs.The were no guard as far as Jade could see, but then again Jade never really had great eyesight.
The sand made no sound as Jade ran across it.She reached the castle 10 minutes later and was already out of breath.Jade bent over to touch her toes as and act to feel better.It work for alittle but then her stomach starting to hurt.She stood up proudly and walked over to the gates of the castle.This was the problem Jade thought.She saw Phoenixs circlng high and low by the kingdom.They are the 'watchdogs'a voice in her head said in a taunting voice.

 ZalfiarZalfiar was inside the city walls, it was mid day and people started to come and go out the various gates. Some less busy as others, it all depended on where people were going outside the walls of the castle. Aden has been though a lot lately, from the king and queen being assassinated to the valdigraph household being burnt down. Zalfiar came just a day after the household was burnt down. He only heard about it in whispers and chats in the market place. He had no real reason to be at Aden though, the phoenix feather did not interest him nor did any of it's problems. He was here because it was a place to stay as he traveled. There was no real place for him to be, he just wondered aimlessly it seemed. Zalfiar was close to the front gate, he was about to set off to the forest for a breather, the air in the city was dirty, filled with dirt and people's smell. The forest just outside of Aden provided some serenity for him, somewhere no one could look at him oddly. He made his way through the market past some pubs and housed till he got to the front gates of the city. His nose twitched slightly at the smell of something different, someone different. His eyes shifted in his head and he spotted a girl at the gates, staring into the city as if defensive. Of course, she was a beautiful woman and he could not resist himself. " Hey'lo ma'am." He said with an inquisitive tone. " May' I help ya out with somethin. You seem kinda bothered." His accent not exactly from this part of the region. ((There isn't actually Phoenix's flying around the city just so ya know, in this world, almost all the phoenix birds are dead.))

Jade Stemaza The tall walls,the dirty streets,and tall kingdom brought back horrible memorys from her kingdom that she ran away from several years ago.She was still staring at the tall walls trying to think of what would be so special to try keep in.But even the tall walls could keep the sound out and even the sand leaked onto the streets.She saw people playing musc and kids walk with the parents in the streets looking for food.Her hands drifted to her pockets but she forgot she had no money to. She noticed a guy coming toward her.She followed each of his movement with great intent.Maybe he knew what was around here.She heard him talking but at first she was too zoned out to understand the words. "Oh...um yeah i was just wondering what had happened here everyone look somewhat sad''.Her arua was shining a bright green but it was most likly not seen by most people.

ZalfiarZalfiar noticed her watching him like a hawk, her eyes shifting to any part of his body moving. It took her a bit to answer his question, acting as if she wasn't paying attention till just now. He just gave her a smile and waited, then she spoke. "Well I guess its just how people are here. Since the feather was stolen by a thief and the so called Phantom blaze than returned awhile out of the blue, people are more edgy that this city is protected. Other than that, I'm not sure. The Valdigraph house has been rebuilt, it burnt down about a just a few months ago. People just seem to be more glum than usual I guess. " He said nodding at her, hopefully that helped her. Zalfiar looked back into the town then back at the girl. " I'm actually about to go out for a walk in the..." He then thought about it. He wasn't anywhere close to a forest. They were in the middle of the desert. Sure a miles away there was he landscape changes which included forests as well as A sea of Grass. The sea of Grass to the west actually one of the only things between Aden and the ocean. The forest south of the City, but quite a distance away...what point would it be for him to out of the city bounds for a walk? Now that his first plan was out of the options, because he wasn't going to walk a few miles to to forest just to walk some more then walk a few miles back. He had now a new option. The girl. Zalfiar didn't find this option that bad. She was very cute. " Well, actually I can show you around a bit if you like?" He said with an anticipating look.

Antares SkyvehnPuppeteer of the Guardian Wish
Somewhere far from the location of the bored werewolf and the curious young female, a cloaked figure was sitting beside the pathway towards the bowels of the City of Aden. He was a man bearing a wild and merry face with short, brown hair. He was huddled beside the walls of a small and dilapidated inn, which was rarely visited. The man was seated before a long stringed instrument, which was composed of twelve differently sized strings. He fiddled it lightly and small sounds that made up a warm melody filled the streets.
And in front of him, a small puppet of a woman about three feet tall was dancing elegantly and amusing passing people. From time to time, a person would stop and look at the dancing puppet and then lay some money at the small box laid before the instrumentalist. It was the main occupation of Antares Skyvehn.
The puppeteer continued on, likewise the dancing puppet.

Jade Stemaza Jade looked up at him her eyebrows were knitted togather. "Yeah guess that could put a down on a village.But do the know who happened to steal the feather?" She didnt really want to know but she might as well ask to see if her knew more about it.She smiled knowing it was rude not to her parents didnt teach her that but her maid once did. She looked up at him this she was very happy. "I would love some help around this place.It seem kind of confusong to get around."She made a sound that was a laugh but it was a very nervous one.But her eyes were still watching his every move just in case something happened.

The shining star of Aden
--------------------------- The sandy streets of Aden had one shining gem among the sad, pathetic people who walked the streets with no purpose. That gem was none other than the great noble, Fiore Halen. As he walked down the road, the crowds parted, partly out of respect, partly out of fear. Though no one had ever seen Fiore angry, everyone could see that Fiore was powerful, and that crossing him was clearly a horrible idea. He strolled pleasantly down the road, being followed by too red headed women. They were adorned in very nice clothing, their hoods were white, and accented with a few gold circles . Their shawls jingled as the walked behind the nobleman. Each day, Fiore had a new set of women following him, but to even just have one day spent with him was golden. Fiore's gold earings sparkled in the sunlight as he made his way down the street. As he looked around, he saw some frowning faces. "You should be smiling." He advised. "After all, you've been graced with my presence today, You may not get to see me again for a very long time." He smiled, and his teeth shined almost unrealistically. The frowning face quickly faked a smile to please Fiore. With that, Fiore chuckled, and proceeded to walk off.
As Fiore turned the corner, he saw a less crowded street, and heard a small melody. The nobleman wondered what it could have been. It must have been some sort of entertainement. Fiore realized that he hadn't seen any good entertainement in a while. Maybe this time, he would be impressed. "Girls, do you think we should go see some entertainement?" He asked. The girls behind him squealed with excitement. Clearly they liked the idea. ... It's a wonder how you hide
The cunning plot on the inside

ZalfiarZalfiar Smiled at the girl as he obliged in him showing her around. " I wasn't here when the feather was stolen, so I don't know personally who stole the feather. I just know what the people say." He said turning back toward the city, the one he was just about to venture out of. But now he had something to do, well, anything is good to him as long as it involved a pretty girl. "Alright this way, I'll show you the bits and pieces of Aden, its to big for one day though." He said with a short laugh. " By the way, My name Is Zalfiar." He told the girl. ((yeah, sorry for the vurry small post. lol))

Jade Stemaza Jade looked up at the boy and noticed that she hadnt told him her name at all. "Oh nice name,Im Jade "She smiled at him.She wondered about his name and what speces he was but she was to afried to ask.They started to walk around Aden. Jade looked around the town as the walked through it.It looked like it would be too big to go through in just a day so she was happy enough just to she bits of it. "So how long have you been here any way?"She noticed that music sort of flowed around the streets.

ZalfiarZalfiar started to walk next to Jade as they ventured off into the city. "Well thank you, And your name is very lovely as well. Your name matches your beauty." He said with a small smirk. " I've been here for about a month. I'm just traveling though and this is one stop to ..well no where." He said with a small nod. "Just up ahead is the Market place, this place is busy almost all the time, some parts are even open all night. You would wonder if it is safe well, apparently not many crimes are actually committed here. Aside from the feather being stolen and all." He then stopped and looked to his side. Moving around Jade he noticed a puppeteer, something he had not seen here before. " Hey, thats pretty good, you make it move so smoothly." He said to the puppeteer. Turning back to Jade he gave a smile. " I would tell you more about this guy, if I knew...in all honesty this is the first time I've seen this puppeteer. I feel slightly bad as being your guide." He said with a short chuckle.
